I have had several complaints about a few members here and the drama they bring to the site- wondering if something can be done because people don't want to log in anymore due to them. We don't suspend people unless they break site terms of service, that's always going to be the answer. But moreover, it's up to all of use to be the change we wish to see on Vampire Rave. We don't have to put so much stock into the soap opera that is journal drama and kismets. We can log in and go to the areas we want to see hoppin' and make it so.
We can ICE OUT the members who bring nothing positive to the table here. We can refuse to comment in or about their journals. Without interaction, they'll get bored and move on.
Today I posted several threads in the main forum. I am hoping to see people go there and interact. I also hope more of you will choose to create threads of your own. Wouldn't it be great to log in and go straight to the forum to find interesting conversation?
I also continue to encourage you all to study for and take the Acolyte test! This if for members with a clean record here on the site. I know many of you claim it is too hard- but people have passed it *many* times. We need people to be a part of Vampire Rave in many ways- contributing, creating, building... Those who become Acolytes have the opportunity to be considered for other positions on the site as time goes on and they prove their willingness and ability.
Let's ignore stupidity.
Let's create the space we want to be in.
I'll be posting this in various ways here on the site to get the word out.

If you want to really give back to Vampire Rave- I encourage you to study for, take, and pass the Acolyte Test. You need to have a clean record here and not be one to talk crap about Vampire Rave, of course (it should make perfect sense that Cancer wants people who support him in that role). So, someone who doesn't break rules, supports Cancer, and can pass this test is a great candidate and will probably be guaranteed the position.
If you take the test and fail- you can retake it in 30 days. We need more Acolytes. And Acolytes have a potential to move into the Middle Admin ranks of Procurator, Dominar, and Sentoran.

This isn't a call for people to stop, just my own personal thing. Many people I really like here use these options. But for me- my eyes just HURT with so many of these animated .gif avatars- specifically ones that move quickly. The other thing- music on profiles/portfolios/journals. I find myself immediately muting my computer when I land on one with music, because most of them start with a definite bang. Don't change who you are because it irks me. Just... you know... journaling here, as one does.

Also: Call your old friends to come back to Vampire Rave if they've been gone for a while. Let's get the movement going to get to where we want to be.

I'am afraid to bring my friends to the site because of certain members and all my friends are young around age 26 and younger no lower then the legal age of Vampire Rave last time I had a friend here thing's didn't go so well. They left they where one of my friends from a minecraft server that I use to be staff on then moved to another server that I was hired on to become a builder instead.
Lol I wonder who was trying to report who this time sure I may complain in my journal about one thing but besides the point.
Was only arguing with my mom long story short cause I felt used. Other then that I was pretty quite before hand all the crap started on me.
With me trying to be happy with my current new proceeding path.
This is a great tip by the way again like I use to say in the past this admin gives great tips and I wish there where more like her sure me and you might not see eye to eye but I can throw a few good punch lines to leave a good feed back when all dies down in the end.

I would highly encourage people to take the Acolyte test. I feel like the test questions are fairly easy for anyone who's been around VR for any significant amount of time. Of course, it does help to study the VR Manuel. But, it's not that difficult of a test to pass. If you tried and failed, just brush up on the VR Manuel and retake it when you can. I would love to see more people join the Acolyte team.

again she thinks everything is about her I'am sorry hon but this admin is trying to get us to learn positive side of vr and not fighting in journals I agree with this it should be stopped but again not breaking tos and complaining about disputes is quite normal, I know what can do start reading the vr manual and learn maybe something out of this thanks Cartomancer for this info I will look into it.

Stay on track- I posted this for people to stop giving attention to personal disputes, and they were bright right in here. What I want people to do is ignore all of the journal entries that are just nothing but personal disputes. This isn’t PersonalDisputeRave.com - it’s VampireRave.com.

There is a bottom called, "block". use it. The are 24857 members, IAW the top left corner of the screen. Go and rate. Don't read journal, if you are going to be offended by what others people said in their own space. Remember, VR is a beautiful place, is just like an Apple tree. just because we have some bad apple doesn't mean, the tree is dying.
