Yes, what if good and evil collided--corny, I know. But what if all the bad spirits in life began to crumble with the good and the world started to become a mass of chaos? What then--who the hell would we turn to for help?

If good and evil were to collide, which in certain aspects of life, it happens everyday, we would all have to stick together to help each other out. It would be one helluva battle.

I don't think one side would completely win however, since, without evil there cannot be any good. There always has to be an opposite.

I think that in this world anything is possible and that some people are tuned into the "inner"world more then others.Im sure that the "evil" forces out ther are trying to break through to the real world and in some cases they get through.

I agree that we already have it on a daily basis and one without the other there would be no balance in the world, not to mention how Boring it would be if we had only evil or only good 24/7 on the planet, there would be no use for alot of people and things. Wow, that is scary.

Evil and good are like men and women..without one you could not have the other. They are a balance to perfection and all we need do is sit back and enjoy the ride.

I think if it was to happen it would not be chaos but more boring like so much, life would be meeningless in the sens it would have not goal and perpous, I mean evil attacks good and good fights back, but if they both collide then it will be so flat boring, the life will have no more, love, no more hatred, no more passion, no more desire, no more rejection, I mean one needs the other, and the spirits and demons are kind a like the white and black side of magick, we need both to maintan the balance.

i personally would be the same and continute to turn to my own self but as for the religious fanatics i would only asume that they would panic in a frenzy to find the nearest chuch most likely they would probably think that the apocalips was near...i personally don't think that will ever happen beacause there has to always be an equal ballance in everything

My first thought was The Dark Crystal, at the end where the Mystics and the Skekzies (sp?) merge into whole beings after good and evil had been split for so long.... Might be more of a balance thing. *shrug*

If you honestly stop and think... Times are getting worse ppl are becoming more violent ."Evil" is creeping into the very fabric of all existence more and more each day.And yes it is a constant battle between good and evil .But without such battles what would life be like?

Honestly I don't know where or who we would turn to but I have to agree with the last post in that Evil is starting to creep it's way into society more and more....

There is no such thing as good and evil, it's how you use what power you have. Say you and I had the same exact power. On the one hand we help people, on the other we hurt people, which of us is evil and whic is not?

For me, good and evil are aspects found only in humans. The chaos you suggest would happen is happending and it is called everyday life. Our reality is the chaos of good and evil fighting it out.

Well my dear, i believe that would be called the apocalpyse. Who do we turn to? Well i guess that all depends on your beliefs. I believe in god so i would turn to him. As for others depending on their religions or personal beliefs I have no idea ( so i 'm guessing what ever you have faith in is what you turn to)

Good and evil…categories created by humans for humans…there is neither they (the categories) are on a continuum….a continuum that has end points which can switch places based on perspective….

We would all be doomed. The world leaders would freak out and go and hide in some mountain area where they think they would be safe. Then bugs will inherit the earth and we will be their slaves.

But then again its already been done in the movies. Maybe birds will inherit the earth...something to ponder.

Good and evil collide every day within every person. Every person has a conscience. One or the other side wins out and that person acts on the side they chose to follow. That action trickles down to other people, other situations...and then they make their own choice. Unless something monumental happens, the two will never come to a balance. It's a fluctuation based on personal choice that affects all.

Good and evil, basically good and bad, we call that ETHICS, and it exists here in everyday life. We make our own choices based on our morality- there aren't any spirits to force that upon us.

I personally think devestation we come and plague this world. A balance is needed for all things, so wether evil or good was to rule an unbalance would create a devistation to mother earth.

"Good" and "evil'' in my opinion are mere points of view...
if we were to look at these like opposing forces, and thus, laying inside of each and everyone of us... I would say they collide all the time... for neither of us is totally "good" or totally ''evil''(again, if we are to follow the "definition" of each)

It would be a most pleasant and foolish lie to tell ourselves these forces do not collide and struggle all the time...

If good and evil collided... Thats something to really think about. As far as I'm concerned, the answer to that is take a look at america... NO, better yet.. take a look at the world!

If there was no real definition between good and evil then after a couple of generations the words themselves wouldn't hold any real meaning, it would be existence, and the wolf gets the weak lamb.

i must say this is not a tough 1 being if you were to have light and dark collide you get nothing so it would be total chaos and create the end of the world and if i'm correct there would be a greater force of evil then there would be of good because people desire power and they love the feeling of being in charge and that i would have to say would bring the end of the world and us all

I think that in a time of chaos such as the one you are speaking of, some people will come together and rely on each other for help and support, yet their are others who would take advantage of the situatuon, so I just think that we would either have to rely on our selves or on the peole we trust the most.

Well I imagine they'd both have to call their respective insurance companies and file reports in order to see who is liable for the damage.

I don't really look at black and white...good and evil...as being natural or common. Most of the world is either neutral or natural (more instinct than a good or evil choice). In fact, I'd say humans are really the only ones with much propensity for truly evil actions. Even in the metaphysical world, I'd imagine things to be far more grey than dark or light. Such contrasts are a human perspective that is probably lost on the rest of the universe.

first of all what i have to say manny may not agree with me though. in a sence we need good to have evil and we need evil to have good though. here is the thing if they ever collided in the sence that you are talking about we would not have chaos that already exists. what we would have is shear udder fear of every things depending on the need for good and evil coliding. if it was out of need then there would be some thing that required the help of both sides to coopertare and well thats unlikely no matter what and would end up in a war any way amongst its self as they deal with what is needed and never solve that any how. then there is the shear fact that it would be to eliminate each other and that would destroy the verry thread that make up life its self

Hmmm.. an all out battle in which the very balance of all things known to us is determined...can't say I'd sit back and watch it happen..I'd have to be where I'm usually found..right in the middle of things or off in a la-la land with no idea of what's going on around me..as for which side I'd be on...well that I still have no answer for.

Well from the perspective of the psychics and other entities I have had the pleasure of meeting. There is something massive coming where it wouldn't hurt to network by having a few friends that you could move around, just to increase a survival rate, and keep back some of the fouler things. But all in all. Prepare. Never hurts to have a book full of battle magick, and all the supplies on hand if one should need them. Either in daily life, or in out of the ordinary circumstances.

I won't go into further about such things. Those that know, already know. Those that might know, or will in time know, will find out for themselves. It will not be something seen, nor will it go unnoticed. If you have anything in your life that pulls you away from normal society. Then you might just be made aware in due time.
