the basic element that drives us all...to love, to lie, to build, to destroy...etc......
I think human nature is basically to get what we want... Hopefully I'm wrong and it's something better than that though. =)
human nature is a load of shit, full stop, i hope all humans eventually die out, that they become an extinct race
Passion
it drives us all...to love...to hate...to work...to believe...to everything
passion exists in all of us
It boils down to basic instincts:
Survival
Desire
Passion
To name a few.
It's who and what we are.
you cant really call the base of the "human nature" that bc its all survival
1. live and take down those who try to oppose this
2.repoduce
3. watch over your offspring so that they can reproduce and keep your line going
thats about it
You're correct, the base of it all comes down to survival.
I beleive human nature is: we all lie, we all love, we aall dislike/hate. When the moment is perfect, something goes wrong.
I think life sucks. Everyone has to work to make a living and yet everyday on the news you hear about terrorism, war, death, shit like that. Is life SUPPOSED to be good, or did some fucked up pyscho just make it up to make people feel better?
i think 'human nature" is like an animals:
to eat, to sleep and to have sex.nothing more. but thene comes the feelings: passion, love, hate, anger and ...
So which do you need? This would be my question.
its funny cuz, -supposedly- since Adam our nature seem to have been only to aspire back to the heavenly state or mankind and that means participating in all those things Freak has listed.
deciding against partaking in worldly behavior(eating the apple) becuz of the exp. it brings
Human Nature.... is that what makes us hunt them. The soul exsitence that we had we yearn for all over again. I speak of the warm, compansion, the desire to live. This is what I believe is human nature !!
reacting to all the outside energies that somehow affect us
Human nature is purely selfish. All we wanna do is survive and thrive as individuals.
Anything we do now that contradicts this is a product of society and not part of human nature.
i think human nature is basically that to survive at all costs and to fulfill it's desires
i guess you could say it's your id
it's usually used to explain the downside of human behavior
we're CREATURES OF HABBIT. why ask whats human nature? everyone knows it in there own way and what not....
To me human nature is what is inside you. Love, Hate, feelings and emotions in general. Its human nature to nurture, and to also want to be evil. Acting out is something else. And I guess for some, evil is human nature.
good thread, gets you thinking.
will is all inside us, the path is already written down....
human nature in essence is the range of human behaviour that is believed to be invariant across long periods of time and across very different cultural contexts
Human nature in my eyes is the primative urges we get. jealously hatred pride crying and screaming. emotions as a whole are human nature, or are they simply part of nature? Maybe human nature is the ability to control our primal emotions? hmmmm this is making me think....I sense a journal entry coming on!!!
Well what makes humans different than animals is the fact that humans think.
You took the words right out of my..erm..fingertips???.Dhampir..~giggles~
human nature, thats a kinda deep subject... i really dont kno
a great point in the form of a question i heard on public access last night:
Are we humans having spiritual experiences or spirits having human experiences?
Human nature, ensuring the biological survival of the species is what I think is supposed to drive us, makes sense from an evolutionary point, yet we destroy each other and the environment damning our species... To take what is wanted not needed has become what human nature is
conflict, search, waiting, don't know what for and I believe that nobody knwo's, thats the fun of it
