So I was just wondering can anyone prove or does anyone have proof that their spells really do work? I'd love to see it!

For me to show you proof you would have to come to Halland where I live. What flight will you be on so I can pick you up at the airport? Oh and Halland is in Sweden.

That is the only way I know to show you real proof. Perhaps someone else can add another way of giving you proof.

The only way you can have proof is to prove it to yourself study, believe and follow....There are many spells you could try but if you have no faith it will never work for you.

I my self am not a practitioner of witchcraft or magic which ever you prefer to call it, but I think the only ways to prove that spells really work would be to study and try the spell your self or to actually witness the casting of the spell and the effects it has afterward.

Try some yourself and seek proof. I've seen spells cast before that "worked" but how the heck you could actually prove it is beyond me. If you believe it worked then that is proof.

How can one prove to you that it is real when in your mind it is questionable already? Just like anything else you have to have faith or it will falter greatly. I agree with the majority here....try for yourself or stop by here and I'll gladly show you. But if you leave empty handed it is because your mind was alread made up about the subject. It is not terribly hard to research it.

What constitues proof?

If nothing else I would point to drug companies during research with placebos. Taking placebos in many cases produce similiar outcomes to taking "proven" medication.

Another sceptic I see, there is a saying when it comes to the practices...

It is forbidden to ask for proof, when the proof is in reason. It is forbidden to ask for proof when proof is in desire. Only the wise need apply when it comes to the appearance of a casting.

Do you ask your "God" for proof every time he performs a miracle? Or do you judge the defendant based upon his wardrobe alone?

Dont ask for proof unless you wish for stupid answers, as asking for proof is a stupid question.

Best thing I can think of is to try a few spells that people have given you and see for yourself if they work or not

My spell always work mostly.....I try not to do them though..... just try a spell and see what may happen and judge for yourself,but be careful what you wish for......

What would you accept as proof anyway? The problem in many ways is that even when something of this nature is demonstrated many still rationalize it to death and then deem there was no 'proof' to begin with. But in this not even in science are things proven merely supported.

And there you see if you do not have an open-mind then no matter what is put in front of you your disbelief will win out.

I agree with Karnstein. If you have to have proof to believe than this world isn't for you.

OMG this is great.....its nothing small to ask for proof. If you look to disbelieve then you will always be outside the loop.

A lot of people seem to be up in arms over this, that's what I find hilarious. Most of you wouldn't believe a bench had wet paint without touching it first.

And since when has asking for proof of something been considered stupid? Where I come from, believing everything someone tells you is not considered to be the height of intelligence. Especially when that person is a complete stranger, and most especially if you've only met them online.

I understand a lot of you are sick of being challenged over something that is clearly very important to you, but there is no need to lash out at every person in the world who isn't willing to believe you unquestioningly. At the very least, be polite about it.

After all, I'm guessing a lot of you are the same people going out there and arguing against blind faith. And if not? Guess what! I'm standing right behind you.

Anyone who asks for proof of something spiritual is on completely the wrong path. it makes me question the motives of such a person. why do they want to use spells? anyone asking for proof has clearly no open mind, and has either never experienced anything spiritual, or has denied that experience. such a person is too stuck in the mundane plane to ever do anything positive in the spiritual plane.

No.. I have no proof because Im still studying.. I havent done a spell yet because I dont want to open a can of worms..

What would be proof to you? A testament from someone who practicies? Watching water turn to wine? Maybe demanding a wealth spell and if it doesnt come true in the next week, then obviously it is all a sham?

I myself do not do spells, but I have plenty of friends who do. And, I believe that you would have to read up on it and try things on your own. You must also have an open mind. If you go into anything with a closed mind, the outcome will always be the same.

i did a weight loss one once and like, 2 weeks later i lost around 10 pound from absolutely nothing. another time i did a "3 days of Hell" one and this chick got like, extremely sick.

I dont recommend people doing any of this without a teacher and practice first.

how can someone prove it unless you are there to see it

When I first started to study I had a lot of questions and drove my teacher insane, but one of the things she always told me was to believe in what you are doing. If you don't it won't work.
I have done a spell here and there and the one that I saw the most results from was my boyfriend getting to see his son. Within a week he found he son was in the area.

I personally do not think anyone could prove if one of their spells work or not unless you were around them to see it happen...

how can you prove it?...no one knows what you cast...your the only one that knows and personally I don't have to prove anything

It`s enough to believe it yourself... that`s the first step on making whatever spell more powerful. there`s no proof (as i don`t know any) that there is a spell that works... i`m curious now if you`ll find any :)

Isashra said it best. If you enter into the observation challenging a person to prove their faith you will be sorely disappointed. You have already made your mind up that the proof does not exist. Many are lashing out because it is not a request for proof but a guantlet thrown in their face.

As a side note, I did look in the reflection of my computer to make sure you weren't there behind me.

i dont really do spells but i do know that you have to believe for them to work.....but i did have a friend that had a cousin that was always lucky....so she cast a spell on him and for a year he had nothing but bad luck.....than another time she did a binding spell on her ex.....hope it helps

no one can prove it without u actually witnessing it-and only then if you yourself believe.if it its proof you seek then your obviously not a real believer in the craeft

Without you coming to where I am there is no way to be able to prove it without you seeing and asking the ones that I have done it for. I have done much in my lifetime for people and some are also now deceased.

i like that billy, and i have a blinding spell that works every time....i just whip out my magical,mystical can of evil pepper spray ....aim it at the person i want to see screaming in agony and wah lahh! .....its a temporary spell that leaves no real lasting effects.....its all about the screams i tell ya ,the screams....lol

I'm with most here.....If you have to ask for proof then this path is not for you.

No one can give you proof if their spells work or not because i think it would be impossible to do over the internet, or atleast it would be impossible for me to do...

You cannot prove that which does not happen or exist.

Those that say they can will say it's your fault for not believing. So it's safe to say there will never be any proof.

So, I'd suggest not asking. You'll just be called ignorant for it.

People who do Not Believe Will never be able to be shown Proof for they will always be looking for the error and be constantly thinking this is Fake .. Not Real.. They are usually people who need to do things Hands on and see it for themselves for until it happens to themselves they Just will not have the mental capabilities to percieve the evidence in front of their eyes.. We could tell them and show them till we are blue in the face sorta speak and it will do not freaking good for they have already put up a mental block to it all.. My Advice is as already stated earlier .. Study this Practice..read into it and try it for yourself but again like said prior .. If You Do Not believe it will never work for You cause You will think it is just a bunch of BS and Your wasting Your time...

Believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see. Nothing you hear because everyone says something different...only half of what you see because you missed the first child hit the second child and only turned when the second child hit the first one. I don't see anything wrong in being curious and asking questions. I do however see alot of anger when anyone feels their intelligence or beliefs are being questioned. And that in in itself makes me wonder as well.

I grew up with all sorts of witchcraft and the like in my family. I am not going to get into the details of that only because I never was really a part of it... I was always looking in from the outside, never really knew what they were doing or who they were doing it too or how it worked. I was very young when I asked this certain family member who happened to be deeply involved in a certain practice why magic didn't work on a certain race? She answered me by asking me a question so there was really never an answer. I always thought she did that because she could never really prove it to me. On the other hand why would she need too? And to this day I question these things.

I think that the only way you can prove that something worked is to really FEEL it inside of you.

But feeling it work doesn't prove anything. For it to have worked, there has to be provable and repeatable evidence.

i do not think someone could prove if a spell worked online, i think it would take more than that you would have to be around them.

How does a Christian prove that praying to God works if what they asked for happens? How do you prove that it wasn't coincidental? You can't.

Same thing applies here--it's something that you have to take on faith, whether it's faith in God or Allah or Krishna or the Goddess.

If you want proof, then prove it to yourself. However, if you are not open to it working, then it will not. You must believe.

I personally do not use spells, BUT why would one sit and demand proof of others abilities and or beliefs when they are online..... If you are already skeptic of the topic at hand..... it wont matter what they say to you in this thread, you are still going to be skeptic and non believing..... Its not like someone can sit here and perform a spell in this thread..... and you be able to see it and see what it does.... Now now, that rabbit trick is very entertaining and has been for decades. Obviously i dont expect magic to happend right in front of meh face - if it was that easy, dont you think it would have already been proved?
How i intend to prove it to myself is simply by performing a "spell" and waiting a certain amount of time to check the results.
Give me a love spell? or something to change the colour of my eye? make me influencial? (Excuse spelling) Really, anything. Just a basic test that only really requires, as they say, Faith.

Proof is in the pudding dear, you have to do it for yourself. Spells are 90% belief and if you don't believe there is no proof in the world that can convince you!

And how do we prove a spell worked. I use healing spells on myself, on friends and they have confirmed they helped immensely. Now was it because they believed it worked or magick actually worked?

I feel its not possible to prove that a spell works. Just my personal opinion.

heres an idea get a book on the subjest. most spells are crafted by the witch using them they are personal. you need to make on your own. it is very simple. what ever you are trying to do prove it to your self or prove that it doesnt exist... we dont care.

Like the child above, it too demanded poof. It is not poof that one needs but eyes to see it with. We all have our stories. And they do get shared at the camp fires but not all is invited. Its that simple.

Have you ever made chicken soup for a sick friend? If so then you performed a spell..... and if it helped that friend to feel at least a bit better during their illness, then it worked..... The fact is..... spells are simple, not this huge hub bub that most make it to be..... The old ways were to heal, to do good..... NOT to make someone love them, or bring wealth to ones self.... THAT is what people have turned magic into over time...... If you put your time, effort, ingredients, and heart into that chicken soup you made..... you were performing a spell with the intent to heal a friend...... NOW am I saying all spells are just to heal..... NO.... When you do a spell, and you get what you wanted to happen, then it worked. It happens multiple times a day.

I do not believe anyone can offer any proof that would please anyone who has to ask for proof to begin with.

If someone wishes proof of a spells results- I suggest they attempt some and learn from that.

i dont think we should have to prove it and if that is what you seek you wont make it in this life

I'm just not understanding what tangible proof would be acceptable enough for anyone who is a disbeliever.

Say someone would give you proof using a video tape. Then one could go as far as to say that the tape was tampered with.

First hand accounts from another party (which is in essence what is being asked for) is merely a story, holes easily shot through.

AND

Proof seen with someone's own eyes- it's easily rationalized. It's human nature. People will deny something if they don't want to believe it- it doesn't matter how IRRATIONAL it would actually be to not just accept what was seen.


It comes down to what each of us believes, and our personality types.
The truth must come from within ourselves, for everyone's perspective is different.

I think there is a misunderstanding happening here......

DeadRosesForDeadHearts, is simply asking someone to give her a generic spell..... she wants to try one........ she is attempting to learn...... she is asking for everyones help, BUT instead of anyone helping her everyone is attacking so to say.... I gave all I could give as my input.....

Now it has been said that spells are made by the practicer.... perhaps that being said someone can help her with that..... explain to her what one would say.... give an example.......

I hope this clears some things up as I keep seeing arguing that is really not needed...... Just a simple misunderstanding I think.

If your asking for proof why are you even bothering? Like my grandmother who taught me once said, " Seeing is not beleiving, beleiving is seeing child"

I'd suggest that she visit her local library and check out a Silver Ravenwolf book.
Now I KNOW I'll hear all these comments about 'what a fake the woman' is etc, etc.
But honestly,
I've tried some of her spells, they are more teen based, but the key here is that they are simple and easy- easy to perform as well as understand.
Basically, she spells everything out for you.
I don't remeber her spells off the top of my head, but I would recommend getting either: "teenwitch"
or
"Solitary Witch"

if its not avaible at your library- you can request they order it for you- it'll cost you like, $0.25
OR
you can go to a book store, grab the book and write down a spell from the back of it.

i would suggest makeing the spell your own though. change it a bit. so that it is personal

Well. I see people tearing apart science like it's nothing. Sorry. A video tape is tangible proof and it's not too hard to check for editing. This isn't a TV show where doctored video is perfect and everyone is fooled.

Science has proven itself over and over again. Magic has not. Seeing IS believing.

Just one shred of hard evidence will go well in proving magic. Yet there is NONE.
