My question is...if Vampires are supposed to be oh so Evil...then why have i never heard of us spoken of in the Bible or any religious text?...

As to why you may not have seen direct reference to vampires in your religious texts: Perahps because the concept of a vampire is rather more modern than your religious texts.

I don't believe in the evil thing.

I believe thay can choose to be iether evil or good cause after all we're all people.

I think that's just because vampires are misunderstood ccause Humanity fears the Unknown.

i agree...but it is said that when we are turned to a vampire we are making a deal with the devil...so if this is true...why is there no reference?...

Also I've seen some poeple saying that in the Bible Caine and Lilith are mentioned and said they were vampires.

I don't know maybe the Christian religion is taught differently everywhere,but the Bible I've read mentioned Eve as Adam's wife and the word vampire was never mentioned,neither my teachers or family have ever mentioned Lilith or the word vampire.

This is something that makes me curios though.

Vampires and religion don't mix. If you want to find vampires in the Bible we are in there. i don't know what verse it is out of the top of my head but its there. I know its in the book of JOB.

Even if vampires were around when the Bible was being written, what purpose would it have served to include them in it? The purpose of the Bible is to spread the word of God.

Is it neccessary to limit this to Christianity?

It's all a matter of people's misconception.

If somome says that vampires are evil and something of the devil,I believe that it's all that persons opinio not because the religion says so.

If a person tells you that vampires are evil cause of their religion I would believe that,that is a excuse for something that they fear cause they don't know.(No offense to anyone.)

all religions have their version of "unclean spirits" and while vampires may not have been mentioned by such a specific name, they most likely have been mentioned in virtually every religion just under a different heading.
