Where are the psychics when people need them the most?


If you have what you refer to as a gift, how do you apply that gift in day to day interactions?

I notice people here with lots of broken trust relationships (some are believers) and yet they are not getting relative insight from a site that has a lot of people claiming Empathy, and other gifts?

I have noticed a few people that show skills in insight, yet she, and he, never claimed to be gifted.

I have seen people offer their practice to others, and not one person so much as inquire about their offer.

Where are the psychics, when so many people are drifting about seeking insight?

I wonder though if some may feel they may be ridiculed , or maybe they are afraid they maybe wrong, and since some people are SO impressionable they may feel they should be careful.
Some may even have to have special circumstances to do this , or not have any controll of when it happens .Yet still, maybe they don't want to get involved.

It is a great gift , would be better still if one could learn how to use it at will.

So would you say that a percentage of skilled readers, tend to not project themselves Practicing Occult, or using Occult Forces, the last reader I interviewed, stated that her source is not occult, or Mystic, She mentioned she uses, social observation. Set to a routine her Aunt taught her. She uses her Social craft, to inspire her clients to View themselves in context. Presenting them with a "fill-in" the blanks "work book". Sort of like counseling on a few levels, she works groups as well. I have sat in on a few mixers, and people that where stuck in cliques prior to the sitting, used leads from the reading to open conversations with others. The reader I consulted has a data base of exploitation in the industry. She aids here brother, an insurance agent deal with cases of identity concerns created by Exploitive reader, and the often occurring Network Stalking that Scam Fortune Takers (her term) run.

Her one time partner I should mention is doing a 4 year sentence for Theft by pretense.

She also mentions that few people that are well versed in the ethics of the social craft, seldom advertise aggressively. Some would be clients are so Jaded to anybody that doesn't present a mystic claim. They want to communicate with dead relatives, they want to avoid (her words) accepting that they did not make the most of communication with the deceased while alive.

I guess either they don't think that they have that kinda ability or they don't believe in it for whatever reason or they feel out of place because they feel odd and don't think that they'll be accepted by society. Or they do it only for money or for countless other reasons that only that person will know.

Or maybe,some quietly work away at it without anyone really being the wiser.

I have had spells where I was able to tap into this ability but it's not something I was able to control at any point in my life I have sort of left it behind me when I realized that no one believed me nor did they care mmm I wonder is it possible for you too have a gift and then loose it when you don't use it where it just stops and never returns? makes u wonder did you do something wrong to make this happen? of was it just something that came to you for that little bit of time for certain situations a car accident a bad vibe u get when u walk past a house u know something is wrong but u only got it that one time in ur life and after that u never felt anything like it again?

people that really have the gift use it for good and cant just turn it on when they want to like a light switch. they get what ever message that they get and pass on the information.

the ones that charge money are usually the fakes.

There is too much flux and uncertainty for any psychics to be making clear predictions at this moment, with so many alternative outcomes it becomes almost impossible to pick one.

I think people tend to use their skills mostly for their own gain. I'm not being angry or sarcastic, I think it's just human nature. If there were true "psychics" I think they'd be better served keeping quiet about their nature and using it to their own advantage. Otherwise someone not quite so nice might decide to take a look in their head...or their heart and see if they can find what makes the person "psychic." Maybe with something a little sharper than just keen interest...maybe with a scalpel...hehe

Psychics are in all of us it is just openning the door or mind to it.

People who have the gifts know it comes from a higher source. The gifts can be taken away if there is much misuse. Many people pray, practice, meditate for a gift.

Ive had a few Psychic experiences that centered around me but i wouldn't go as far as saying that i have the power.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one here that has had them either.

as said above, personal gain is a misuse and would cause false readings.

some people can only use their ability when face to face with someone, which i am sure is true of a lot of alleged psychics. I am weary of anybody who can allegedly do it remotely. Surely if this was the case we would have some knowledge of where many missing people are, for example, Madeline Mccann. No one has come forward to say they can find this child.

Some people may be afraid to come out. Seriously, it's not as though it's easy, in a world of skeptics, to come out, say, "Hey, I'm an Empath," and be looked at with respect. Generally, people now-a-days, look upon those with certain abilities as though they were crazy.

A percentage of those who claim to have great mystic gifts, show a complete lack of social skills, and personal life management skills.

Those that press their claimed gift (promotion) tend to become jaded to clients after a while, Sylvia Brown is an example of this. Her, "Hooo Hmmms have been caught on personal video. Something she intentionally edits, along with her misses.

The actual craft involves no mystic source, that is something that in the past was used to create a third party degree of removal. Digging through a one time customers garbage, and then inviting them back for a more "indepth" session, was not uncommon back then.

In a personal social setting a Crafted person will avoid outing their nature.. this helps avoid biasing the friend, or associate.

A person who has benefit from such Craft may sense profound relativeness from the person.. simular to a counselor.

If your referring to "where are all the Psychics" on this website then your probably going to have a hard time weeding the fakes from the real macoy.

In this day and age there is a lot of judgment going on in the world. You can offer you hand to someone in their time of need only to be laughed at and ridiculed.
Maybe people who have such skills don't want to be recognized for it for this very reason.

They first start out as a social outcast, with no take on any form of communication.

Someone discovers them and their inability to function in social outings though intense at first, starts to fade.

Then towards the end, they become a monster of the media, who starts invading any body of media ever known to man.

Well I feel alot of people who has a gift does not advertise it due to disbelievers, frauds, and ridicule from others and the media. I mean there are alot of people who has different gifts as to the insight of future events or things that has happened and can help.

Yet, many have been basically ridiculed so why would you want to be out there when many do not believe. Some even do believe she or he is gifted yet to afraid toask them cause they really do not want to know the outcome or the possiblity of the truth.

Our society is so cruel to people that my opinion is why would they want to go puplic? yet, some do not care if you believe them or not, and then of course there are the frauds as well that pry on the willing believers and as someone said , they are at the bank cashing the check for false info to the person /people.

Which is sad because I do believe some people have an insight and could actually help people be found or give closure or just info in general. yet, to me the real gifted people stay very private, because of so many whom are just con artist and in it for the money.

You'd be surprised how some of us... are actually doing work, here... we're just not "all ego".... where we have to put our "commercial" out there....
I read profiles.... pleas.... requests... and even just simple comments where I get a "feeling" someone may need so communication and, I message them privately....

People need to find their own insight on their life and what is going on around them. They should not put 100% faith into what someone 'foresees'. It will give them a false sense of what is going to happen. While they wait and wait they will miss out on things. It's like directing someone on a path and telling them they can't veer off no matter how bad the situation gets.

I am not convinced that someone can keep giving you an exact time, day, etc. as to when something is going to happen and actually have it happen every time the same way.

Things can be changed. I've always felt there are different paths we can take when a situation arrives. I don't feel as though you are set on one certain path and someone can tell you the roads and bumps ahead.

I am sure there are times when a situation gets close enough that it is set in stone that someone can maybe foresee something, but not at 100%.


Where are the psychics when people need them the most?

I don't think anyone actually 'needs' a psychic. If you search one out then you are doing it either for personal comfort or putting to much 'power' into what they say.

I've always felt that people who come into your life come into your life for reasons. I have known those who have come into my life and I just 'know' what I am supposed to do to guide them or help them move back to a path that helps them. The more I get to know someone and that guard goes down between them and myself, I can 'feel' more. It is a hit or miss. It does not happen when everyone, it is just something that happens.

I do not claim to be 'gifted', 'psychic', etc. I just know the way I feel. I do not seek out people to give them false illusions of what I am or what I may or may not be able to do.

Why are some people not getting relative insight from a site that has a lot of people claiming Empathy? Because I feel as though a lot of this site that claims to be Empathic, or even Psychic, are far from it. I think most psyche themselves up for it after reading it and gathering information on it and self diagnose themselves as 'this is what I am' when in fact it could be just very good intuition or just human emotions.

If all the people who claimed to be Empaths really were, I would doubt a lot of the problems that arise on this site would.

I notice most who seek psychics shun openly psycologist , very common indeed.

Seems to me that this is nothing but the "Who has Wisdom" question. Anyone that mentions they do, proves that they don't. And anyone that doesn't reply, proves to the questioner that none do because nobody answered his question. Silly, is it not? No wonder that the avatars and Masters stay in their caves and mountains. JC taught by parables for a reason. Answers, and proof, come from the inside. Something the arrogant and ignorant will never learn or understand.

I find it interesting that among those who believe in psychic abilities, there is no consensus on exactly what it is. Some call it a "sixth sense" which would indicate that it is an ability within the person themselves. Others call it a "gift" as though it were something special, given only to a few. Others still, suggest it is offered from outside of the psychic themselves and is therefore, purely beyond their own power to control.

Only those who disbelieve in psychic ability seem to hold a comprehensive and solid idea on what it is. This seems to be the common pattern with things that are suggested by some to exist, but without objective supporting evidence. Those who believe always throw their own subjective assessment into the picture while those who disbelieve all align quite well.

My girl has these gifts but doesn't openly tell people as they are a lot of non believers and she is often ridiculed about it. She has demonstrated over and over again these abilities and still some refuse to believe what is in front of their faces. I believe in her and the abilities. I listen. She uses them almost everyday.

I see people that lack any interest in what people tell them they need to do (when they "beg for advice") only to to turn critical when the person fails to give them the desired reassurance to their pre-drawn course.

I see psychics take advantage of this. As entertainers psychics serve as good group mixers, but what accreditation has a psychic to handle clinical matters, what clinical studies have they presented, the psychology field theoretically should have been out of clients because of the psychics resolving peoples crisis and anxiety, grief counseling would, and should be unneeded completely.

I hear more people claiming to be psychics that cannot address basic teachings, (that is aside from saying "We learned it different in my teachings", or That is a secret".)

Psychics should stick to the For entertainment only slogan.

Let me try to put this in the right perspective.

Accumulating more findings like these coincidences between the number 11 and other things should be easy, since there are countless items that can be made to relate in some fashion to the number 11 (or 12, 13, or just about any other number or word). E.g. the country code for Pakistan is 92 (9+2=11), a Boeing 757 holds about 11,000 gallons of fuel and the wingspan is 155 feet (1+5+5=11), Nostradamus and Billy Graham have 11 letters, any word with 8 letters just put 'the' in front of it; any word with 9 letters, just put 'ww' or any two-letter word in front of it, any word with 10 letters, just put 'a' in front of it or add an s to the end of it, etc. It is especially easy to do this since there is no specific guide before we begin our hunt for amazing facts as to what will and what won't count as being relevant. We have a nearly boundless array of items that could count as hits. Unfortunately for Geller and others who are impressed by these hits, there is also an even larger array of items that could count as misses. If we start hunting for items that seem relevant but don't fit the pattern, we will soon see that there is nothing special about Geller's list or the number 11. Only by focusing on anything that we can fit to our belief and ignoring everything that doesn't fit (confirmation bias) can we make these coincidences seem meaningful
