I believe there is a spell or curse that makes one a vampire.
If you had the spell would you use it.
Please tell me why you would or wouldn’t.

Considering how broad your description of the spell is, it would depend on the spell itself.



But I would probably lean away from using it.

If I said a sacrifice then we have a Delmar on life and death ect… that’s not the question.

Knowing it would be an intellectual challenge. As would figuring out, why exactly it should work, what are possible counter-measurements, etc.

But using it? On me? No. On somebody else? I 'm a physicist, not Dr. Mengele!

No i would have to say that i would not use it, the reason i don't think it would be in my best interest to use a spell to do this.

I would never use something like that. It should be considered a privilege..a choice..not a weapon.

i would half to agree with gothic i would never use it it is messing with someones free will.

we dont like it when someone misses with our free will, so shouldnt it be the same mutual feeling towards the other person?

Almost like an immortality spell, you mean? I don't think so. I don't think there could be a spell to make you immortal OR to make you a vampire...And if there was, it would require a lot of concentration and probably wouldn't be too good for the soul.

i dont think i would use it either. it would conflict with free will and thats something i dont beleive in.

Im currently waiting for the madalines book with a spell on how to make yourself a vampire.
I don’t expect it to be the right spell…. I do expect to be one step closer on the trail as to what magic form was used…. Very useful for chaos magic

I wouldn't use the spell because I wouldn't care to sacrifice any part of my life. In making oneself or another a vampire, you would have to give up something somewhere and I wouldn't care to do that.

If there was one and I was that strong a spellcaster, yes.
Curse/hex/cure/protection. In the end a spell is a spell.

I would mainly so i could have the powers of a vampire, i do not think it would ruin anything in my life, it would probably make it better...

Depends on what is required for the spell. If it's heinous then no. Otherwise, I might think about it.

I would have to weigh the pros and cons, taking everything into consideration. But in the end, I would probably use it on myself. I would only use it on someone else, unless they knew the pros and cons and I had already tested it on myself.

I don't believe in a spell that could turn someone into a vampire. And if there was really one, I wouldn't use it. A person is born who they are, one shouldn't mess with fate.

Is there any documented history of spells turning people into vampires? My knowledge of folklore and myth always seemed to indicate it was through biting.

With that being said, I don't think such a spell exists, and if it did I would not use the spell because I am not trying to populate the world with lil vampies.

yes, i would go on the road like some kind of gypsie and plague the towns i visit with creatures of the night. of course i would warn each customer what the spell will do so there are no surprises and would become wealthy at the cost of maanny innocent lives. yeah on second thought count me out. no amount of money will cure that kind of guilt.

I don't think i would use the spell on others...that's tantamount to taking someone's free will away. I may, depending on the spell, consider using it on myself after careful consideration and meditation.

hehehe...three fold is Wiccan and not karma...I believe in karma but not any modern witchcraft...it's relative in that area.

But if I had a spell and could use it to make it work, I guess it would depend if I thought there was any plausible reason for someone to be a vampire if given the choice. Spells have a way of backfiring but that is just the "monkey's paw" effect.

If casting a spell were the case and I knew how to do it properly, then of course I would. You already know, my friend, that I would go to any ends to achieve the goal that we discussed. If only it were that easy to do...

It all depends on if you can cast the spell on yourself or not and the purpose that you would use the spell for. If you could cast it on yourself, of course I would use it on myself, for I have little to nothing worth living for any more. If you could not cast the spell on yourself, I would only cast it on another that I knew long in advance and if they knew Entirely what the spell would do and so on and so forth. the only reason for me casting the spell on another would be so that they would cast the spell on me in return, or would turn me into an Immortal in return. Other than that, I would never use the spell on another no matter what the reason(s) would be. Carpe Noctem

I would never put a spell on anyone without their permission. Its a wrongful act to me and a violation of their dignity and rights as an individual to exist without manipulation or harm from others. Its as bad as molesting someone its wrong and nothing but harm will come to you if you put a spell on someone without their permission or consent.

I personally don't perform spells, but I wouldnt like someone to perform a spell on me without my full knowledge on what they are doing to me, so I can't do that to someone else.

I would not make a vampire by any means. They would just be an extra mouth trying to my food.

If you used a spell to become a vampire, I think it would take away from the majesty of the bite. Of the traditional change. So no, I would no use it.

i wouldnt know a spell that changes you to a vampire and even if I did I wouldnt use it cause people would be knockin on my door from here to north carolina and back asking me to change them into a vampire and it wouldnt be done either way period.

the spells are the same but they will soemtomes be stronger because as a vampire we are awarefo our capabilites that non vampires are aware, so we can focus better.
