Is there a way to tell or a test you can take to see if you are indeed a vampire and which blood line you came from ?

None that I know of......not real anyway. But I will keep an eye on this thread I'm interested to see what people will say

Nope, doesn't work that way. Unless of course your talking about some role playing thing or whatever.
Unless you were born into a family (i.g your parents) then theres not really a such thing.

so yea, I think its just a family thing, you have to be born that way, and well, if you are, you would know by now

If you are talking about vampires in terms of Roleplay, you can check out WOD (world of darkness) books, webpages etc.

If you were indeed a vampire, I think you would know where you came from.

It also depends on the vampiric lifestyle you have chosen, then you can try and find others with the same believes as yourself.

Well I think you would know if you were a vampire of myth and legend. You would know your sire and where your sire came from.

Cut off your arm and count the rings?

You would have to go back and do a family tree. That would be quite interesting maybe for you.

But I agree Vampires are of a Hollywood made up.

All a blood test would show is your blood type and DNA.

I agree role playing of a vampire is the closest that you will become one.

If you can answer yes to all these questions then you are a vampire or in serious need of a therapist :-D

No seriously, KaddaveR is right, there are no real life blood sucking vampires.

i agree with what some say there is no real vampires that suck blood. It is just a subculture a lifestyle i think.

If you were a Vampire, you'd know about it. You wouldn't even have to ask the question in an online forum. But like someone above said, the closest you will ever get to being a Vampire, is just living the lifestyle, & in my books, that does not make you a Vampire :)

As many have said, you should be able to know on your own.
But to be able to look back on your blood line, or a family tree if you will, would be a little unlikely.

Vampirism (that is, psychic/sanguinarian, not this fantasy bullshit) is not hereditary. You won't have a bloodline. The closest thing you may ever have to a bloodline, if indeed you're even a vampire, is the soulmates you've met in your past lifetimes. People you resonate well with and are naturally drawn to are a prime example. If you are indeed a vampire, and as far as I'm aware there's no foolproof test you can do on your own to find this out, your "bloodline", as I previously described, will find you. Your closest friends in this life were likely close to you in previous lives. It happens.

But there are energetic signs of vampirism, and if you know someone who can see auras well, they'll be your best bet at determining if you're vampiric. But first and foremost, if you were a vampire, you'd probably know already.
