while biteing another to drink..
how far into the skin do you need to bite ?
what is the best way to drink ?
How much blood are you trying to get? How fast will you need the bleeding to stop? Do you want to leave scars? These questions should dictate from where you draw the blood.
I prefer a light scratch and lick up what flows freely. Heals quicker. less scarring, less chance of damage.
I wouldn't recommend biting. Theres as many germs in you're mouth as there is licking around a toilet bowl.
I'm afraid unless you've got sharpened canines, it's going to be rather difficult to penetrate enough flesh for any steady bloodflow. Plus, as earlier mentioned, the human mouth is a breeding ground for bacteria.
You can always visit the local butcher shop and take some blood off their hands... Biting can lead to a fun date with tetanus shots (notice plural, yes?)
The best way to get blood from another person is a needle, but make sure you are clean about it and you know what your doing...
Whatever you use, whether teeth or a syringe or a blade, always sterilize your equipment before and after each use.
its always best to make sure you bite someone who is clean.
I've been bitten once and only once... For a reason. Being bitten by someone who does not have superhuman sharp fangs, but rather rounded teeth is really rather painful. In most cases it also leaves scarring and can lead to infection because as previously mentioned, the human mouth is filled with bacteria.
Where you bite would basically be where its comfortable for you and your partner....How?...well a lot of people dont have the right teeth for it, and can bruise and scar the person badly if its not done right. Having rounded teeth as opposed to sharp ones can hurt quite badly. Some prefer to use an instrument to cut open the area and then suck freely.
All this usually should be discussed with your partner/donor before hand of course.
Practise safe biting! :D
i prefer blade play, or the blood produced from a good beating ;)
I never bite anymore cause last time I cause to much damage to the skin so I use a blade to make a small icision and then I lick the blood that comes out.
You would be better suited to use a knife or sharp implament to break the skin then suck as much blood as you like. The wound will heal with ease that way.
I usually just make a cut before I drink someone's blood...I don't really like to bite.
Well dear one, when I bite I tend to bite until I can taste blood as it seeps from the wounds. I have two favorite ways to drink blood,
1. is drinking it right from the wound and sucking until it stops bleeding.
2. from a cup
razor blades make the lest mess. they do scar if you go deep, but just a thin rip is enough.
my bites are usually soft and caressing but in some situations ...:) i found myself biting harder and at first it was a majour turnon but afterwards ..hmm let's say the scars aren't too pretty lol
however i do love blood and i do love tasting it so i like playing games with needles and blades and just scratch the surface so there is a bit of blood but wouldn't drain my partner out as he'd be more fun and useful alive :)
I like to bite, and i dont take a lot of blood really just a little bit, nobody who ive bitten has ever had anything happen to them afterwards just a bit of brusing
I beg to differ with poesraven when they said "razor blades make the least mess"
a friend and I played around with needles one day, and it was much better.
No pain, No mess, no scarring.
But, of course, you've still got to be really careful and know what you're doing.
But of course, some people like the intimacy involved in licking the blood off of another. ^_^
bite until they bleed x_x that's like, 3rd degree... anywho, i like to bite in erotic moments, it's probably the best way to feed
I prefer not to bite that deep, because of the germs we all have inside our mouths... When making love, I bite but not that deep. I prefer to use a scalpel and make a small cut on my skin and on my partners' skin...
so if one was to cut a gentle scrape and suck the blood that flows freely are the chances of germs from the mouth infecting the area more slim?
I don't drink blood anymore . But its best to make a small cut and lick the blood that comes out . Make sure when you finish that you clean the wound good . And wash your hands and clean your mouth .
Using knives or some sort of blade. More precise and doesn't do so much damage.
I have been cut with a sterile blade, then sucked. Loved it! He cleaned the area then used a topical antibiotic. I didn't have any scaring or infections. Waiting to do it again.
I've been bitten - got plenty of bite mark scars but the person never got enough blood to drink. I think I'll just try the fangs or cutting next... oh yeah... cutting I've done on myself and drank the blood because I didn't want to waste it...
I agree with Sykick on this one! Make sure to sterilize the equipment, whatever equipment that may be.. ;)
Biting can be very fun! If you're going to bite,I don't recommend penetrating the skin. Use it instead to heighten intensity, pain, heartrate acceleration, emotion, adrenaline, etc...
Psy benefits...sexual energy benefits, as well as the sanguine benefits of the adrenaline dump into the blood.
If Sanguine, follow with a sterilized lancet. Bon Appétit!
How do you sterilize teeth someone please explain that one? The second the donor starts bleeding its no longer sterile anyway. Biting? you might as well be using a dull rusty knife. If you bite someone to the point of drawing blood odds are that your donor will have a long term scar and get an infection. Hear is my advice on cleaning and obtaining blood The best way is to clean the area with an antibacterial soap and rinse thorghoughly with water. You don't want to use alchohol for to reasons it tastes nasty and its poisonous to the vampire. Another note for the vampire don't brush your teeth immediatly before you drink as this can allow your blood and your donors blood to mix directly. If you choose a razor blade use a fresh new blade everytime. Only make a small shallow incision. Needles are very dangerous if you are not a trained phlebotomist (if you have to ask what that is dont try using a needle). The safeest way I have found to get blood directly from a donor is with a lancet like the ones diabetics use to get a blood sample. They are inexpensive, cause very little pain, easy to use, as long as you don't re-use them they're already sterile, absoulotley no scarring, no prescription required, the depth is safely adjustable for comfort(you can't go to deep as long as you use the lancet with the lancet tool), it's easy for either the donor or the vampire to use and if you dont get enough blood from the first time it's easy to get another and do it again. There's also several different size lancets depending how freely your donor bleeds and the comfort level your donor wants. Larger lancets yield more blood but can be a little more painful depending on where you use it and how sensitive your donor is. Even with a larger lancet you only feel it for a second as the tools are spring loadedit only takes about 1 100th of a second to do. Even with the safest method there are still risks you can minimize them but you can't eliminate them all. Have your donor tested for all std's, blood borne diseases and that they are in good health. Donors also make sure any vampire you submit to is also tested.
I dont like to bite either. I dont mind being bitten though. But the razor blade or the cup. A pouch would even be good to sink your teeth into. No infection or bruises.
HellaciousRose has a good point there. You have a lot og germs in your mouth so not only do you risk infecting yourself, but also your donor.
There is a reason why one should go and have a shot after being bitten, that is to prevent serious infections. You are immune to your bacterias, others are not. A good but troublesome way is purchase, but you need special permission before they will sell you anything.
I wouldn't bite someone to get blood from them, it would hurt them. Cutting is easier on your donor, but do what ever they prefer I guess.
I wouldn't encourage biting... as a way of obtaining a feed.
it really damages the tissues and once skin is broken there is a huge risk of nasty infections.
but to answer your questions, it only needs to be deep enough to pierce a vein.
Using sterile instruments is FAR more if not, the only safest way to receive a feed.
Biting complete strangers is very dangerous, people carry germs all over...never bite someone unless you know them........it all depends on the place you bite them...around the neck i wouldnt advise...if you bite too deep you can cause major blood loss, the best places to bite is the shoulder blade, the thigh, the top arm & the waist...nearly all these places are rather fleshy so you can sink your teeth in as far as you want...but the should blade is rather constricked so its a place you know you cant really do much damage to.....I've been bitten before three times before (well 2 bitten, once sliced) I've been bitten on the the waist & the top arm & i've had my shoulder blade sliced..but i've know the person for 7years & we trust each other completely, we both know that we dont have anything and were very safe!! Always be safe, dont put your life in danger if you dont have too!!
when getting blood from a donor you NEVER want to pierce a vien or artery as your donor would be likely to bleed to death rapidly you only need to get just beneath the surface the blood supplied to this area by small capillaries is more than sufficient for what is needed. Again biting is EXTREMELY dangerous and not recomeneded. Making a small cut or pin prick 1st then using your mouth to draw the blood is much safer and gives basically the same sensation for both donor and vampire alike. Even though this method is much safer there are still risks as I and others have stated before. There is NOT a 100% safe way to exchange bodily fluids of anytype do your research protect yourself as much as possible to minimize the risks.
I dont reconmend biting from personal reasons... Well because I did once bit my girlfriend and it took almost 2 months for it to completly heal and there is still some bruising that is still visable even to this day.
My partner and i like to bite each other in intimate situations and yes we drink of each other too but i owuld never recommend biting to anyone who is unused to it as the risks can be very high and infections are always present as we use anti-bacterial toothpaste and mouthwash before and after biting the risks are greatly lessened so it is aquite a bit safer.
personaly from an outsiders point of view one might say that it looks like a hicky.
givin in the same manner, but with the addition of teeth marks, and the addion of blood being pulled to the surface of the skin which causes brusing.
It also depends on where you bite...
and yes.. I agree on the cleanliness of the person...
I would say do not bite any deeper than a 2-3cm into the skin. And it is safer to bite closer to the shoulder that way you do not do to much damage.
i don't think biteing is a good way of getting blood becaouse one alot of peoples teath arn't sharp enought to get a nice flow of blood and two like others have said there is a HUGE RISH OF INFECTION. if you were to get blood from another human it would be beter to use a CLEAN knife and to colect the blood insted of licking it off. its a whole lot more safe that way.
Yeah they are so right, the kinfe is a better way to make some blood.
The biting is just for fun, not for getting blood, except there is someone with sharp teeths hehe
I agree with the cutting as well. That is how I get my blood.
