well from my thought they should see they are both parts of the mystical world it is also possible to be both wiccan and vamp
but what do you think should they both exist

it's just like the human race, everyone is different and has different beliefs but we all coexist...I think that it'd be a good thing for them to coexist together...

i wouldnt know of a single reason why they shouldnt co exist. history shows much worse examples of co existing "kinds" or people

Not only should they co-exist, they have worked well together since time immemorial. It's no coincidence both are named strigoi in the Romanian. Strigoi vii (living witch/vampire) and strigoi mortii (dead witch/vampire).

Many living vampyres often discover and embrace wicca or other pagan faiths before realizing what their true nature is.

As an example, in my novel, the two female leads are best friends -- one is a Wiccan and the other is a vampiress. Witches make excellent daytime watchers.

We have been co-existing for this long, why not keep it going. Besides there is a lot of things that each group can learn from each other.

We should, but do the simple fact that we draw life energy from others, it can cause a problem with the local wiccan community when we help participate with events.

Reason why, we take the strength from others when they do ritual work, and energy is a big part when it comes down to casting of rituals.

we have always gotten along in fact My wife is wiccan and i am vampire so that should be poroof right there that we can coexist.

I firmly belive that not only should they co-exist together, but they have co-exixted together throughout history. As Scion of Requiem has mentioned.. There is only one problem that is faced during ceremonial interaction. those that feed through Energies can cause a problem. i am an Empath, And also I practice celtic wicca, and begining Thelema. It is hard even for me to be in large groups. There is a temple here in Vegas where we do ceremies, and If the feeding is not kept under control it can drain other practitioners. Causing their concentrations to be placed elsewhere. So with caution.. it is admissable for them to interact. Even for me as well!

All mystical creatures co-exist with one of another, even if you consider one evil and one good, witches can be both good and evil, vampires are ussualy associated with being evil though, just and sensible, but evil for the mere fact of there sacred right to feast upon blood, just always refer to yin-yang, one can not exist without the other, there is a balance, when one goes, the balance is thrown into chaos

I agree with most everone else. I think they already do co-exist. This site has proved that. I think it would be nice if we all got along.

Just come to California you'll see them together everywhere we protect one another...We have to there are so many other things out there that can destroy us that working together just is the best idea.
