The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

This is a little story - Started by me, and each person adds on a new sentance only.

Rules of the game? There are none, can be as serious, or silly as you want, but must must must follow some form of logic.

Allow me to begin with a brief introduction:



The wind howled ferociously through the bowed limbs of the willows near the swamp.

Nocturnal creatures voiced themselves through the night.

A shiver snaked its way down my spine as I approached the Inn. The candle in the window seemingly inviting, but the mood was threatening.....

Next!

The air seemed to carry a history of forgotten promise's. Thick and blue crimson, thick enough to cut with a blade.

Lightning flashed faintly in the distance. Thunder rumbling the ground near me. I know that I should turn back, I shouldn't go on. But something draws me closer. Calling me.

The inn is dark and musty. Old beer and fresh bread lurks in the air. There is silence as I enter, a break in the storm of endless gossip. I shiver again.

The candle flickers, then blows out as I pass. Is it an omen of things to come? I look over the few patrons in the room. They stare at me hard. Questioning me with their eyes.

I walked to the bar, and asked the barkeep for an ale. He went for my order and turned to see that everyone was still looking at me. I turned back to the barkeep, who delivered my ale.

"Horrible night out there," I said, but the barkeep didn't respond. He just went back to his tending as I didn't exist.

Somethings not right! I pondered around and an odor i can not explane crept upon me like a storm on a vast feild.

My heart began to race, and the hairs on the back of my neck pricked up.

Shackin and uneasy I excused myself from the croud that stumbled past me. I could not move fast enough to keep up with my mind. The constant thumping of my heart like a mixture of ladome and Absinthe I thought to myself poision, It can't be my lover Has been dead for many years.

I looked about the room again and there I saw, sitting in the far dark corner. Shrowded in shadows, I could only see the eyes which starred back at me.

I stoped dead in my tracks. My eyes unable to look away.

I find myself drawn to these eyes, and walk towards them. the rest of the bar seems to fade from my view as I get closer.

I think to myself, "is it possible? could it be?".

The energy from the being i walk towards, encircles me. I fell afraid, and yet comforted.

A familiar yet eerie voice says"What, not happy to see me after all this time, beloved? I guess not, since you only tried to kill me."

It was like my heart had stopped. My breathing quickened, and my mind was telling me to flee. But i was in awe, of the sight before me.

"you should be dead," i stammered
"I watched you die.." whispered out of me as I stumbled backwards, fleeing from this creature of the night.

Only to find myself held in my place by strong arms.

As thick fingers dug thier strength into my flesh to keep me there.

"Greetings and fancy who we have here" He spat out between decayed lips.

The stench of his breath as he seethed his intentions brought tears to my eyes as I gagged, "...you wouldn't dare."

his lips curved in a sinister smile, and his eyes glinted rage.

he replied "My dear, i have planned my revenge for a long time. It would be my greatest pleasure to witness in your suffering."

again the wind howled and the lightening flashed so violently as if it were a dream - the other patrons didnt even seem to notice the drama which was taking place in the darkened shadows - as so sudden the thunder cracked so loud it shook the tiny establishment causing the lights to blink and disappear - now alone in the dark she felt his breath as he pulled her close - and so quickly they seemed to vanish from sight ....

holding her in his gaze a moment longer he slowly pulls away almost glideing in ethreal grace, fingertips brushed against her throat as he circles, whispers vehmenantly yet softly "I have a gift for you" bearly audable that voice yet clearly established within her mind "a curse"

"The same curse you presented to me so long ago.
As I lay rotting, plotting this moment. Yet now that it as arrived,
I still have a love for you." He paused as if to think. "However it diminishes rapidly as I remember your ways.
I do not think I shall grant you this gift after all." Still he circles her muttering his words. Staring into her fear filled eyes. "In fact, I shall return the pain of all the years you left me dying." He lunges into her, with his long decrepit hands. He smiled a wicked grin as he raked his claw like hands across her throat.

the blood gushhed freely and dipped on to the floor, i brought my hand to my throat to stop the bleeding but the gash was deep, i looked up into his face and i saw the way he was mesmerised by my blood and he sised me and lapped at it i stared in horror what was happing, this was the stuff of books and films not my life...

struggled to get free, but couldnt almost as if i were being hypnotized

He sat back in to his seat.

The indentation of his grip still felt firm around her neck as the blood quelled.

She felt herself pushed to her knees, by pressure on her shoulders. As she turned to see where it came from her face was struck sharply, forcing her to real back onto her heels.

The shock of the situation, the strike, the loss of blood all coming into focus for her. She narrowed her eyes onto him, as she felt down her calf to her boot.

"I hope you enjoyed that!" She spat out at him.

From within it she grabbed a long dagger and pointed it at him, her hand steady and her eyes dancing with the hate inside of her.

He just smirked. He sat back deeper into his seat. He sat watching her life slip out of her body, and pool onto the floor in front of him.

Her life fading into oblivion, A voice rang out! A manifestation of many o spirits summuned her soul as fast a a gast of oxygen. The voice that clearly from her mind made an ery curl into her vital organs, sustaining her life. Just enough to grasp a thought. This presence was unknown as of no doubt to the phantom her lover that sat across and pondered to himself her next act. The blade in her hand began to form hot ,as the voices that beckoned it's use folded together as the demascus steel was forged to tang. a moment of silence creept that lasted an eternity. She laid and gathered herself slowly, forcing herself to regather from the fatal wound, gathering her strengh like the roots in the deepest of woods. For love of hate she came to think. I must become this voice. A tear came to her lip. The taste of metallic copper of the sterling mines, she wept. I am changing.

She could feel herself, slipping away into the void, as this voice inside her, rose from its deepest abyss. her knuckles turned white as she grasped the dagger tighter. Before she could think what was happening, she screamed, letting the voice, echo through her body.

As she lunged toward him over the table, only to find....

Although a shadow of a thing it was, it was inhumanely fast and caught her in mid-air and held her above the table spitting vile hate into her face as she slowly bled out

"How does this feel?!"
"Whatever it is it's nowhere near to waht you will feel quite soon and I am going to enjoy EVERY second of it"

He laughed in her blood spattered face as he reached under the table to grab..........

Her make-up bag, 'well if i'm going to die, i want to be looking good,when it happens.......'

er er er er er...... she slowly wakes and turns off the alarm. what a wierd dream she thinks to her self as she gets out of bed and walks to the bathroom to brush her teeth but as she looks in the rirror she sees dried blood covering her neck

He ripped it from table and splintered it on its edge.
With an evil laugh, he smugly said.” Time to die.”
He reached across the table slamming the broken leg into her chest.
With his immense strength he lifted her into the air.
Watching her flail. He said.

"revenge is the sweetest of dishes"

especially when rerved witha chilled sweet roll coated in honey sauce......
he thinks to himself now where ddid that thought come from?.....

Ugh.. you guys had to ruin it!

the director said.
He walked over to the actors with fury in his eyes.

The camera's stopped rolling and christov Jaqstov was furiuos looking at his leading lady
"Zu yu no how hard it iz to summon a vengevul spirite at zuch short notiz?"

er er er er er...... she slowly wakes and turns off the alarm. what a wierd dream she thinks to her self as she gets out of bed and walks to the bathroom to brush her teeth but as she looks in the rirror she sees dried blood covering her neck

as she tries to gently touch in dismay the dried blood upon her neck, the lights flicker, the air seems dry and a gust of wind violently breaks in her window. shattering glass falls to the floor. Startled she slowly walks to the door of the bathroom and looks around. An eerie sense of danger overcomes her. She feels a presence....not of this world, and definitely not human. the door behinds her shuts and a chilling raspy voice brings back memories far too familiar.

"miss me?" the male voice asked with sarcasm and pleasure from the fear and vulnerability in her expression.

Thinking to herself, "It was a dream...wasn't it?" An eerie feeling curls in her stomach as she faces her demon....

He was no longer the man she knew so long ago, whose heart she so easily betrayed. This foul undead thing who stood before her was a perversion of nature. The thing that once was Morgan shouted at her, "Did you think you could escape my grasp so easily? You gave me nothing but nightmares of blood and pain and now I condemn you to the same fate!"

With that, he lunged at her, eyes blazing, razor teeth bared and wrapped his ragged but stong arms around her. He sunk his teeth into her already blood-stained neck and drank. As her strength drained, she felt herself slip back into unconsciousness. Back into his world of nightmares.

as he drank and drank slowly devouring her soul, only but a glimpse of their past love came about. not able to distinct what could have triggered such memory and void completely on the inside, he curiously wondered what it could be unknowingly stopping and giving her the immortal life she so unconsciously desired.

Flashbacks clouded her mind....back to that fateful day she thought she had killed him for good....

both their worlds began to whirl, something strange was happening.

outside the world began to stir as lighting striked from afar and thunder strengthened her life and electrified every drop he drank from her limp body. her skin was soft and lustful, her neck was warm and her blood was boiling and stirring within. he pulled away and dropped her to the floor. enraged and weak he fell to the floor. his world tumbled. he hated her! he wanted her dead! she was the cause of his eternal misery....and yet he let her live, he let her have her immortality.

she lay there, motionless. the wind blowing stronger and stronger now made her long black hair dance against her face, seeming as black flames whipping at their prey. he was gathering his strength back now, his breathis was hard yet vital.

*breathing* ==oOpsies==

she realise that she would have to make her atack now or else suffer more of his revenge, she gathered togeter all her strengeth (sp) and...

...summond all her power and raised herself from where he thought would be her eternal resting place to her bed. Under the pillow she reached for her weapon.....

... and fell back to the floor, hitting her chin on the night-stand as the loss of blood dizzied her. Her fingers were going cold and numb from shock, but she felt his clawed fingers grasp her leg and draw her towards him.

"Come, my little one. It will serve nothing if you actually DIE. Drink, and drink deeply so we can have this dance of ire for many years to come," he rasped as he drew a long finger nail across his own throat, groaning with pleasure as he tried to force her mouth up to drink ...

she sicken as she sucked at his throut only to bring her self enough strenght to rid her self how once and for all
* yes i know its cheasy but wdf*

"you monsterous creature! how dare you!" she yelled slapping his face and scratching his flesh as his blood poured and ran down his neck

"you have commited a grave mistake!" he said

ohhhhh.. for I shall plick out your eyes and rape your soul untill the end of time..
***Evil laugh***

and with that he disapeard into the darkness leave her to ponder the meaning of his last words.

She was so close...

She could only lay there...

The pain as the noise seared her senses drove her to sit straight up.

It wasn't her heart it was... her blood!

Blood coursing in her vains like insects rotting the apple. A tobacco yellow vision that hazed a translucent glow. Grabbing the tile that lined her walls. Her skin wanting to say cold black granite. This is not me! Her heart pounding like a tidal wave and spinalcord stiffer than a concrete beam. This is not me! Just the quickest thought of pain turned her stomach inside out. A dream a dream she ask's her self. Just a second of reality to regain a thought that cannot be held. The only thing not changing is the constant noise, the fantest tick coming from the wooden clock that hung from her wall. Just a constant reminder of her heart slowing to the pace. Like death is on a drum! The creature of avengeful love's voice echoes in her mind. But he said not a word? Another tear falls from her brow.

Between the pounding in the brain, the aching in her heart, and the churning of her stomach, she clearly heard his voice in her head, "My revenge is done. I cast you into the world to cause more pain. I am inside you now. We are the same. You may not listen to me, but you've no choice but to hear the call of the blood."

"I HATE YOU!!!!!!" she screamed, pulling her hair. she desperately looked around the room, trying to think, trying to find some type of solution...even though she knew she had no way out from this one.

While pulling her hair, she noticed that most of it was coming out into her hands. She screamed." what the hell is this? What have you done to me?" From within the pounding kept on. His voice lingered. Walking to the medicine cabinet to find relief from the pain.
Opening the door to it to grab a full bottle of Vicodin. Looking at the whole bottle she pondered.

Figures 'What the hell!' Nothing else will stop this maddning voice inside my head. *fills glass tall glass with vodka and swallows handful of tablets* There that aughta stop it. *slams rest of vodka and puts glass on counter

she slowly passes out.

the next morning when she awakens the broken windows are banging against the wall from the gusts of wind.
day light horribly bothers her, she feels her skin begin to ache, then runs to the closet and closes the door feeling assurance from the darkness. she suddenly realizes shes alive.

"why am i still alive?!" she whispers in horror

"oh....my...god....

...no way this is happening to me?!"


she scurries to the corner of the dark closet, and there in fetal position she lays for hours trying to come to terms with what is going on.

a vortex on the floor begins to open, oozing fire from within

she stops to think

"what the heck?....after all im immortal right?....let's see where this leads me"


she takes a deep breath, closes her eyes and dives in the fiery vortex.

She explodes into a huge ball of flames. Starts to bounce around the closet.Smashing through the door and off the walls of her room. THe massive ball she has become smashes everything . setting curtains, her bed anything that burns ablaze. She then realizes that she to is on fire, for she became the ball. as she is uncontrollably flung out the broken windows. she awakens in her bed. Ahhhh what the F@*k is going on with me....She sits up in her bed, whimpering, rocking back and forth, slamming her head into the wall...........

dont tell me you made her have another dream?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Shhhhhhh" Something small touches her shoulder, encircling her comfortingly. "It's alright." Rocking back and forth she refuses to open her eyes, fear of seeing or hallucinate something weird again. The voice is a womans whisper, soft and motherlike. The heat of the fire no longer burnt her, instead it was feeling cold, like ice. Wind blew about her, "Am I being moved now? Don't open your eyes!" She said to herself desperately trying to stay calm.

Calmness surrounded her. Warmth. She felt herself on something soft. Opening her eyes she was no longer in her room, let alone world. She was in a cave lit by mounted iron torches, sitting on an antique bed with blood red satin bedding. Sitting on the bed next to her is a beautiful woman with long red hair, "Hello. I am Lilith."

Katherine slowly moves backwards. Lilith smiles warmly and says "don't be afraid Katherine, you have been chosen" Lilith stands form the bed and walks to the dresser while Katherine with a puzzled look asks. "chosen?...what do you mean?...chosen for what?...i dont understand"

Lilith motions for her to be still and quiet with the upmost gentleness.

You have finally chosen to join us in this world my child... in time you will come to understand...but for now Katherine, you must truly allow your mind and body to rest...You need not fear for you are sfe with my child. I shall protect you from the demons that haunt your mind. *The beutiful Lilith pulls back the cover and encourages Katherine to lie down* There you are darling, sleep peaceful, no nightmares shall accompany your slumber now. *Katherine lies down doubtingly, but shortly drifts into a deep DREAMLESS sleep....

[sidebar.... can we please get this story back on some decent story line...it was intresting for a little while and then lost it's peek at some point along the way...I know there are others who do wish this to be a good story...thank you all]

OK, look. I have enjoyed this story from the beginning and have liked all of the twists and turns.

There are no rules, this story could go anywhere or end anytime. People have kept this poor woman live because they have wanted to provide some action. Because they wanted the story to continue.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE STORY
Here are your options:
1) Give it a new direction. We'll either follow along or change it again.
2) Stop interrupting the story to complain about it. If you truly think it is so unsalvagable, then Abandon it and leave it alone. If everyone feels this way, it will eventually fade away.

*Frustrated*

Katherine closes her eyes, pretending to doze off. She feels Lilith walk to the mouth of the cave at sunset. Blazing amber light illuminates the bedroom along with the torch light. Opening her eyes she spies Lilith's reflection on the wall. She spreads her arms and forms gigantic gargoyle wings, then jumps off the cliff, with the wooshing sound of wind caught by the wings.

Katherine sneaks out of bed to take a peek around.

she notices the cave has many toneles going of from this main caven at tangents.

she hears the tap tap tap of foot steps moving towards her from one of thease tunnel slash corridors

Katherine is taken by surprise as the tunnels are soon full of demons clawing at the walls, laughing, and yelling as they drew near. Before she could get away, a group of horrible demons grabbed at her. She managed to scream out before their searing hot hands and arms could grab at her arms and legs.

The scream caught Lilith's attention who was about to fly off. She came back into her cave, found Katherine, and yelled at the others, "Be gone children! Leave this one alone."

lilth turned to her and said to her "never leave this main caven, never go down thoses tunnles never or they will get you"

spooked and a little frightened she nodded.

"feel free to go anywhere within, just never enter the tunnels again or you wont make it our alive" and with that she disappeared without hesitation.

Katherine sits on the corner or the bed.

A knock distracts her far away thoughts.

"May I come in Lady Katherine?" said a soft spoken voice.

"Okay" she said in a well mannered voice.

As the huge doors opened, it appeared to be a servant girl, appointed to serve Katherine's needs.

*out*

"Lady Katherine, may I come in? I heard a noise. Are you alright?" A petite young lady comes in with her black hair up, ringlets dancing around her dark eyes, wearing a long white gown. Katherine, in truth, was not capable of a single word, there had been so much going on for the past day or so now. The servant comes in with a pitcher of water and fills a basin with a clean freshly folded washrag. "You'll be fine miss. Lady Lilith takes good care of those she favors." A smell of sweet fruits touched Katherine's nostrils. Her blood began to pump hard under her skin. She felt her new fangs spring out from her gumline behind her normal teeth. Reaching out she grabbed the servant girl, plunging her new born fangs into her throat.........

the girl didnt struggle, she just stood there for Katherine's pleasure own pleasure.

katherine kept drinking with such thrist the girl soon began to feel weak as few groans and monas escaped her fragile mouth.

katherine had such thirst that she didn't care for this poor girls life.

she kept drinking, sucking her neck with such force and desperation until the servant's body became limp and she let it fall to the floor.

Lilith walks by Katherine, stepping over the dead servant "Oh I see you've met Martha my servant." Sitting down on the bed, she stretches with a smile on her face. Katherine stood there frozen, exactly as she was as the lady slipped from her fingers, 'this is normal?' is all that she could whimper in her head. "We've got a busy day today dear, better get dressed." Lilith mentioned towards clothes laid upon her bed, motioning politely to Katherine.

Walking out, Lilith turns sighing to herself "It's so hard to get good help nowadays."

she looks up at Katherine

"yes, this is normal my dear"

she smiles and winks at katherine, closing the door behind her.

she comes back in.

"oh i forgot tell you, we are having guests in a few hours in honor of your arrival, i'll have Blake come up and fix you a bath to get you cleaned up"

Katherine nods

"and katherine my dear?"

"yes Lilith?" she looks up to Lilith from the black tile floor.

"do keep this one alive wont you? Blake is one of my favorites, as you'll see why"

and with that Lilith leaves.

Lilith trusts that Katherine will adapt in time and knows that the elegant outfit she's chosen will be quite fitting for her new friend.
Smoothing out her stocking, spray of perfume, clasping on an antique black beaded choker, she finishes getting ready for the evening. A long black organza with beads flows to the floor along with her sleeves, giving a very medieval look to it. She smiles about that era, it wasn't as elegant, or as wonderful as it was, but it's the mockery of how the fashion has been idealized as such. She goes to the diningroom to make certain that everything is prepared. Her mansion is atop a mountain, but her personal chambers lies within it deep within and the only two entrances are through the secret chambers and dropping some 400 ft to the jagged rocks below.

Tonight will be a good night indeed.

adding some finishing touches, she fixes her beautiful silky hair and turns around to head towards the preparations, when....

(i just typed like a 6 paragraphs and i forgot about the timing again, and i lost it all --- gosh darn it....silly me....sorry ill try posting again if not just keep on lol)

she saw the most beautiul being she had ever seen, He padded steatily across the room his trench coat making a swooshing sound. as he stepped to wards her. he smiled his fangs gleamed like frosen ice. He bowed and kissed her hand, " you must be the girl Lilith told me about," he took her arm " come and talk with me in the gardens "

( sorry about the he she it stuff i forgot ebery one's name *blushes* )

Taking Katherine by the arm he leads her off to the balcony, there he wraps her in his arms and lightly takes off in the night.. he lands perfectly in the beautiful gradens full with blooming night flowers, shining in the pale beauty of the moon.. Here he leads her to a seat beside a fountain and locking his gleaming eyes onto her's he starts explaining her role in this new Court....

she was absolutely taken by his gleaming eyes. they captured her soul.

*bump*

He held her hands between his, her little blackened heart tighted in her chest'

"Katherine, my dear child" he frowned painfully as he seemed to search for the words.

"Lilith has taken you to her heart, but she can not keep you here in this little paradise for ever. You need to be with your own kind now"

He thumbed the palm of her hand, as if is soothed his mind.

"I.... I need to tell you something, of the gravest concern" He eyes could no looked look into hers and she looks down at his hands.

"what is it" she said in low gentle whisper.

He took a deep breath and half smiled at her.

"Morgan will be here soon, and he will want to remove you from us"

She started for a moment at the mention of his name.

"But, I... I don't understand, why!" Her voice quivered unevenly for a moment.

back in Lilith's chamber she putting final touches to her make-up. as she fixed her hair she felt a cold eerie breeze pass through her. She turned around and on the far corner of her room there stood a shadow.

"where's the girl?" the raspy voice asked.

"a night crawler" she chuckled.

"lord morgan wants the girl" it stated moving closwer to Lilith.

"stop there you filthy creature. how dare you impose on me?"

"i apologize" the shadow said bowing and backing up slowly.

"that's what i thought" she said turning and walking towards the open window.

"your lord morgan shall not have her tonight. she is in my possesion and there she will remain for as long as i'd like" she paused and looked outside, seeing some guests already arriving at the gates.

heading to the door the dark creature grabbed Lilith by the shoulder in a brusque (sp?) manner. She violently turned and threw the creature against the wall with such force it started to dissappear.

"don't ever, ever provoke me you little swer rat. and tell your lord morgan Katherine stays with me until i find it suitable"

and with that she opened the doors to her room.

Galen, her bodyguard was outside. Galen was a 6'8'' handsome looking man with black hair up to his shoulders and grey eyes that could send chills up and down your body.

As he saw lillith come out her chamber he quickly bowed.

"If ever something I don't own trespasses my property, someone will pay with their lives. make sure you let the staff know!"
and with that she walked away leaving a trail of her hypnotizing aroma along the way.

He let go of her hands for a moment as he appeared on his feet

"Wait here, I'll be back in a few moments, my childe is calling me" He appeared alarmed and in instant he was gone.

Katherine's lips where parted as she was about to ask How he knew, but he was so quick, her breath barely had time to gather in her chest and she was alone.

She took a deep breath, that expanded her rib cage, and let it out of her body with a sound of release.

As she bite down lightly on her bottom lip, her mind was wandering over recent events. How did all this happen? And how did she allow it all to happen?

She glanced around for a moment, taking in the silohettes the moon was causing of her surrounding and tried to gather her thoughts, her strategies, her future.

A shiver up her spine. Her sense on extreme alert, a scent in the air.

I'm not alone, the thought so sharp in her mind, it seems she spoke the words out loud.

Narrowing her eyes as if to gain better focus she turns sharply, to find nothing in site.

But the feeling is still there.

"Reveal yourself!" She yells out into the silence with a deep seeded rage in her chest.

Nothing.

"I have no fear any more Morgan, I am your equal and I will rip the flesh from your bones"

Nothing.

Truly nothing, the sensation gone in a heart beat. The night air rebalanced and she feels the solitude once more.

Defiantly, she holds her chin up high into the night, if only just to steady her own nerves.

there was excitment in the ball room that night. guests were arriving from all parts of the world. all chattering in excitement. some glad to see eachother, others not so glad, some just lingering around, and very few enjoying the shadows of the corners wanting to be left alone.

the soft classy music played, the staff was marvelous and attentive to every guests needs, drinks were being served left and right and the guards always alert and ready to calm down any disruptive behavior.

Standing from a far upper corner of the glass walled ball room, Lilith looked upon her guests with a sense of satisfaction.

"its time" she thought to herself with a grin on her face and a feeling of pride as she turned to go get katherine.

katherine was seated in her boudoir and as lilith nterd she turned sunddenly, she was a little frighten from her encounter in the gardens
" thats the matter my dear?" Lilith said in a concerned voice. " every one is awaitng your enterance"
"nothing, dont worry" Katherine said with a nervouse (sp) smile.
"good, every thing must be perfect for tonight." Lilith alowed a sly grin to slip through her solid complection
"whats about tonight? whats happening?" her voice was shrill with worry.
Lilith smilled and...

"are you okay dear? i told you about the ball taking place in honor of your arrival" said lillith with a bit of concern.

"oh yes, right"

"i apologize, there are just so many things going through my head at the moment" katherine said posing a smile.

"its quite alright, you look beautiful tonight darling, everyone will love seeing you again"
said lillith putting her arm over Katherine's shoulder and leading her to the door.

"wh...wh...what do you mean again?" asked Katherine

"oh, nothing , dont worry abotu it...for now just try and have fun. we have much to take care of in the morning"

and with that they left the room unto the ball room.

Being lead by her bodyguard,Lilith holds Katherine's hand.The music stops as they enter the room,everyone stops and clear a pathway."Come little one."They begin to make their way through the pathway slowly.As they walk Katherine notices each person has on a masquerade mask.They bow and remove their masks as the three pass in front of them revealing darl piercing eyes,some even look familiar to her..............

then she remebered, the peopel in the inn thease people were in the inn. what does it all mean? she pondered.

Her eyes fleet around the room, on guard for Morgan, but her face continued to smile to those around her.

Her guard remained high as they approached the banquet table.

There was something laying there, but being where blocking her view.

Soft music begen to flow, from a small trio of stringed instruments.

The sound grew as the pounding in her head grew.

The table a mear few steps away.

The crowd parted as they approachedgiving her a clear view.

And a body form was spread for all to see.

She gasped as Lilith's hand crushed hers to prevent her escape. Her facade was broken and a stir rose with in the swarm of music

It was a young strapping healthy human male chained down to the table. Very healthy and very much aware of what is going on. His fear only matched his anger, resentment, for all that he has been through. His dark hair sweating, but beautiful; his body tense and showing a few bruises through his ripped black t-shirt and black jeans; his eyes hazel and full of fire and defiance. "How DARE you do this to me!" His eyes screamed at Katherine and everyone there, especially to Lilith. For a moment it seems, with no words spoken, that they've known each other, as if this were not a randomnly chosen human.
The smell of fresh blood captured Kathryne's nose, firing her blood and hunger, but her heart went out to this young man nearly her own age. Had she known him from a dream perhaps? Was he too familiar, not from the Inn, but HOW?
"I figured that tonight would be a good night to enjoy a true meal, not just one of my servant girls, my dear." Lilith motioned over to the captive, he struggles against his shackles. "Would you rather I release him so you may enchant him in your private chambers instead? I thought you would rather enjoy him feisty like this." The rest of the crowd chuckled to themselves along with Lilith. What would Kathryne do? How can she be able to speak to him and find out who he is and how he came to be here?

A magnitizm of cold drafted air sirculation, an iron poriess. A faint smell the air she thought. Cold as the tavern a dream? The sound of hearts not beating a forest with no birds no sounds a place that inhabits memories so far beyond her reach. A smash that hisses so no sss-sound makes a notable tone she shivvers placed in a dimension of no regather. A beatless heart she cannot cry are denounce this sickness with hidden name. Katherine hesitated for a moment as she felt all eyes wash over her. Defiantly once more teh chin rises as she smiles confidently to Lilith.

"But of course my dear" And with that Lilith snaps her fingers.

and some servents rush and unlock the captive from the tabel and binded him at the wrists and the feet and walk him to a room Kaitlyn follows the guests tap her on the back as if for luck, why would she need luck?

With a sudden fury the human male tears at his shackles, chain link sprung, his hands are free. Grasping the two halves of the iron chain that recently bound him, lashing wildly, dull thud of iron againt cranium, red froth rising bladery from shattered bone. "Drink up all," he laughs, as his guard, grip relaxed, collapses, skull now mash.

Katherine quickest to react, drags the human male into the living tunnel, the tunnel only Lilith dare enter. Lord Morgan, frustrated, furious, stops at the entrance, cursing Catherine.

The prey, the endless call of my reason. Life in death becomes and has been for century's. And aimlessly in this tunnel this ached ditch surrounded in sentences that still wisper the day I wrote them. She scans with here pale weary eye's. I could have thought a thousand things to say in the past, but know as this moment has become I am cognitive in emotion, speechless and naisia. The stench of this massacre of flesh. A gift brought from the heavans of fire. And of you were do you have place in this play of dancing death. Eye's scanning and unfocused to the cracks of blue orbs surrounding the carcasse. I know your feelings, I lived your life, I was you the night in the old tavern that looked over the giant step of hills known only to the ancient druids. I know because I wore that bronze pendant that has sustained the time like my memories of me caught in the wrath of gods lost children.

The mortal removes what remains of his ragged t-shirt and Katherine looks at him : his muscles rippling, his movement graceful, his life force so strong. "Lilith does have the tastiest dishes," thought Katherine, as she fought against her urges.

"What is your name Hero?" asked Katherine. The mortal just looked at her with distrust and hatred.

"The name is Michael, not like it matters. The way you are looking at me, I might as well have a 'Well Done' flag sticking out of me. Then again, I guess you'd prefer 'Rare'."

He let out a small, uneasy laugh, waiting for her response to his bitter reply.

she gave him an uneasy smile and starded to mnouver (sp) him towards her room, Lilith called out to her "beware he's..." her voice was drowned out by the rising chants comming from the crowd, Katerine garbbed at him wrist and pulled him into her room.

she glared at him " who are you and how do you know me?" he grinned malevalently "speak" she ordered him moving arownd him as if she could find out the answers by looking

His eyes blazed an ice blue, she swore she'd seen the cobalt sky for a moment. "I was sent here to destroy Lilith and get you out of here, but first you have to kill me." Katherine stood dumb struck not sure whether to take it as a joke or serious, he certainly didn't seem like he was kidding. "I am the arch angel Michael, the only one capable of killing her." "So why don't you just do it now? Huh?" Clearly Michael was losing his patiance as the moments ticked by "I CAN"T cause I'm in a humans body!" He gritted his teeth trying desperately to still himself.
Morgan couldn't hear the conversation but absolutely thought she was just playing with her food. "KILL HIM!!!"
Her thirst could hold in no longer, she held him like a lover, cradled her lips into his throat and drank deeply.
Lilith ran into the room just in time to see her holding Michael on the floor, still cradled into her arms. The floor shook deeply, quickly Lilith grabbed a hold of Kathryn's arm and began to run towards the main part of the mansion, towards the front door.

The wrath of the Archangel was starting to being felt.. the place shook and it seemed like hell had broken loose. Daemons, vampires, watchers & servants alike fled through the earth tunnels.. a searing (sp?) fire was running behind them.. in the haze Catherine lost Lilith's grip.. she went down another tunnel and found herself staring at a precipice.. then Raziel, keeper of Mysteries came to her aid, and they flew away from the doomed palace...

they flew for what seamed like days and slowly thier journey came to a close yet they could see the castel bruing on the horrisen(sp) as if it were the very pits of hell.

"you are safe now" he said to her in a vice smooth a honey.

they had in a vilage she had not noticed from the castel. she turned and saw that each hous had a crusifix (sp) above the door and a clove of garlic.

"im safe now? from what?!"
Katherine was getting tired of all the mystery.
Raziel (sp?) just stood looking at her without response, and alert to the surroundings.
"i dont know what's going on! and why don't you kill me as well?! i'm also a vampire!!!!! i've turned into a monster!"
Katherine dropped to her knees with her hands on her face as she cried from the rage and confusion she felt.

Raziel (sp?) put his hand on her shoulder as to console her despair and was beginning to say something when his attention was diverged by a thick beam of light that struck the pitch black starry night, disturbing all peace and quiet.

They looked up as the sound of a double rotored helicopter reached their ears, and the halogen search light blinded them.

Over a loudspeaker from the helicopter they heard, "Stay put, there seems to be some seismic activity in the area. We'll be down to collect you shortly."

Revealed to their superior sight was a huge black helicopter, matte, with no markings, but several suspicious looking protrutions from the frame.

They looked at each other, wondering just whether they dared to stay long enough for this helicopter to land.

then he grabbed her hand and they ran and ran faster and faster and with super human strenght they went further and faster than any living creature could but the helpcopter was notliving i was a mechine and it caught them and threw a net down from its lofty height they struggled to get like animals, that is what they tought they were she tought. we only kill what we need like human do realy.

as the helicopter landed, Raziel whispered something in Katherine's ear. The men runnning toward them seemed like they were on a specific mission that included them, and at no cost were they to lose their sight.
Raziel stood from the ground and elevated himself a little, grabbing Katherine's hand. he looked at her and noded.
"ready?" he asked.
"yes, ready" she said looking back at him and then towards the men running to them, then she closed her eyes and fell deep into trance.
the men came to a halting (sp?) stop.
the air was filthy and cloudy from the helicopter's wrath.
as they approached they noticed only the net lying on the ground.....

Raziel and Katherine had disappeared.

Raziel and Katherine had not disappeared, they were just invisible to the men from the helicopter, they were actually standing right beside them...

a whirl of wind stronger than a tornado approached, forcing the men to leave with hesitation. some quarreled to stay, others to leave. in the end they left.
after the coast was clear of any sign of danger, the tornado ceased and transformed into morgan, who walked straight to Raziel and Katherine (still in visible)
Morgan and Katherine locked their gaze.
Katherine felt safe being invisible, gave her the thought she was worlds apart from Morgan. this was soon broken by Raziel who started to speak with morgan a language that she could not understand.

Morgan reached for Kathrine, as she steeped back she tripped on a protruding root and fell in the arms of the archangel. Wrapping his wings around her he whispered in her ear

"I have finished my first task Lilith is gone and now on to my second, you."

As he unwrapped his wings he held her close and started in flight. All of this transpired quicker then ether Morgan or Raziel could comprehend.One minute Kathrine was there the next gliding on the night breeze with her captore. After the initial Astonishment Raziels shock turned to anger. He had rescued the girl how dare this insolent angel come and take her from under him, He thought to himself. He took off after the two.

"HOW DARE YOU"!!!!As he barrels towards Micheal he clips his wing spinning the angel and Katherine.She holds on tightly trying not to scream as she feels him hold her closer and tries to right himself.Just as he rights himself a dark shadow appears over him,as a hawk comes down on it's prey Micheal is snatched by his wings ripping Katherine from his arms in mid air left to fall to her final death.Surprised by the this sudden event both stop fighting and begin to plunge down to save her....vampire against angel,a test of spead to save this girl who does not yet know her purpose.

while falling, katherine closed her eyes...the experience was surreal.
after all this confusion she was going to die...she saw her death before her eyes as she headed towards the ground...at the same time she felt as if she was flying, then she felt arms that held her, and protected her against the horrid death that was going to take place.

a torrent of electricity went through her body and she felt, for the first time...at peace.

far away she heard the lament of a vampire and the deafening (sp?) shriek of an angel . Both Morgan and Raziel watched as Katherine hit the ground.

"Shhh, don;t say a word. Don't move"
She heard a familiar voice say.

"No worries, im here to care for you, always have been, I watch over you always and protect your from harm...Don't look puzzled my darling. I didn't die as Morgan told you. He is not strong enough or has power against me. I will protect you Katherine. Just do as I say...Good...Now close your eyes and remain like you are...no sounds, no movements"

although her mind was screaming at her not to
her body did as his slow calming latargic voice saidshe was unabel to refuse, and slowly he brought his face over hers and thier lips touched and he kissed her, slowly then more pashionatly (sp) and her body against her will kissed him back. what was happening?
