Ever have one of those days that everything goes wrong in a matter of seconds and you didn't even cause it?
First thing is my issue with my eyes which is mentioned below this entry. Then I spilt soda not once but 2 times.
First time I knocked over a trashcan that some how got entangled by my power cord. I mean how the hell does that happen when it wasn't even near it. Second I get a soda out and open it. It decideds to exploded all over me.
So I went to the eye doctor today for the first time in a long while. Finally to get my new spectacles he told me he would have to refer me to a Glaucoma specialist and assure me that there's nothing to worry about. I don't get why they would say that but yet send me to a specialist.
For those that may not know what Glaucoma is
Glaucoma is a disease that affects the optic nerve and involves loss of retinal ganglion cells in a characteristic pattern. There are many different sub-types of glaucoma but they can all be considered as a type of optic neuropathy. Raised intraocular pressure is a significant risk factor for developing glaucoma (above 22 mmHg or 2.9 kPa). One person may develop nerve damage at a relatively low pressure, while another person may have high eye pressure for years and yet never develop damage. Untreated glaucoma leads to permanent damage of the optic nerve and resultant visual field loss, which can progress to blindness.
Glaucoma can be divided roughly into two main categories, "open angle" and "closed angle" glaucoma. Closed angle glaucoma can appear suddenly and is often painful; visual loss can progress quickly but the discomfort often leads patients to seek medical attention before permanent damage occurs. Open angle, chronic glaucoma tends to progress more slowly and the patient may not notice that they have lost vision until the disease has progressed significantly.
Glaucoma has been nicknamed the "sneak thief of sight" because the loss of vision normally occurs gradually over a long period of time and is often only recognized when the disease is quite advanced. Once lost, this damaged visual field can never be recovered. Worldwide, it is the second leading cause of blindness. Glaucoma affects 1 in 200 people aged fifty and younger, and 1 in 10 over the age of eighty. If the condition is detected early enough it is possible to arrest the development or slow the progression with medical and surgical means.
The major risk factor for most glaucomas and focus of treatment is increased intraocular pressure. Intraocular pressure is a function of production of liquid aqueous humor by the ciliary processes of the eye and its drainage through the trabecular meshwork. Aqueous humor flows from the ciliary processes into the posterior chamber, bounded posteriorly by the lens and the zonules of Zinn and anteriorly by the iris. It then flows through the pupil of the iris into the anterior chamber, bounded posteriorly by the iris and anteriorly by the cornea. From here the trabecular meshwork drains aqueous humor via Schlemm's canal into scleral plexuses and general blood circulation. In open angle glaucoma there is reduced flow through the trabecular meshwork; in angle closure glaucoma, the iris is pushed forward against the trabecular meshwork, blocking fluid from escaping.
The inconsistent relationship of glaucomatous optic neuropathy with ocular hypertension has provoked hypotheses and studies on anatomic structure, eye development, nerve compression trauma, optic nerve blood flow, excitatory neurotransmitter, trophic factor, retinal ganglion cell/axon degeneration, glial support cell, immune, and aging mechanisms of neuron loss.
The major types of glaucoma are discussed below.

Sounds about as encouraging as the same basic like about the oncologist... Some things just don't jive no matter how big of a smile and cheerful voice they use eh?
If they say you have it be sure and obtain a second opinion, my mother was treated for years for it only to find out she didn't have it was just an abnormal reading. It's so common most of us accept it as an easy diagnosis but the drops they treat it with can cause other problems so investigate and get a second opinion. *good luck*
wow dude what a load of shit.... i hope you don't end up having it, i'd have to kick your ass hehe
man oh man thats alot of info but its good stuff to know
I fell like I'm on the edge. I feel like just giving up and calling it quits. Seems that no one wants to help me get through this. No one want's to have an ear. It seems like it. Namine is far away from me and I just want to hold her so much and her to tell me everything is ok. I need that so much right now. I'm getting panicy and finnicy I just feel like i'm going to snap.
It will be all right baby. You just have to hang in there. I know school is getting harder and I know you are stressed out trying to find a place for yourself to stay, and thinking about getting us back there. Get help if you need it, everyone needs a refresher now and then.
No. Don't call is quits! That's never the answer.... =(
So while going grochery shopping I saw the following things. Boys running up and down the isles. The Girls that saw the boys running up the isles started to do it too. The mom of these kids only stops the girls and says that's not lady like.
Now first off none of them should be running in the grochery store. Nevertheless that the mom only told the girls to stop as if it's the boy kind of thing to do and it's ok for them to do it.
A woman was getting some womanly things not that I was trying to look it was the only thing she was getting and I was sitting waiting for my turn. She told the cashier that her man wouldn't come in the store and buy them for her and she had to wait 2 hours just to get them because she didn't have the car.
MAN up guys there's times when you need to buy things for you gal and that's one of them it's no differnt than buying food or a game. I buy them i have no problem getting them.
This one really pissed me off.
A man is shoping with his gal, and so there going down the isle that I happen to be in, and he's putting stuff in the cart. She's pretty much not talking just walking right next to him. When she sees something she wants. She picks it up and puts it in the cart.
The Man then states what i tell you about that woman. You are not to do anything in public. remember you place is the home... I'm doing you a favor by bringing you out.
I was flabergasted. for someone to still think that kind of crap just took me by surprise.
Bottom line everyone's equal to everyone
darlin there are still guys that walk with their knuckles draggin',
and moms that think the world of the boys and treat thier daughters different. the only thing we as parents can do is teach the next generation differently
to bad so many peoples never see that we all equal. no matter who we are or wat we are, all of us be equal us all
yeah, its bad , you should try living it , not fun, I did it for 6 years.
oh my goodness what store do you shop at sounds like alot is going on there
as for the last story if that was my man i would of kicked him so hard he would be sorry
So if you don't know, I should fill you in. I finally have a car again. The Clutch was repaired and I'm making payments on it to pay for it only have 230 left to pay and it will be done.
Some things that I noticed need to be fixed that no one was aware of tires 2006 issued, So yah they need to be replaced. door locks go on or off when ever they feel like it. horn doesn't work.
Just minor things.
I'm happy about it. It's a 1996 SL1 Saturn Green kinda like the old one i had. Except it's manual and my first manual at that.
i am very glad you have a car again!
Wow! It's good to hear you getting your ducks in order once, and again! Very proud of you strong friend!
Manual transmissions are FUN!
(once you get the hang of it)
My second car had a manual, and after driving that for 4 years, I could never go back to an automatic!
I hate automatics.
sweet :D dont get much better than having your own car

Seriously, I'm struggling with school. We are doing this paint thing and we have to use max to create the 3d aspect of our painting. I'm having a lot of problems with it. 3ds max unless you know the system in and out is difficult to learn and I'm struggling with it majorly.
To top it off I'm stressed out to the max. I really want to be with Namine and I can't all I can do is go to school go sleep, and repeat. I'm still looking for work. To try to get Namine and Kaorulyn Back with me.
I really love them both very much and I don't want to be with out them.
So I'm going to say this and get it out before I explode. I'm Marring Namine, and I want to be with her and make things work. I'm saying this to say I'm not going to be invovled with anyone else.
You have issues with that take it up with me. I have to do what I have to do. This may be heartbreaking to you than others not so much. The fact is I'm marring her and that's the bottom line. I'm still your friend. I'm still someone you can come to to talk to. Don't expect me to flirt or what not cuz I won't.
I'm hopeing this is the last rant I have to post If you need me to explain to you personally then message me. I'll explain the best way I can.
Also I've gotten back into my game clan SBF (Support by fire) I may not always be on here as previously. I'm still going to be on the rave, and still run my coven, group and other misc things.
I'm just doing more now to be back to where I want to be and that's playing games with my friends. Talking with my friends and doing what I do every day School homework and spending time with Namine and Kaorulyn.
I've already taken steps to change my profile to being committed to my relationship with Namine. This is the second and hopefully last step.
I wish you the best with your woman and man i hate to see you under so much stress the body can only handle so much.......
