OK, so today I logged on to VR to check messages and I find one from Marix...... saying Welcome to the coven...... I DID NOT ASK TO BE INDUCTED.......... therefore, I should have been left alone..... now a friend has asked me if I wanted to join his coven and I am unable to say yes because I am unable to leave the coven that I am in and I have no say in the matter..... THIS IS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Foced induction needs to stop..... people have the right to say yes or no and I was not given that opportunity....... This is not right.....
Forced inductions have been a huge part of this site fot a number of years, and it will remain that way. If you don't understand this fact, Vampire Rave is probably not the website for you. Things aren't going to change just because you find it unfair and thus, need to whine about it. We all went through it at one point or another, it's just something you have to deal with.

My Coven has a new page in the works. I got the idea from Nrd, and now I've been working on it. It's about 90% sarcasm, 10% information. Of course, those who need to read the page won't. But, I'm doing it anyway. Here's a preview.
Proper use of both words in one sentence:
You're a bastard that your mother couldn't abort in time.
See, "you're" is used instead of saying "you are a bastard" and "your" is used to imply that your mother failed to hit Planned Parenthood soon enough.
I'm having too much fun with this.

I don't care what you say, someone who hasn't been on since July, regardless of their level, is not worth 7,000+ Favor. Asking that for dead weight is idiotic.
It seems few Society Masters grasp the whole concept of trading. We don't want your inactive members. And we sure as hell don't want to pay that much for them.

Another thing I will never understand around here, Society Masters who feel they are justified charging exuberant amounts of Favor for members who haven't been on for six months or more. 1,700 Favor for someone who hasn't been on since March, and 5,500 for someone who hasn't.been on since July? You are joking right?

Yes, I was forcibly inducted by Yendor into his Coven, Lux Aeterna, over five years ago. It was quite possibly the best experiance I had here regarding the Society System. I loved Lux and I was greatful that they picked me up. As I said, we've all delt with this at one point or another.

all my profiles were force inducted each time and over the more then 5 years I've been on (actually 6 and 1/2 if I count the first 2 profiles I deleted) they were all force inducted.
Right now I have 2 that are inducted in covens would leave only if the cm decides to do so, as for my other two (over Sire level) I chose to advise if I leave, but thats a personal choice.
And I plan on being force inducted if I ever create more profiles, why? hum let me see... maybe cause its Cancer's TOS and FAQ that says so and its HIS site? maybe ;)
anyhow, got to love those who sign in but forgot to read the notice saying that by signing in they agree to the terms of the site. Therefore agree to the force induction.
