I just wanted to say that Vampire Rave is full of big hearted people. Kudos to all of you that donated and participated in the charity. I wish that I would have been able to participate myself.

It does a heart good to know how many wonderful people you are surrounded by.

I think that Cancer is a wonderful man for allowing the charity auction to take place.

Thanks Cancer for allowing us the chance to do the charity auction. Emerald, you are a gem thanks for being there helping everyone out. and thanks to everyone that helped Emerald out and to the ones that donated and particpated in the auctions.

Sorry i missed out on this but mayhaps next time i'll be able to join in, kudos to all who did join in for a good cause

I'm sure glad that everything worked out. It always surprizes me what people can do if they put their minds to a good cause. I would say more but someone *stumped* my head and it still hurts a little. ;)

Yes, well Billy that was your toe that got stumped I heard! Everyone has been tremedous, and I am sure we will hear from the Charity Center in New Orleans whenever Joli finds a little time :)

The whole experience was amazing to watch. I am so honored that you chose our Center to benefit from the generosity VR has to give. The amount raised was more than anyone imagined. This was a new idea, and it grew and was blessed time and time again.

Because I come from a position of faith, I give credit to God. I also want to say that the donations will go straight into Programs to help others. We will spend it on feeding people and getting them emergency shelter. Some may go toward school supplies or medicine help, but none will go to overhead. You will directly impact lives. To me, that is more important than the amount raised...The eternal value lies in taking the opportunity to express your faith, caring, and generosity. I am forever humbled by what I saw happen here. Thank you to you all.

I would also like to have the chance to write to each of you individually. If you made a bid here or a donation, please message me with your postal address or an email address. I want to send a hand-written letter to each of you (which can double as a receipt for tax purposes.) And while confidentiality is priority at the Center, I understand that some may wish to communicate instead by email. Just please give me the opportunity to express my gratitude to you personally.
