Now, I haven't used an ouija board in a long time, but I have used one before. I believe that they work. Whats everyone else's opinions on them? Are they really a path to spirits?

Really, I wouldnt know, never have I used one before, and I dont even plan to, ouija always impressed me as a funny, cheap way to celebrate birthsdays.

no clue as to do they really work..i only ever used them as a young teen at partys..but ive heard some pretty crazy stories

I refuse to use a ouija board again since the last time I used one was a very bad experience. I made the mistake of using one without really knowing anything about it.

Take it from me, it's better to just play it safe and not mess with one; then mess with one and regret it.

yes i do believe they work but the very old ones are better mine isnt old but still works very well. You just got to becareful messing with them they can be dangerous if you dont know what you are doing.

I have used one many times..make sure you use a protection spell and don't use it at midnight.

why not at midnight? i have used it before and it didnt do nothing bad

I personnaly haven't used a ouija board but i have heard of really freaky things happening. My advice is don't mess with them.

My father knew a woman who used one and she went insane, In an asylum right now.

A similar story with my mother.

I will never use one, I just don't think it's something to mess with.

I believe ouija boards work very well. As long as it isn't one from local toy store. It has to be made by soemone who has a knowlewdge in what they are doing. Not a factory made cheap replica.
If you use a ouija board in a place where there is a unrested spirit, you will get results.
You must use a protection.
Some spirits are very angry and you wouldn't want to let one get through without it.
Just using one in any place will not get you much results and therefore lead you to believe it's not working

i only used one once but i was about nine and with a couple of people way older than me so i think that they were just playing some trick on me.....but personely i really dont think they work.

They work only if you have someone with an open body, mind, and soul to the spirit world. I have used one several times, and I pulled something evil through each time. I did it to test myself, but you should never do that unless you are very confident as to your abilities to contain the spirit you release. I have not freed anything that I could not put back. Call me reckless if you wish, but I have become strong through trials.

interesting hun i only had one insedent with a evil entity it would move by it self and stuff and spell out evil and death it really scared my friend so we got rid of it. I have since gotton another one and havent had any more evil entities yet i hope not to.

Ouija boards work, especially if you make it yourself. You need to be capable of basic magic though, to really aid in the experience. My first time, when I was 12, my mirror cracked and the lightbulb blew and I couldn't get the door open.

I have had a wide variety of experiences, the most entertaining one was a spirit that refused to allow anything electrical to work in the room until it left.

I suppose the question you need to ask is, why do you want to use one?

I do not think that they actualy work. They are fun to mess with people though.

Yes they are and should not be played with lightly. When you use one, you are opening up possibilities that need to be considered carefully. I choose not to use them myself, but most of those that do understand the need for protections.

I think they are as safe or dangerous as the person who uses them.....personally I prefer not to use them.

It has nothing to do with who makes the board...you can use pieces of paper and the table.....it's calling for them.

If they are used one should use it with all wisdom and caution. The new versions of the boards are rumored to not work all that well, but the original version works like a charm, the printer of the board removed it from the market and replaced it with the new version after various complaints. I personally own the original version of ouija but have not removed it from storage since I put it there at 5 years old. It gives off an uncomfortable vibe.

you have to call on a spirit. Sometimes they don't work...It's all in the energy of the room..a lot of things can make them not owrk.

I seem to remember a story some twenty years ago, where a teenage girl was playing one on her birthday and in the morning her parents found her dead next to the game. Whether this is fact or urban legend is unbeknownest to me, but rumor has it if you play with the board alone you will be playing with the devil shortly...

she could have very well been scared to death...if the fright comes at the exact time when the heart skips a beat..the heart will stop.

The Ouija Board is a tool to help you make contact with spirits, any board you can find would most likely work as long as you do not play around when using it, i think that you can communicate with spirits, but you have to believe in what you are doing, and you have to believe that it will work, or your probably just wasting your time by using one...

If you want them to work they work if not they dont.

i have also used them and it does work as long you have people that you know are not going to move the oracle on you. i actually preffer to use an original round board made from wood. but i have also stopped using them as well.

different people beilive in different things so if u ask one person they might say yes and give a reason why it is that way of thought but for me I wouldnt belevie it at all I just think people are moving it when it is being played and not controled by anything else in the gerenal term there.

I stay away from them they are not good you can unleash something you may not want out .

I never used one before and to give an honest opinion about those I say they don't work there useless a total waste of money.

The Ouija board allows one with any ability to open big doorways into the spirit plane. Once opened anything can come through. Once used by a talented person they are activated and open.

I will not have one around me as I find them too easily misused and too easy to bring something in that may not go away without lots of work.

A protection spell in a circle is the safest way to use them. Be especially careful around Halloween as the veil between planes is thinnest then.

As i have stated in a previous thread of this Very same Topic these things should either not be messed with or if You are nuts enough to try one pleaseee for hells sake proceed with caution as these game boards are no game and should not be taken lightly

I believe they work but the only problem I have with them is when they sell them to idiots who don't know how to use them.

They work but they're risky. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to use one, but it takes strong protection not to fuck up.

As for Milton Bradley the board actually predates their toy version.

As a practitioner of Black Magick, I have used them quiye often. I have had a few that worked, some that didn't, and 1 that made me laugh!

i beleive but like someone said before, something you pick up at toys r us or wal-mart definately is going to get you nowhere. :]

i used a ouija board some years ago. i must recognize it was a reckless thing because i do believe, now, that it´s a portal, to call it some way, to other plains where spirits live...

Usually I don't worry so much about one who has the ability using a tool as I do the one using it without the ability or knowledge.
