I am looking in the VR manual regarding webcams and find no Q and A complaints examples regarding the scenario of "Mom, she's looking at me!"
Does this mean then that while a person can mute a viewer thus preventing them speaking in the chat; no one can make that person if they do not wish too. Ah this is interesting...I forgot to see what it says about people sending email death threats. Probably the same since; can the threat actually be carried out.
In that case threats of, "I will hunt you down and kill you if you do not leave the webchat should be handled by law enforcement..right?
Nothing about privacy though, hmmm. See privacy was considered at one time from what I understand and junked as some sort of liability or something.
There are a great many venues for using a webcam while conferencing. VR has not cornered the market on this technology, nor is it cutting edge.
However if it please you next time to use VR for a private webchat and you do not want to be disturbed...try closing out VR after your friend joins you. The chat keeps going as long as people are in it. If your person leaves or gets dropped you will need to log back on to VR to get them back but that is what it takes. eh
Seems a small price to pay to keep the CM's and Admins from having to deal with bullshit, little kid, backseat drama's which essentially read as,"she's touching me! Stop touching me!" and "I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you. Mom! He hit me!"

I think it is entirely possible that I have been at some point rated a 1 and blocked by somebody; potentially multiple somebody's.
Is it actually a multiple if it is 1 person with 10 profiles that stand for an hour and then delete like some sort of temporary but severe case of multiple personality disorder? Maybe a demon popped into that persons profile like in Army of Darkness and created a whole bunch of mini and evil versions of the original! That would be freaky and then I squoosh them with a fly swatter! ooooo Gushy!
Maybe the cats could help me clean it up or the dogs but then they might throw up evil hairballs that would grow and multiply in water in their attempt to take over the world! So we would put them all on a spaceship which is on a 5 year mission to seek out new life---SMACK!!!

I think at some point in the last two years someone must have rated me a 1 or blocked me and it is horrible!!!! It means they don't like me!!!!!!! And I don't know who they are!!!!!!!! In fact they have never even spoken to me!!!!!!! This might just kill me, it is in fact so horrible that I may gut myself right here with a little plastic knife I got at Ingles...ya ready everybody? I'm gonna do it! Fuckin' swear!!!!!!!!!

Well, you know who I am and the CM me on another profile got a complaint today. Ha, only said person can't go lower than rock bottom. xD Ah well, it's not much of a CM's fault all the time. People are people.

I know! And she knows too. What she did amounted to a bit of mischief at his expense, however..his friends did send her threatening pm's to her account and he can't control his friends any more than you can control your coven members; it was bad form.
I was in her chat for the last 20 or 30 minutes before he closed his cam and I could see and hear her and I could hear him.
My journal entry had no purpose to degrade CM's; the messages to the CM's was bullshit. Kid stuff actually and in addition through out the entire thing he is invoking your name, Cancer's name and another person; as if to say that the way things are played on VR do not apply to him. Petty garbage!
You know the girl is a scamp and that as long as she is not breaking rules, what can people do? She broke no rules last night. I just wanted to give viewers a perspective; without naming names and present a forum for discussion.
I also if you noticed, added a solution to the fellows problem.
