i found out the other day that i have a some vampire blood in my family. i have also drinken from a vampire. does that mean i will have an awaken or do i need to know more about if any of my other ancestors have vampire blood in them?

Who in your family has vampire blood in them and in what circumstances ?

my moms side has most of it, but my dad was bitten as a child.

I agree with Killer, since you have already been fed by a vampire, you could experience this already. I know that when I fed from a vampire I felt the awackening immediatly

we dont really know when we are to awaken, it can happen at anytime and in anyway. like for me i was awaken when i was 5 years old, my brother has yet to be awaken, he may or maynot awaken though to his vampire side. for my stepfather his true father is human, my real father's bloodline is full of them, and my mother of otherkin.
but if you drank from a vampire that had a lot of that blood you would awaken in like seconds. but is depends on how strong they are in the blood line. could be seconds, hours day or even months.
but like i said all depends on the person and what there like.

It has always been to my knowledge, simply by what those who claim to be vampires, that you can not be turned by being bitten. That is said to be myth... It has also been said that you have to be born a vampire... if it is a hereditary thing then perhaps, but based on what others have told me I would void out the fact that your father was bitten. I dont know any of this for a fact, just based on what others have told me. :)

well, my love, why not give you my opinion on the matter? your awakening will most likely happen within the month... if at all. I will explain to you (in private) everything, but yes. you will awaken, but its only because you had vampire blood in you already (from your mom) ...my blood will bring out the tendencies, and the traits lying in wait that you already have. I didnt "sire" you, per se, but the blood from me is definitely going to bring out what you already have, and you will MOST LIKELY have your awakening sometime soon.

Well, all things considered, you should have had an awakening, or if not very soon!!

I say first learn more about your ancesters and then see if it's been passed on you.....once you know what's in the past it gives you an idea what's been passed on

jsut wondering, can you be awakened without being bitten and fed, and without it being in your family? or is that not a possibilty at all?

I have never known anyone to be "turned" by a vampire. You are born this way, or not. It's possible there is a genetic trait in your fmaily that makes it a desire, or a need for blood. However, to take it so far as to be bitten and turned, I think Hollywood and myths are responsible for that.

if it is in the blood then it is likely you will have an awakening of your own or it may stay hidden for some time
