The layout here is really nice. I like the background and adore the images. There were a couple things I think you could improve on though. You need to make your font a different color. It is very hard to read and after only reading the part that was not of survey structure, I stopped. It hurt my eyes to strain. Black would probably work better than the white but I still don't think it would be a very good choice. Perhaps a maroon color? Or dark purple.
My only other critique would be a little bit more of writing from you. The pictures are fun to look at the quizes probably more interesting to other people, but there's a sense of 'every other profile' that quizzes and simple surveys give.
