Now, there are debates on if there are paranormal creatures. Now lets say we know for a fact there are creatures out there.

Here is my question could a creature come back as a ghost, and because they are not human would they keep as a ghost there talents if they had any?

What do you think?

example if a person was a were wolf and died came back as a ghost, would once a month at the full moon would there change still come with them

Always thought a ghost form came back for a reason, regardless of what creature it may have been in life. The powers it can possess may depend on what it requires to achieve its goal. Weather it be to complete a task in order to move on or to haunt and cause disorder due to an event that occurred in life or at the time of death. As for supernatural beings, such as were-creatures, that is a tricky one. Would it need to change form in a ghost-like state? It would, arguably come back in the form it was killed in. Since common belief is after death the creature returns to original form, then that is the template for the ghost. I do not see how the moon would have an effect on something that is in-between different places or not of this world.

I would think a ghost would look similar but not 100% like its living counterpart

I'd like to think they come back as whatever they were at their most happiest, say if someone hated the fact they changed once a month, that they could find some kind of peace in death and come back and be happy with how they are

Some ghost have come back with similar looks, other might have preferred to appeared blurred, or simply creat episodes to make their presence known.

if a person is a werewolf or whatever, is it only a physical condition or is there a spiritual aspect?
I think that could serve as a guide.
Like if someone had a giant tumor on their arm that lacked any aura, their ghost would show up without it.
If someone had a physical third eye that let them utilize spiritual sight and remote viewing, that eye is likely also ingrained into their spirit.

There have been many sights seen of dog ghosts through time. But, never hear of werewolf, and the reason is because they don't exist. For a creature to return as a ghost, must have existed as a tangible matter. Werewolf are part of urban legend.

I think that a ghost , werewolf , vampire or any sort of disincarnate creature wouldn't be restricted by the physical form it left behind . I think that it would be more likely to take on an ethereal form that is an expression of it's souls nature .

If one is to look at legend, when a werewolf is killed the "curse" is removed. Therefore if they lingered, I would think they would be seen in their original pre-werewolf form. This is opinion of course and in many movies (speaking of fiction) usually when the person has died, the negative is usually removed except in a few here or there where the death only makes the person/creature stronger in their powers. Any other sort of creature I would have to make a guess as to whether there was something to live on or where they might go after death. Many of the creatures or people for that matter accused of being certain paranormal entities are usually buried in a way that is suppose to inhibit their ability to come back such as under cairns and things of that nature. Some legends state some project out of the grave so it would depend on what protections were put up if the person, etc was suspected. I personally couldn't guess if there would be any special powers lingering after death if they were attended to by the living.

If a werewolf were real and they died, I believe that they would remain unchanged. Meaning, they would carry on as they would if they were alive. The reason I say this is, because most arent even aware they are dead. Granted, though, there is a few exceptions.

But what if its not a intelligent haunting?
What if its residual haunting? One that repeats itself on a constant loop, doing the same thing over and over, on a regular basis?

Or what if your dealing with a demonic entity? Its not "human" anymore.

I included those last two questions because the question was only looking at intelligent hauntings, and I just wanted to pose that.

But would they even come back as a ghost? I don't think that any paranormal creature could come back especially a vampire as technically they're already 'dead'

To Answere the question for the werewolf to come back as a ghost it would keep it's powers and gain more special powers. It would change once a month or how ever many times it changed. I truly believe in the paranormal !

Like a lot of people have been saying I think it depends on what the spirit wishes to accomplish that would determine it's powers, but I don't think you could die as a werewolf and come back as a ghost with werewolf form along with ghost AND werewolf powers. Actually, I think any power a werewolf has would be nullified by death, so you'd have a ghost that looks like a werewolf, but only has ghost powers.

If they did exist, and if they did still morph with the moon I don't think they'd be able to do any damage. Not even ghosts can do damage... just poltergeists... But then again, this is just speculation.. one would have to be real for us to know.

People often suffer from the delusion that creatures and (animals particularly) have no soul. I say nay! LOL. What gives a creature a soul. What really makes us different from the animals other then the fact that we are technologically advanced. Some animals feel for their dead relatives. They love and get offended. That being said. Yes I do believe that they can come back as ghosts. They may have just as much reason to be here as we do.

if a 'ghost' came back, to finish something, it would be as a memory, or as a shade of that original self.. so to be succinct, I don't think a change would occur once a month, as in the example given, tho as part of that essence there would be something of the wolpine.

Intresting concept, in my own opinon we are just shells or embodyment of our former selfs as we mortal body does decay, our energy can still manifest its self into a different being, so hence, ghost can exist in any form but only retaing a fraction of our former self.

That's an interesting question. In my opinion, that would depend if the creature had a soul, or a spirit. If vampires, werewolves and others were soulless beasts, I would say no, they wouldnt become ghosts. But if they are more human than creature, and have a soul, I would say yes.

Perhaps ghosts are trapped Alien entities. Recently the Fbi and wki leaks files have revealed the authorities have been hiding the truth for fifty years or more.

i think all living things could come back as a spirit or as other call it a "ghost". There form would be pretty much the same as in life yet slightly altered

I think that creatures of the paranormal are mearly essence, of what the living was, animal or human, its all essence of that.

I have to agree with CryingMist..what we come back as is nothing more then the mere essences of what we were. But to add on to her statement, If the essence of what we were was a werewolf..then yeah, I think would manifest ourselves as a wolf.

Ceatures can not be in creature form wen they becomes paranormal.

Coz they have had best of consciousness through out when they lived. After death their consciousness drive them to best of forms and human can not do this coz human have had weaker type of consciousness so it is very hard to human to go against their form when they becomes paranormal after death.

Human is normally sloath and really have weaker consciousness than creatures.

The most common view of ghost is the person had unfinished business or died violently. Paranormal creatures center around violence so it would stand to reason that they too could come back and yet retain their life -given abilities

i suspect that it is actually a ghost that is responsible for the idea of the "undead vampire".

so say a "vampyre" , a human vampire, with a need for energy dies...

the ghost rises from its grave, still needing energy...perhaps using the energy to gain corporeal form.

destroying the body in some way may release the spirit from the body, and end the attacks.

i am supposing that the ghost of such a creature would come back with their talents.. because that's how they lived in their life.

would a cat ghost still bathe itself? i would guess so.. out of habit if nothing else.

i believe animals reincarnate but yeah who knows but ur right there are creatures out there, some ur better not knowing about unless u have special gifts to defeat 'em :)

IF there are "creatures" out there then id imagine they could come back as a ghost seeing as how people claim to see a lot of animal ghosts i dont see how creatures are any different. I don't know if they would still have there special abilities though. i mean they died you have to loose something when u die...

I think it is highly possible to have creatures as ghosts. It wouldn't be any different from a human ghost I would imagine.

i am not sure but i have heard of pets dying and coming back and haunting places they stayed while alive so i do think anything is possible

I guess that depends on whether you believe animals have souls. Some think they don't, but I happen to think that all living things have souls. Perhaps even plants.
