Ok lets put some order to events. (Timeline)
Fact: - During the cold war and a spat of UFO sightings, it was the President of the USA, that fired the first shot. He himself wonted to know the truth to Roswell.
Although he was the Leader of a Nation, he was not the Commander and Chief in those days.
He himself got flipped over with Red Tape, this enraged him. He could not find a solution to the peoples questions in a Nation gripped in uncertain fear. Not wonting to look like a fool to Congress and the population over his lack of being able to cutting through Red Tape. With an election months away and his Nation closely being watched by a major foreign power (USSR), he decided to go to his most loyal and trusted friends who held wealth. With no questions asked he was able the raise the finance he needed to fund a team of under cover experts. It was the job of this team to find the information required by the President, and allowing him to appear more in control of the Nation, by being able to discuss matters in a way that would put the population at ease.
It was during one of his addresses to the press on a matter of military issue the preverbal cat came out of the bag. A section of the military quickly picked up that the President had talked about issues that they had not discussed outside there own ranks.
This eventually led to one of the Presidents men getting caught in the act. Behind closed doors it was discussed how to resolve the matter, the military justifiably put their case forward. Stating that it was not good for an uncontrolled group of people to be wondering around gathering information while the Nation was in a Cold War situation.
The President put his case forward, that it would not look good for the Nation, across the globe especially to the Cold War enemy, if it was found out the leader of the Nation himself did not know what is happening within his own Country or military affairs.
The outcome of the meeting brought about a request for congress to release unspecified amounts of money to deal with National Security.
The Military along with the Government formed a group of people that latter became known as Majestic. It was Majestic roll to oversee all departments within the Governments and the Military and to report to a Joint Staff Commission.
Over time Majestic worked out how to best run itself to obtain information quickly and more in depth.
This latter along with a unrestricted budget and access to information, lead Majestic to a position of power. And like all power groups there became an internal power struggle as to which sub group of Majestic would gain and become the chief final handler of everything gathered.
Eventually this led to an all conquering divide, were the most senior and those with the most contacts(rats) broke from the main body and formed Majestic 12 latter to be known as the Bilderberg’ers, named after the hotel were they would meet.
It was the left over remnants of Majestic that now without all the contacts the Bilderberg’ers had, that now had to justify why they still required funding from congress.
Part of their strategy to survive they created rumors that the USSR were conducting experiments in psychic research, in view of infiltrating targeted USA people and installations. They presented many more cases were they could be needed such as the X-Plane Projects ect.
It was this rumor about the USSR that brought about an organization we commonly call the X-Files. It was the roll of those in the X-File team to hire certain special agents from all the different intelligence organizations.
While the X-File team drew up and ran fake scenarios of events and strange occurrences, it was the roll of the agents to find how to debunk these case as fakes (sort of like forensic work).
Now this cat and mouse game lead both teams, those running the scenarios and the agents trying to debunk the happenings to become very skillful in there rolls.
The whole idea of the X-Files was so agents in the intelligence field would be well equipped to hunt down, seek out, find and eventually take down anything a USSR undercover team could through at the Nation. Later Chris Carter would gain documents through the freedom of information act on the X-File sub group and use bits and pieces from them to create his famous TV Series.
Since Majestic held most of the Secret Opps work, the only thing for the Bilderberg’ers to do was to gain more power through contacts and covert Government to Government operations. During this faze of their existence they ended up with so much knowledge of the workings of the world and all the inside info of every government in every country. They became power mongers now with ability to by and sell information. The President of that stage tried to down play the power that the Bilderberg’ers had. And soon found out very harshly and at a costly price that it was the Berger’s that call the shots and not any Nation or its Leaders.
So now it is the Mystery Solvers that now are the so called Big Brother Organization.
And the idea of the New world Order is a forerunner to the final implementation of what will become the One World Order.
And as for an Organization that may behave like the one in Rice’s book, well I would look no further than the Berger’s having found it and now control the overseeing of it, or a similar team was set up by those link to the X-Files, to do there own Psychic Research and development.
I know that if I was at war with a Nation that had an Iron Curtin of silence around it, and I heard a rumor of such research being conducted. Then I would do similar to defend my Nation and its people.
