Im just wondering what and how you guys would describe the effects that blood has on you when youve drank it. Im wondering if everyones are the same or diferant. + I know that energy and feeling are past through it. So anyone got any stories?

When I consumed blood long ago, it had a vile irony-metallic taste to it. It was hard to get past the gag-reflex, but I was only a child then... barely 7 or 8 years old. I realized then, it wasn't blood I needed, but energy.

From that point on, I tried everything to drain energy from the people around me indiscriminately. Of course, now that I am a LOT older (and wiser... thanks Vamplez) I have learned to control my energy drainage of people. I take only a bit from many so as not to harm others. Of course after a long day at work, I usually am overflowing with 'energy' and need to be completely alone for a few hours.

I'll get a blood-lust from time to time and the only thing that will take the craving away is blood. Then I will consume the blood usually from meat and will feel revitalized and energized again, but normal feeding habits is energy, but still get a craving for blood once in a while.

Thats interesting i wouldnt say i felt energist at all.. i feel more calm and high in a way. Also my body seems 2 go numb and i feel as though im floating its abit weird.

For everyone it's different... I feel really hyper and generally get into trouble :D Isn't my fault (well, yes, it is) but whenever I take blood (which isn't really that often) I feel electrified, and get all crazy. People out of the know say I look like I'm on E.

I'm not sure who in this world hasn't drank blood- most kids or people in general will put their 'owees' in their mouth- a cut finger, a nose bleed- what have you. Everyone knows it tastes metallic.

I would personally never drink from another person. I don't drink from myself either. I don't jive with someone's bodily fluids in my mouth.

As said above, while i don't take blood of others i have tasted my own in varying ways over the years and while it does taste metallic i do get a natural peace from it

When i tasted blood it really didnt do anything to me that i noticed...

I feel calm and satisfied, with a sense of renewed energy.

Most sang vamps do not drink from themselves.. it is like cannibalism.

You must understand that the human stomach can't deal with much blood... u will get sick and vomit. which defeats the hold feeding. I can take approx 2-3 tablespoons without any problems.

I do blood feed from my hubbie he is a were-creature and the energy we exchange during feeding is incredible. So we combine psi-energy and blood.

But the feeling I get is like taking a shot of B12... lots of energy.

Considering I hate the taste of blood, i've never ventured to drink a lot of it. The dentist is bad enough.

I used to play sports and would get hit in the mouth a lot ....I had braces on my teeth......thus my mouth bled a lot.

Not something I liked to taste or to feel.

So the effects for me......negative.
As for other's blood.......just ..EWW.

When I wrap my astral tentacles around a living organism, or from the elements or the raw power of the universe, I feel a sense of euphoria afterward...... I just feel enlightened. It is amazing.

Well I could never drink it totally, mainly I would lick the blood of the wound or the cut, then leave it in my mouth till I spit it out, after kind of absorbing the enrgy in it and essence, but more then that it is not a habit as the tast is not pleasent to me.

Although I have not fed in a long time (blood fed), the feeling I got was a sense of satisfaction and tranquility. I would get very anxious right before the feed and then I would feel much better afterwards. When I feed, I only take small amounts at a time in the fear that too much would make me very ill. Even at that, I do not need much blood when I'm feeding.

Presently, most of the feeding I do is through energy and through the psychi. I tend to leave people rather drained and ill if I feed for too long, so I tend not to do that. That way people will not lean away from me. When I feed in this way, I also get a satisfaction when I feed for a long time and when I feed for a small amount.

Well, the taste of blood is pleasant to me. It always has been since I was little. I had never tasted someone else's until about the beginning on December, and that experience was like nothing else and amazing.

I guess when I taste my own blood, it is just for that, the taste. And when I taste my partner's blood, it intoxicates me *I think the mood more than anything* and it gives me a sort of natural high.

I think that is the only way to really explain the effects for me.

I alwayd feel calm, and at peace. Happy. My stress is suddenly relieved.

I still have yet to figure out how blood from yourself or others could give you a feeling of tranquility or peave. A euphoria if you will. Although it does not semi completely impossible to me, I myself still have yet to feel such a feeling.

I've never really gotten a prominent feeling after consuming blood. Probably because I never take more than a couple droplets at a time.

I never felt anything when i put my finger in my mouth after a cut as a kid. I actually prefered to squeeze on it & watch the blood pool up then run down my fingers....
