I have a ? A friend had gotten a burn mark on her a scratch like druing the night and it has been burning her ?
She thinks it might be from a ghost or devil.?
I am not sure with this one need some help so i can explain to her what it is or stands for
To say the mark was mayhaps placed there by a ghost or demon is irrational to say the least, especially without proof. The two of you need to walk yourselves through the night to find a justifiable reason for the mark rather than instilling a bit of paranoia for something that could not have happened without proper reason. Spells cannot summon enitities to place any kind of mark, save for certain very powerful incantations. But most certainly not mediocre spells.
A more probably cause was that perhaps your friend was acting out in their dreams and scratched themselves...a burning sensation is something that can accompany such a wound.
I would leave out the part about the spell and go to the doctor if this is a bad scratch and have them take a look. It is unlikely it had anything to do with a spell. Hopefully this person is not going to bookstores and trying out spells and has taken the time to learn about magick.
Ghost and spirits are not corporeal so they can't scratch or hurt you , more then likely she did it in her sleep or if she has a cat it did it trying to get on the bed during the night , my cats do it all the time.
I have to agree with everyone else on this so far. Not saying that it wasn't a ghost or demon but then again a cats scratch can hurt or burn like this as well. The scratch of a puppy can do the same thing. With a cat though you have to watch out for cat scratch fever (Not just a song). As it can be very hard on you.
I hope you didn't do any spells without knowing what you were doing? Either way you should probably go and see a doctor while maintaining a good distance from that kind of stuff, especailly if you are inexperianced.
Post a picture if possible.
Does your friend smoke? Use Drugs? Use any Hobby Equipment?
Has she handled any heavy objects?
In what context did she mention the burn mark?
How often does she claim to be " disturbed by entities"?
Something like this occurred to me but what happened was that it took place while being wide awake in the day, minding my own business, just typing away on my pc doing a project.... I felt a strong burn on my face and on my arms, it was stinging me and I felt uncomfortable... but continued to do my work ... later on while showering my face and arm was burning me .. later on by noon my mother told me, "oh my what happen to your face?" I had a zig-zag on my forehead, cheek and arm I couldn't understand it either and I was wide awake... it really gave me goose bumps this experience and my family member were scared.... I don't drink or use drugs....Other odd things have occurred and would love to share some of it so I can get some input on it....
Head to an emergency room if he keeps burning...mmm not sure if I would agree it's from a spell. I'd have to see it upclose. I'd get it looked at though and fast perhaps.
Does the person have a history if cutting? They could be attempting to buffer the reason the mark is there, using something they may know you believe in
As a foundation to build a fabricated story.
What shape has the mark and what`s the region of the body where it appeared?
There is an old Taoist saying, "Beware what you think for they become your words. Beware what you say for they become your actions. Beware your actions as they become your habits. Beware your habits as they become your fate." So changing your fate simply requires changing your thoughts.
The mark comes from within.
There is quite a lot of theory that physical ailments can come from internal causes (ie repeated sore throats are caused by not saying something that needs to be said). Stigmata in particular is usually more closely associated with an internal source than an external one, especially if you believe in occams razor; despite the belief of the recipient.
Although the most likely source is something physical and measurable.
Like on CSI you can position your self in a way to view how you would burn yourself in such a manner as her, is there any out standing verbal, or physical abuse issues you friend is going through, issues they would want to
Easy concern over?
Here's a thought.
Like 99% of the people I have known to 'praktice macigk', she's an attention seeking liar, hurting herself and ascribing some mystic origin to the wound to garner some pity.
Tell her not to play with hot things, wear a helmet, and stay out of traffic.
A good idea would be to see if it's an infection. This may not really be supernatural. If she was playing around in oils, herbs, etc... and had an open-wound there would seem a more logical explanation.
