I understand a little about this. What is your views/ideas of binding one person to another, either through energy or blood...master and servant?

i believe in bindings. Bindings are powerful spells but be carefull because what you do always comes back to you 3 fold.

i have been told that i have been bound...but don't know to who..so i'm confused..i'm looking for more information

How many types of binding are there? I mean, there is taking damage and throw back, and just wrap a chain on their wrists. (My opinion)

i know there is a way to do binding by blood. and by energy..i'm just not clear on it...and how it can be done without knowledge.

Binding is not always to another ...you can be bound from doing a certain something as well.

Most of my experience with bindings .. are for either the sake of the one bound or those around them. Used to prevent the person from using their abilities, keep them from casting, etc.

When a vampire feeds continuously from one donor they form a bond. Doesn't matter what type of energy is donated a bond is still formed. And when you add sex to the equation, the exchange of bodily fluids the bond strengthens.

Depending on the people involved and the vampires abilities they can know where one another is, what the other is feeling ect.

I have been in a small coven where we had to bind someones abilities to prvent them from doin damage to others the were unable to control there absorbtion of others energy

i think its not a good idea because what if the person who is binded doesn't want to be or did and then change their mind? the person who has power might get used to it and not like the bind off

I don't feel that it as a master and servant, though it could be played that way if one so chooses.

It's more of an emotional connection, one which gives a sense of companionship, especially in the dark and quiet moments.

It also creates a stronger link for communication, for feeding and of trust.

the funny thing is when i am sad my boyfriend is sad and we have some sort of psychic connection, also my name starts with an S and his an M..so slave and master...

Is it possible to be bound to someone with out knowing who? Or how?

I was scrolling through this topic and saw many ideas in reference to many types of binding. But the topic here is Vampiric Binding.. I sersiously feel dom angelus said it all with reguards to the energy manipulation, Metaphysics, and our condition. Thank you Dom!

well one has to be sure of the person your binding yourself to..after all..if neither of you is certain, then you both will suffer worse then you realise

I think that it is all just a way to play mind games with people...if you are weak minded (for lack of better description) then you are easily made to believe you are bound and if YOU believe it then YOU make yourself bound....

If you are strong willed then I believe you would not be bound because the belief it could be done would not be there.

I do not beleive binding has any correct method of being performed, it all depends on the individuality of the situations. In My case I have bound different people on different levels and for diffent reasons. Some more serious then others. I think this stems from My views on bdsm. Uniqueness is the key to capturing and fufilling the bond. There are emotional , physical and spiritual reasons of each bond.

i belive they can be bound if they choose unless its harmful to another
but just remember to becareful IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED DONT TRY TO BIND SOMEONE it will only come back 3 fold on you

I have to say that I have done a binding on someone, nothing viscious, just to keep him from being abusive and mouthy and it worked. Its been almost 2 weeks now and I know that doesnt sound like a long time, but this is something that was almost on a daily basis. I think if you really know how to do it and really concentrate you can do it..

First off in my understanding what one would refer to as a magickal binding or a typical binding by a witch would not be the same as vampiric binding. There are many reasons for vampiric bindings some are full of good intentions and others are simply malicious. A vampiric binding is not always performed with the knowledge of both parties. A vampiric binding, to my knowledge is most commonly used for one of two instances, one would be to create a stronger bond between two vampires so that each may grow stronger and help one another and protect one another. The other would be to hinder the one that is being bound. Whereas a typical magickal binding is generally done with the purpose of protecting either the person be bound or for protecting others from being harmed by the one being bound.
This is my opinion and belief on the subject.

Well I do believe that a person can be bound by blood and by energies. I haven't experinced a binding of the blood, but my bf and I are bound by energies. We are physcologically linked, connected..

But also it can prove dangerous by blood.. we are discussing it however.

Are they bound to you by blood, or are they really bound to you by their choice. I don't believe anyone should be bound to another against their free will.

Only time I have heard of binding is in my LKH books. I guess it can happen. It is like marriage forever...
