An interesting inquiry I have pondered very long and seem not to find a solution or concrete idealization of a judgement in a certain position, as how to get done the less primitive and "irrational" way in regards of leaving the material world and governed ethics implemented in your system, and looking for what is just to do in any specific practice of certain behaviors among conscience-poisoned individuals. The question is:
1.How would you address, prosecute someone that kills somebody in your family or love ones?
2.How would you process someone that tortured and eliminated a little kid?
3.How would you react to a person that scream and fight for stupid if not less irrational reasons or invoke a unnecessary behavior on your behalf?
4.How would you react on someone scratching your material object that you worked so hard to get it? (perhaps a car, motorcycle, guitar, etc...).
You can answer either one or all of them, or perhaps simply add your thought pertaining to the topic placed. Im interested to view others perspective on your reactionary of this occurrences taking place.
I've been thinking the ancient popular doing/saying: "An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" in order to release a just experience on the level of impression they themselves inflicted. But i got a much better realization of how to process this certain deviation of "offset" behaviors done on unwilling if not innocent victims. I will expand on it, if I see progression in this thread. Thank you.
Sounds more like questions of ethics and moral views/standpoints.
1.How would you address, prosecute someone that kills somebody in your family or love ones?
I would first question their motives... If the motives were honourable/just, then I would leave them be. I am not one to get in the way with whatever anyone in my "family" finds the motivation to do. But I will question them nonetheless.
2.How would you process someone that tortured and eliminated a little kid? I would torture and eliminate them in the same manner as the child who suffered such tragety, but prolonge their death to at least make them aware of what they had done, mayhaps they would find some sort of final revelation of remorse or regret.
3.How would you react to a person that scream and fight for stupid if not less irrational reasons?
I would watch them as they humilated themselves then after all was said and done, I would ask if they felt better about themselves or if they had learned their lesson...
or invoke a unnecessary behavior on your behalf?
If they tried to invoke my presence in such a manner, I would kindly remind them that I am not one to be manipulated by such behavioral patterns or dramatic instigations.
4.How would you react on someone scratching your material object that you worked so hard to get it? (perhaps a car, motorcycle, guitar, etc...).
Material objects are just that. Material. I would not worry about the little things such as those. I would suggest that the individual who damaged said objects not to come around my general way again until they had the money to properly pay for either the damage done, or a new object to replace the old.
Thinking about your first question I find it most difficult to answer because of the complexes of society in general, however if the said family member was not guilty in any provocation, and it was a mindless killing, then the person that killed the family member should also be killed..
The second question is easy for me as a father, they should also be tortured and them eliminated the same way. The only issue with this is making sure the right person had been caught for the crime!
The third question is also quite easy to answer, most of the time it is far easier to allow a person to rant and rave....remembering that people can also display passion about a subject which can be misinterpreted as ranting and raving if they are unable to communicate significantly about the said subject.
Attempting to invoke an unnecessary reactionary behaviour again depends on the situation as to what my thoughts would be. This may be seen as a sign of weakness in the other persons strategy.
The fourth question...a material object lol, well my wife almost wrote my car off fifteen years ago and I loved that car, it was never the same again! So again it depends on the person and the object. If the object was irreplaceable then I'm unsure as to the outcome being very be different.
I find this very intresting I can only say that the punishment can only fit the crime . if we were to go by the " eye for and eye " veiwpiont then that would be the only fair thing
I think that it is important to examine the ethics, values and motivations of both parties, and for both parties to be educated in the motivation and value systems of the other. Each party would be responsable for their own behavior after the experience.
For example... a person murders a child. The parent of teh murdered child is counceled on the motivations of the murderer and teh murder is counceled on the view of the victims associates and the institutions affected by the murder (including insurance companies etc.) The counceling of the murderer is likely to be more extensive than the berieved, but bereft parents may also need extensive rehabilitation/counceling befor acceptance of the event.
Judgement is not an issue... judgement is the antithesis of love, and thus the destroyer of society.
As far as your 1st question I would have to be in the situation...what I think and what I may do if it happens would be two different things
I hate hate anyone who would hurt a innocent child.
I would torture them until they screamed they wanted to die and still torture them. Noone who hurts a child should get off easy.
2.How would you process someone that tortured and eliminated a little kid?
This person should be put to death expeditiously and with as little cost to the state as possible. Whether hopelessly insane or just sadistic, these people cannot be rehabilitated.
All the other ones, I'd have to determine on a case-by-case basis.
I've not only had my car keyed, but worse. The same people reported my cat as attacking them because they were pissed that she'd scratched their dog who didn't see her in a clump of flowers and raised his leg where she was.
This meant that she was arrested to determine if she had rabies, and I had a choice of sending her to the county facilities which are filthy, or putting her up at the vets which was expensive.
My friends wanted to do something mean to these guys, but my feeling is they were nuts. If they'd lie about that, no telling what they'd do.
IlLuminaria asks:
1.How would you address, prosecute someone that kills somebody in your family or love ones?
2.How would you process someone that tortured and eliminated a little kid?
3.How would you react to a person that scream and fight for stupid if not less irrational reasons or invoke a unnecessary behavior on your behalf?
4.How would you react on someone scratching your material object that you worked so hard to get it? (perhaps a car, motorcycle, guitar, etc...).
I reply:
I'll be honest - for the two questions, I'm a little flummoxed. Seriously? Are we to behave as if we were some uncivilized, anarchist world? I would not process someone for their crimes, not against myself; not against anyone. If we are to remain civilized, considering ourselves better than the criminal element and animals in the field, then we must act appropriately - we cannot stoop to the level of the criminal, for then they have beaten us. As for addressing the person to harm my loved ones: I don't see how that could possibly assuage my grief. I just don't see the point.
Regarding the 3rd question, Theban said:
**The third question is also quite easy to answer, most of the time it is far easier to allow a person to rant and rave....remembering that people can also display passion about a subject which can be misinterpreted as ranting and raving if they are unable to communicate significantly about the said subject.
Attempting to invoke an unnecessary reactionary behaviour again depends on the situation as to what my thoughts would be. This may be seen as a sign of weakness in the other persons strategy.**
I agree completely.
Regarding the 4th question:
To me, material objects are immaterial. If they're material, then they are replaceable and I don't care.
Outstanding replies, My gratitudes for the time. Now, I have read many imput on the child question, and it all seems like the exist is death or severe punishment followed by death, I don't disagree in the majority of the responses but how can you process someone that has been poisoned mentally due to circunstances and uprising development, the accumulation of negative without accounting other genetics agents, Im not ignoring the atrocities commited but is it really in the level of justice to do it like, I always think yes torture, yes death but why not in a designed scenario that will do such thing naturally as the natural development grew in him/her, a fair resolution without getting your hands dirty like Poncius Pilatus did on Jesus "cruxifixction". For a more concrete example: Perhaps free them on the middle of a desert hundreds of miles to only survive with his will, or the Amazonas for a more infested dangerous scenario, you wont be doing the killing or determinating someones extermination, and killing someone really doesn't make anything better when the children is gone, it is not like is going to come back, and revenge isn't always the approach, in my perception. The "eye for an eye" is something quite reliable but does it equally apply from a innocent child to a sadistic individual?
As for the rest I am very grateful to understand your views and are quite reasonable in a chat but when the time merits, defensiveness take over and sometime is not taken lightly as "ignore the unnecessary behavior", that as well apply when someone innocent in your family get killed (perhaps a son/daugther, wife/husband, parent) and is not the same as preaching and not experiencing the reactionary.
1.How would you address, prosecute someone that kills somebody in your family or love ones?
By the same standard of action that they chose to live like.
2.How would you process someone that tortured and eliminated a little kid?
With the same torture that they themselves chose to use.
3.How would you react to a person that scream and fight for stupid if not less irrational reasons or invoke a unnecessary behavior on your behalf?
Talk with them about their actions.
4.How would you react on someone scratching your material object that you worked so hard to get it? (perhaps a car, motorcycle, guitar, etc...).
Find out their motivation.
I'm saddened by the eye for an eye attitude.
If it stopped... then abused kids wouldn't grow up to abuse other kids... &c.
Think about it. Vengence perpetuates the negative cycle; the prison and gaol system has failed because of it's lack of teaching values.
Kglitterous, first of all, as a father I would never forgive a person who harms my children. I am unable to feel how forgiveness would stop the monsters that continually roam our country's, preying on the children and the vulnerable.
'Acceptance of the event' is not in my mindset and I'm sure it is the same for many other parents. To abuse or to take a life for personal satisfaction isn't in the doctrine.
I do understand what you write of, and before I was a father, and when I was younger, my thoughts on this were possibly similar.
Though now having worked in an enviroment where men and woman have commited such hideous acts, I do know that most don't care about what they have done, who they have hurt, it's all they know! The underlying fact is they made a choice.
Just as I made a choice to break the law and get caught speeding because I was in a mood. I am unable to blame my mood on anyone other than myself...lol
It is not a failure of the prison system it is a failure of us, the human race to be able to educate families and set standards. The Human race is still a very primitive species, every time I watch and read the news it becomes more obvious that this is the case..
just my thoughts
That's a tuff subject:
My personnal feelings or beliefs on the issue would be to have the same process of courts, but once found guilty, even through the appeals process, then the Victim or Victim's family;
within the said punishment that fits the crime envolved; should be allowed to decide the purpatraitors fate of punishment.
I think we would see an enormous drop in crime rates then.
I make no comments coz this case study and analysis is beyond my range.
This way I respect the conscious which always judges instead of favors favoring is the act of mind while judging is the act of conscious.
This may become a discussion for the pros and cons of capital punishment IlLuminaria, and this will be interesting from my point of view, reading the different perspectives.
to be blunt just use better judgement. basicly taking in the facts, using intuition and logic to guage each situation individually. thats why they say laws are made to be broken because situations vary wildly.
I would have to agree with you illuminaria. I would get my revenge on whoever did that to anyone I love. only the gods and goddesses would know what I wouldn't do to the ones involved with it.
1.How would you address, prosecute someone that kills somebody in your family or love ones?
Kill them before they could ever be prosecuted. If you wait to long you cannot use "due to sudden anger" as a defense and then it becomes premeditated.
2.How would you process someone that tortured and eliminated a little kid?
Cause them such pain that they would beg to die.
3.How would you react to a person that scream and fight for stupid if not less irrational reasons or invoke a unnecessary behavior on your behalf?
If you are talking about someone actually getting in your face screaming and trying to fight then I would take them out. If you are talking about a person that say, you live with or have a relationship with, then I would leave them without any altercation since they have a high prosecution rate here in my state for domestic abuse and do not care if the man was defending himself or not.
4.How would you react on someone scratching your material object that you worked so hard to get it? (perhaps a car, motorcycle, guitar, etc...).
This one would depend if I caught them in the act or found out later. If I caught them in the act I would beat the crap out of them. If I found out later I would plot my revenge to be more damaging.
Silly question but who is doing this judgment? You the emotional individual or a social government following set laws? A single person should never take life as judgement but society may. A murderer takes a life but a solider does not. Nor does society grow by cutting off a person's hands for stealing. There is a better way of doing things. Throwing a person in jail does nothing to help him nor does society benefit. Punishment after the fact does nothing postive. Never did - never will.
I have noticed that throughout the question displayed, many individuals are asking if it were them or someone else of which the question(s) in general adhere to.
The poster obvioualy means the individual as in said personal behind the computer screen, as being a query to all Rave members and not on the social scope of the "what if" factor based on a group scenerio.. But a personal one.
I have given my thoughts, how about others based on their own "moral" convictions? Don't use propaganda or official stereotypes like "the man made me do it."
The question in general seems to be placed on "personal" views regarding the subject.
In the right scenario we are all murderers. It is only that others have a differing set of values that you judge them to be a murderer and another a hero... or justice.
Furthermore, I don't understand why it is easier to murder people with a different value system than your own, than to accept the murder of your own child. Is it because our children are our possesions? Are we so greedy that we hate to lose what we "created" enough that we would murder someone else? What value system do you have that murder is more desirable than accepting your loss?
Shame... this makes no sense. You are willing to murder to vengence murder, and so yourself should be justifiably murdered... and so on. That is just stupid.
No wonder there is war, with all this stupidity... there are too many humans on the planet propogating vengence for crimes against ego, and the cycle cannot be ended if you continue to think like this.
Anyone that causes violence will themselves experience it. Either the murderer or the one doing the so call justice in the 'eye for eye.' Makes no difference. But society does have that right. That's the difference. It still sounds corny yet but the greater good will win this battle.
Even the spare the rod fear doesn't work. The child is not going to get spoiled. But the child can be instructed in the proper way to act. But it does take time for parents to teach. Not many do. Kids learn in one way, the same as adults, through action. I hear about this all the time still. "I got spanked and it worked for me." Well, I guess it did 'cuse your hitting your kid too!
You got to let it go on a personal level. The murderer goes to the cops. Damage goes to the insurance company. O'well, move on.
Was it Gandhi or me that said, "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
Interesting overviews in all,
-Kglitterous-, I openly understand your response and I agree to a degree, but is something I believe is just put in the thread, nothing a individual would express in the occurrence of such event taking place; not even you put in the plate, no remorse is something widely programmed, to an extent inhumane by default, you can't say that if you see a individual killing innocent children in a playground you would just keep staring and firmly believing "i cannot interfere since stopping him won't change anything, or if you see a person killing the most precious human being in your life and look at him and tell him " I will let you go, it wont leave an example in the world- to destroy you". I believe that is a bit offseted from reasoning or reactionary as well, somethings aren't egotistical, and where is love involved their is hatred divided by thin lines both can bring the equivalent from the extermination of a casing in the individuals eyes, the collective works with popularity and submission but a individual works for the interest of idealization.
-Billythejust- Cutting hands from stealing wont change the world but it will reaffirm a better invisible instrument to control,- fear; It has shaped the conditions and it has reached the present with staggering history. Nobody wish to get his hand cut but you will think about the punishment before committing such prohibition. I concord that is primitive in cause, and detrimental in overriding many cases, but it did shaped civilizations for far too long in ancient times, an "eye for an eye", is to an extent primitive, but is adherent in some cases in my idealization, you just have to build a scenario to take curse by itself, you cant control deviation from the norm because you don't hold the power to control every individual, neither their actions, and if it is something not stopped then the world would be a unbalanced in what holds the connection in everything.
"Because of a nail- a horseshoe was lost, Because of a horseshoe- a horse was lost, Because of a horse- a messenger was lost, because of a messenger- a message was not delivered, Because a message was not delivered- a war was lost."
Is more credible to cry in the "whys" of such actions before thinking how to process them. Killing would only release from the superficial sense. What can a individual acquire from such fines. Is more what you are acquiring by killing them than them finding the rootings of their behavior. Yes sitting in a cell will not do much but being free and alive wont do either. Thats where I place my next stem of question from the same subject: What can you design to make a rehabilitating scenery for those who exit isn't death in a way?
“I don't understand why it is easier to murder people with a different value system than your own”
Are you talking about paeodofiles?
Would you really expect me to forgive a nonce for a sexual murder, even an attack on a child?
Lets make the picture bigger then......
What about 9/11 would the American people be prepared to forgive the people responsible for that crime and welcome them with open arms....maybe even pat them on the back...you know bad upbringing, father is a drunk, mother a whore.....blame anything other than the person who has commited the crime.
It is a shame that it appears to make no sence, it makes perfect sence to me.
It's about Morals and Ethics.
You do not want to bring up 9/11.
My answer is yes, you should.
*ANTIWARMONGERING STATEMENTS FOLLOW*
Government interferes in places that it should not. When those people defend their way of life (the same way the US interferes in countries to protect thier way of life) the people get pissy as a nation.
9/11 is exactly the sort of thing I am talking about. As a nation, it is believed that it is an unprovoked attack... teh country consistantly provokes other nations, and then you are surprised when they succesfully get through (although I believe they had inside help).
When the US invaded "Canada" in 1812 and they retaliated by burning the white house and looting most of teh government building in washington... the US was outraged, and the country still believes they were jsutified on thier invasion and believes they are entitled to the historical early american paintings and art treasures that were looted from them.
The US is well known for inflicting terror and mass destruction on other countries. (Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Carpet Bombing, Agent Orange, Guerilla warfare during independance, Kidnapping and Slavery, Genocide of the Indians, Gunrunning, supporting Hitler, prison camps, torture etc.) How innocent do you think your country is?
If a nation really wanted to stop wars, tehy would seek to understand why they have pissed off nearly every nation in the world, instead of defending thier right to do it, and purpetuate thier war spending.
ditto, don't bring up 9/11.
Democracy and capitalism for everyone, even if they don't want it. Open up wide. However ... no politics.
We can of course go back to the Law of Moses for everything. Pretty much, death for every offense. Let God sort it all out later. Besides, He has plenty of time on His hands and He's not going anywhere ...
Excelent approach, but the collective isn't to blame for what the governing elitist do with the labour of the masses. American people are alienated from what is happening and clouded with disinformation, when you work everyday in the search to improve life you do not program yourself to anything else. "Everyone" wants the american dream, and it has a price, war, drugs and system. Either you know what is happening and become adherent to the responsibility of their doings or you are ignorant enough to live in another "reality"- where you are submitted to live in a certain way. Their is no place where you can live without becoming part of any country, and as the power is reaching in regards of globalization the chances of not abiding to the US rules are getting smaller by the years. You might say you don't abide to those rules, and they will respond : "well you are in my country and in my law you have to", and you will find yourself no other place to go, because everywhere is becoming US.
In regards of judgement, yes! we accept the conception of wars when we live in the US, because the majority believes the well orchestrated theatrics. We may deny it and they will push thing for "national security", furthermore making "us" the assimilated in the external overview as murderers of everything I inquired above. Fear is a weapon and is been implemented in every case of the word around numerous acts of intrusion for the fines of interests of holding a living machine called democracy.
Oh now they have done it, let us all play the "blame game."
It is the individual that would be to blame for the individual effort, not groups. It is the freedom of choice that would direct the individual not a groups manipulation on that individual.
One can narrow it down to conclude to be both, but yes it is not everything you are that kills someone, that is just the paths been placed is the decision and step you took that determines the results.
As far as 1, 2 and 3 are concerned I would go to Don Corleone for justice.
As far as 4 is concerned I would call the police and insurance companies in that order
I believe my country was the first to use concentration camps. I also am well aware of what us British have done in the past, it was called Empire Building lol and I don't think that there are any countries, that haven't contravened what we see as human rights.
I also enjoy conspiracy theories.
Moving back to the topic in hand...
As Yoda once said 'that is why you fail'
Dam, I fail, I know this and I fully understand the concept of forgiveness. Though soul searching and in my heart of hearts I still really do not feel that I would be able to forgive. My explanation for this is, the bond a mother and father has with there child, a bond which goes beyond love.
Is this a part of our genetic make up...to be aggressive and territorial and predatory? Because looking back through history, our very nature is to fight.
Would the human race have the ability to re-programme on such a grand scale.
"For in his days the angels of the Lord descended upon earth - those who are named The Watchers - that they should instruct the children of men, that they should do judgment and uprightness upon earth."
- The Book of Jubilees
I believe in devine intervention, and I only hope I will not be harshly judged for my actions. I must use the life blood of others to survive through donated blood tranfusions.
Judgement can be harsh but it is our nature. Understanding that only makes me more angry when people judge harshly due to fear and ignorance.
Take for instance my own illness, I scare the shit out of Dr.s. I was born with extended bicuspids, which are our fangs, and at the age of six, the maxillary surgeon pulled all four of them out of my mouth. My Father kept them for me. I have them in a jewel box. I am also highly sensative to UV light. I have cerebral epilespy usually brought on by man made energy sourses, and storms and sunlight...must I go on? You be the judge, am I crazy(I have myelodysplasia, a raire bown marrow cancer, that makes me dependant on fresh blood supplies), or not?
No need to explain your recordings or accept what people believe or not alike, you must live for your own and for your own strive, the only one you be fooling is yourself if it ends up in personal collection of idealizations of fallacy, thus you must also instruct in every base possible before doing an expansion of such extremities on unknown source of accountability, for even you might find that it could not be real "vampirism" but some disease as well.
I believe those seeking for understanding the mannerism behind collecting a clean source of understanding and acknowledgement of a nature to judge basing in what is a ideal way to approach to right and correct procession of say judgement is to read some of this( in my conclusion) :
http://www.urantia.org/papers/paper40.html
Is not fully reliable but it holds some insightful tools of understanding some auto reflection of the universal strings. Those interested in ascension stages could see a somehow interesting theorem on the selection index - Part II The local universe under> 40. The Ascending Sons of God.
God doesn't directly refer to anything in regards of specifics of any doctrine is placed in a universal case.
This is a very good question. We would all treat ppl different when comes to harming someone in our family or loved ones. Most of us would go out of our way to hunt that person down and do the "an eye for an eye" or worse.
That is why we have a legal system, to take that out of our control. Some legal systems do still do that "an eye for an eye" type system. Some systems are just way over the top, like cutting someones hand off for stealling. But do we have a right to judge another countries justice system.
We as a community have stopped the death sentence yet we call for it when we are the ones effected.
Myself I would stop at nothing to pay back someone who hurt any of my family.
wow this is really a good question.. first most of the people that have responded at this point either say let the laws do it.. the problem is that the people that run the court systems are often as dirty or more dirty then the person they are trying to convict..
the eye for an eye works it was set up a long time before most of the people on here were born and set because they new at that point a mob even one under a set group of laws can not be just.. for a mob will always take a stand of agreement in order not to stick out...ie(the jesus christ stroy)
for those who brought up 9/11
this is sad to say that this was an act to respond to war or to our goverments way of doing things.. are people that insane this was nothing more then an attack on people who had little to no effect on the way the united states goverment conducts its war efforts on the world ...ie (the children)
you want to say that we should have a forgivness or a open mind and let the govement work on the guilty but yet call 9/11 justified hum i guess it another way for people to feel good and forget the things that happen that should not..
if things like 9/11 is justified then so is compleat and utter anarchy. cool let the strong survive the week will die and we will start this world over again .
Nah, thats what movies are for... To forget about the dealings of the world around society, such is the way of "superhero" movies. To take away the fear of reality and the happenings of war.
Go ahead and use the blame game in context with 9/11 as it is still an obviously brittle topic. But one cannot base this scenerio on the judgement call of victim vs homicidal maniac on a personal level.
we are discussing individual perception, not group perception. So lets try to leave the major events out of it and concentrate more on... What if this happened to you type of scenerio.
Most people do not concider the consequence if they do not consider outside themself.
It merely depends to what authority you submit.
Do you submit to a form of ethics, Religion, racial/regional paradigm or a political agenda.
An authority is someone who can reduce your fear. How you choose authority is also usually based on emotion.
If you distance yourself from a purely fear/reactionary mentality; forgiveness becomes desireable.
Each of those questions I would have a different reaction towards. It would depend on the situation, who's doing it, whom they are doing it to, and so forth. It's just a matter of knowing all the facts and then responding from there. Everything has a consequence in the end pertaining to the questions, but as to how bad and so forth the circumstance is, would be what depends on the actual punishment.
For instance, if someone messed with a child or one of mine, there'd be a high price to pay...as they for one can't really defend themselves, and two...shouldn't be treated badly.
Whereas, if someone were fighting and arguing but nothing major was going on, then there may not need to be a punishment of any sort, as it may just require someone talking to them and making things more obvious and rational between the parties involved.
my answer for number 2 is in the slowest, most painful way possible.
no...its not civilized, but there would never be a repeat offense.
~W~
Well, those questions are all good questions. As the economy and the world keep changing for the worse, soon or later, someone, here in VR, will have to do and apply some of the questions into a real situation. I don't believe in the Law. I believe in punishment to the max, to those who harm others, just for pleasure or for an unknown motive. Yes, I believe in capital punishment, specially for those who harm children. When humans learn to understand, that some human are created different, mean, pure evil to the flesh, them, they will understand, that the only way to deal with evil, is using evil way.
1. It would depend on if the person who was killed deserved to die. Family or not, some people don't deserve to live. There are some disturbed people in my family who are capable of almost anything.
2. I would make sure they were also tortured and eliminated.
3. I'd tell them to chill out and to let it go.
4. I'd make sure they paid to have it repaired.
1.How would you address, prosecute someone that kills somebody in your family or love ones?
I would allow the law to do the job for me as that is what it is there for. I would naturally like to know the reason why, or how the situation came about to ease my own mind. But on a personal level I could not do to them what they did to me... it would just continue the cycle of abuse. Someone has to stop, think and forgive.
2.How would you process someone that tortured and eliminated a little kid?
Now this is such a hard one to answer, I know deep down I would like to give back to them what they did to the poor child... but then that would be lowering myself to their level and standards. Again I would fully follow the course of the law and hope that justice system would punish them as they fully deserve
3.How would you react to a person that scream and fight for stupid if not less irrational reasons or invoke a unnecessary behavior on your behalf?
Being faced with such a situation on numerous occasions I have found that the best thing to do is be strong remind yourself of who you are and not lower yourself to their stupidity level. It would be easy to give in, but to stand and laugh at their behaviour is more interesting for me.
4.How would you react on someone scratching your material object that you worked so hard to get it? (perhaps a car, motorcycle, guitar, etc...).
Well having this happen in the past I have learned to just let by gones be by gones... If it is bad enough to need fixing and I have proof it was them then I would take action and demand they fix it or find them self a lawyer. But if it isn't so bad and it was an accident then I wouldn't allow it to bother me, there are more important things in life to worry about and worrying over silly possessions that can be gone in an instant is just not worth it.
1.How would you address, prosecute someone that kills somebody in your family or love ones?
1A. I have no feelings towards anyone who is a killer or a terrorist. Send them to their maker so they can be judged.
2.How would you process someone that tortured and eliminated a little kid?
2A. Even more harsh , these types are a massive waste of oxygen. Too bad there is not a real Dexter!
3.How would you react to a person that scream and fight for stupid if not less irrational reasons or invoke a unnecessary behavior on your behalf?
3A. Disapline . I do my best to stay cool and keep my wits about me.
4.How would you react on someone scratching your material object that you worked so hard to get it? (perhaps a car, motorcycle, guitar, etc...).
Deep inside I want to ring their neck , ( this recently happend) . I let my feelings be known, but not like a ranting fool. I take a deep breath and count to ten before responding.
1. The would never reach the court house
2. They would never make it to the court house
3. I can take care of myself so stay out of my business unless you want the wraith of god upon then
4. Pay back is a real bitch with a long memory
It would be easy for me to answer these questions: I'm of the camp that professes 'an eye for an eye'. If someone is proven to be a torturer and killer, the just punishment would be to torture and kill them.
Now - voting for and executing the judgment are two different things. Would I want to be the one to flip the switch or pull the trigger? With the exception of being a victim or a relative or close friend of a victim, I don't know. I'd still want the guilty party to suffer and die though.
Marvelous answers, the reactionary for say-loss is conjugated with mis-judgement more than reasoning of the event committed, yet would it be reasonable to execute someone in the first place? what will the convicted learn by that process? Or very essence is numbered by experience, that is one variable that is in the cognitive sense advancing in a individual (others are physical like eating, growing etc stemming from that cognitive state) then if someone subsequently acquire a poisoned experience of exterminating someone and in the process of it, is un-dertermined why he/she did it, then a judgement of death seams like the easy exit of a mis-judgement, the individual is not acquiring any tools to understand the effect of change, it will only bring him back for a state of fulfillment in the next cycle. It seams the affected one is the only one acquiring something from a judgement of death (for the case of 1 and 2 questions) the satisfaction that the "evil has being cast out" and the "justice" has being placed, without knowing the factors of the crime and the outcomes of it, in other words is a selfish and irrational emotional reactionary to search for sanctuary in another individual termination without proper trial and extraction of behavior.
1.How would you address, prosecute someone that kills somebody in your family or love ones?
It would depend on the situation here for me. Was the death due to accident or just cold blooded murder. Was my family member partly responsible for the event. I would like to get revenge, but think the ultimate revenge is seeing them locked up behind bars for the rest of their life. Death is an easy way out.
2.How would you process someone that tortured and eliminated a little kid?
Hmm thinks of razor wire inserted in a rectum and pulling it out... I would make sure they end up in jail then let the prisoners know what the person did and walk away knowing that their life is going to be a living hell.
3.How would you react to a person that scream and fight for stupid if not less irrational reasons or invoke a unnecessary behavior on your behalf?
I do what I always do... throw water at them. Nothing shuts an irrational person up more that a bucket of ice water over the head. Try it, it really works. They spend the rest of the time asking you why you threw water on them.. and if doesn't work the first time, try a hose.. fire hose would be good :D
4.How would you react on someone scratching your material object that you worked so hard to get it? (perhaps a car, motorcycle, guitar, etc...).
Ah possessions are fleeting. I would be more concerned about family members getting hurt than my car or any of my personal possessions. Was a time I cared, but it takes losing everything to realise that possessions mean nothing as long as your alive and your happy.
