Ok it's not the same thread of the pic.Ghosts, do you beleive in them?Or had an expirience which you want to share?Paranormal,has anyone expirienced paranormal things?I always liked reading about these things but was very skeptical.And I always took off the piss out of those who were recreants until I had unpleasant ghost/paranormal-expiriences myself for a year in my room...

I used to hear foot steps and once I saw a shade in the mirror.Another time I heard like a breath in the corridor.Lol I remembered that night I went out from bed, dressed in pink pijamas and a shoe in my hand.Lol if it was a thief I would make him laugh instead of scary him lol!Once there was a strange wind in the room where all the house windows were closed.Another time there was a strange cold temp in the middle of summer.I also used to hear footsteps on the roof very often.I mean who on earth would run on the roof of others in the middle of the night?And it couldn't be thieves since there are no houses near us.These all happened in my room and house.Am sure I wasn't dreaming some of the things happened during the day.And my bro told me he heard the roof steps too,so I wasn't the only one.Luckily these don't happen anymore all that is happening that some things are strangely lost/disappeared...and all are my things.

I wanted to add,once I found a site about paranormal.There was written that most often it happens to teens who are so frustrated that make these things happen and make appear strange things.Ok could be but I wanted to hear more opinions since these things interest me a lot.

my hubby saw a ghost on a ghost horse at midnight going through is yard and his grandpa showed him.

as for myself, i've never seen a ghost but i have seen and felt what some call "the watchers" or what i call " the shadow people". They would mess with things around me , like lights or toys and i would think, probably to let me know they were there. After years of witnessing all that, you get used to it. lol

I've had some odd experiences in my kitchen.

I was washing up at the sink when i heard shuffling footsteps coming up to me from behind. There was a heavy breathing on my ear, then it turned, kicked the washing machine and went.

ever since there have been bumps and bangs in the kitchen. It has always felt colder and seperate from the rest of the house and Echo my lovely girlfriend who has a talent involving vibes and walls really doesn't like the vibes she gets off the walls of the kitchen.

other than that there's nothing else i can think of.

I was once talking to a spirit in a old abandoned warehouse turned club. but i was very drunk and very stoned at the time. so it could've never happened at all

ye and the feeling of presences and vibes! yes I forgot to mention them.I had those too.
And I forgot to add this: once my friends and I were in the bushes during the night.We were around at a bonfire and heard strange things.We were all straight and sobre.We went out from the cave and heard strange things like, a crying baby, a women yelling in despair, a howling of a dog...and the temp was really cold that night and i was feeling very strange that night.Even the moon I was seeing it differently.I had a bad feeling from the beginning.We were there from the afternoon and all the time I was having a feeling that something bad is going to happen.By concidence,some days later I was talking with a friend about these things and he told me he was around that place with his friends that day.He told they heard the same things we heard!Also another friend of mine told me,that there are a lot of rumors and ghost stories about those bushes so heh somethings happen for a reason although they're strange.

I have senced things in Gorey's kitchen which I haven't like at all.

I have often had vibes of negative things. I remember living in my ex-boyfriends house, and opening a door I hadn't opened before... there were some staoirs leading down and I put my hand on the wall to steady myself. From the wall I got this sence of unease, and feelings of death, danger and cries.

turned out that the house used to be a butchers, and that was there they hung the anuimals up to let the blood drain out.

yeah i believe in them. the old house i used to live in was haunted. that was a great place to live. and the house where my dad lives is haunted to my dead grandma haunts it.

in fact just the other day i had a party and we played strip spin the bottle and two peoples tee shirts just dissipeared when we started dressing they were nowhere to be seen we looked all over but they were gone! things often happen like that here

When I was younger I can remember seeing from the corner of my eye a person in a dark robe. Everytime I looked the person was never there. Even recently I can at times sense a presence near me, like a person places their hand on my shoulder but noone is there. I tend to stay away from other worldly activity, I just don't like it.

those who believe may see things as slightly more paranormal than they are, and some need it proving to them.

however, I feel there is to omuch unexplained in the world, for us to put it down only to what we can explain.

However, wouldn't this also suggest that we may use the idea of the paranormal to explain that which techonology cannot currently comprehend? Im trying to look at it from both views, rather than my own ideas of living alongside different realms :-)

I don't believe in ghosts,... but I believe we can make things seem really scary when we dont quite get what is happening. Fear of the unknown is after all a rational fear, if you don't know what something is you are unprepared. As for the shoe and the pajamas,... id grab a hammer or something.

I haven't seen one myself.....yet. But after my friend passed away he was with me for a little while. He was being his normal self, doing little mischievious things like knocking stuff off the counter.

Well as you might already know.. I've often felt such presences.. as long as they dont get too personal theres nothing to fear in them.. these could both be 'undying' spirits.. and both other humans that might be trying to warn you about something...

I've had a few...

One was when i was in my basement, and we have a lightbulb that has to twisted to turn on and off. The light was on and i walked by and slowly the light began to twist, and then it went out. I'm afraid of my basement

Another was in my hallway at night, i could hear the sounds of someone walking back and forth, yet there was no one there and i defiently felt an eeire presence as if someone where there with me.

This other time, was in my backyard. And i kid you not i saw this I WAS NOT TRIPPIN i didnt even smoke or shroom back when this happened. I was lookin in our backyard and i seen a man dressed in all black walk across the lawn. He was tall and had a hood over his head, and his face was a shadow of black mystery. It was just a shadow no eyes nose nor mouth just black shadow....my friends religous mother said i had seen the devil or a demon? Don't know but i seen it with my own eyes and he just vanished

I used to live with a friend of mine. I was there for about four months when I starting hearing my name called into the hall of the house. A few times I woke up in the hall with the feeling that I was talking to someone.

Well, about a month of this goes by and then the mother of my friend was talking to all of us, trying to figure out who was playing the prank. It seems that someone ahd been calling to her also. Shortly after that, we both woke up in the hallway, staring at each other. For a two or three months it stopped.

Then one night I woke up with this feeling that I was being watched and turned towards the window that was next to my bed. And turned into the face of an Indian man. He just sat there watching me. He never moved, never spoke. I wasn't scared but I don't know exactly what I was feeling. Anyways within moments I blinked and he was gone.

Saw him one more time after that. And my friend's mother said that she had seen something but couldn't describe it. But when I told what I saw she got this strange look about her. But she never said nothing else. Shortly after I moved out and they moved cause she kept getting called out into the hall.

yes...seeing is beleiving.....but just because you don't see the chemical reactions in your cells doesn't mean the dont still keep you alive......
there are many things which are not seen that still are......science still has a very long way to go in telling us what is really out there......and the more answers they find....the more questions they also find....
but yes I have had a few rather odd experiences.....in old houses.....and the museum in my old hometown used to be a psych hospital...all kinds of weirdness around that place....

Daermon, I htink you have a good point. But as humans we like the unanswered to be answered by our own inflated superiority, and I htink this is why many htings are brushed away with answers, but who knows what secrets governments hold away from our grasp that we cannot be told?

i agree based solely on my experiences like everybody else. i can understand why some people would have their doubts, and i cant explain why some of us go through certain things and others don't. Maybe we're more in touch with knowing how to see or sense these things than others. I have my own theories for why things are, but i dont have the tools to prove them. So there's really no point in me trying to explain until then. LOL

I wonder if some ppl are able to see things just cause they are more open about believing these things. Or maybe it is just something our minds make up cause we believe in it so hard.

EVP I believe because the day of my brothers funeral we all came home and my mom turned the message machine on and all we heard was static then a very light gargle voice saying "I just wanted to say I still love you"

That was one of them another was when my mom found out she had breast cancer but when she got her mammogram it was gone that was in the same house my brother died in

it all exists. ive seen and heard it all and it can e creepy but then when you realize your blood is pumping adn you are just standing there in amazement

I believe strongly in ghosts, the paranormal, astral projection, and so on. I have seen and experienced too much in my life not to.

That being said, there is still so much out there, more than any one of us can conceive. There are so many more things than I can understand. I only grasp a small piece of it. That is ok for me. I am content with the gifts I have been given. Both blessing and curse, but I am still glad. I would rather be able to see ghosts, to be startled (and sometimes even scared) than not to be. I couldn't imagine living a life with a closed mind.

As far as my ghost experiences, wow, too many to even begin to list them here, so I will stick with my first. I do remember as a child, I would always see the figure of a man, dark, walking down the hall. He would stop, look back over his shoulder at me, then disappear down the stairs. I started seeing him when I was about 5, and if I go back out to my mother's house and spend the night, I am sure I would still see him. He is tied to the house.

Yea, I believe in the paranormal... Halloween - where would we be without the "others" that watch us??? Well, I've had a few experiences, but really my friend is the one who sees spirits a lot. I only see some every now and then. And when I do it is usually a very very bad experience... but not often though.

well i have never lived in a haunted place but i have visited many sites that were mostly in englad like alot of the older castles

I have 2 ghosts who follow me. They have names and they talk to me. One is Alexander and the other is Stanly. Alexander has come out and talked to my husband as if he was alive and walking as a mortal. My husband didn't even know it was Alexander. It was wonderful to see. Also, my babies see them and play with them alot, which in my mind, is a good thing.

Wow very interesting stories!Thing is most of you mentioned old houses.The house I live in it's not old.It was built in 1999 so it's new.Thing is I've never experinced paranormal before, but just a year ago for the whole year I've seen and felt those things in the house, which is very strange.Before it was built there was just an abandoned garden and the neighbourhood is not old ieither.I've never heard a rumor and no one ever saw or felt something.And when I've expirienced those things i was always sobre and straight ,I hardly ever drink or anything.Another thing is,I've never believed in these things, as I mentioned in the beginning I always thought about these things as a joke, until I expirienced them myself!As for the science explanation,I think there's no science explanation for what I've seen,c'on how could a thing move by itself,or feel the bed shaking?Or like once when my bro felt his room shaking like when in an earthwake.There was no earthwake that day,and if it was why only a single room in the whole house, in the whole country shaked?Is there any science explanation in that?I don't think so!I am a person that has to see to believe, that's why I now believe.Still am very curious and have questions unanswered...

Never encountered death. Yet the ghost, aparitions, spirits, guides all those I'm very interested in. I've not seen anything since a child but I hear and write. Mmh Things in the corner of the eyes most of the time. Auto writing is what I do

Every apartment or house I have moved into has some sort of paranormal activity. Since I moved out of my parents house many years ago I have always had something walking around, making noise or given me a glimpse of itself. The house I am in now has a piano in it and it decided to tone off a note one day while I was painting. Now I thought it may be a mouse but an apparition did appear in the bedroom as well while I was walking to it.

I believe in the paranormal also i have seen activity of ghosts in my home

I believe in ghosts, and the paranormal. I have a male ghost at my house not actually at my house but on the property. I see it sometimes walking in the woods(its really rare like once or twice every 3 or so months) its pretty cool

I think everyone has had some sort of paranormal encounter. Just because you don't see them doesn't mean they aren't happening around you. It all depends if you are open enough to see the signs that are being shown to you.....

i remember my aunt telling me about a time she was reading the bible alone in her bedroom and 2 men in white robes and sandals came in the room and it frightened her and she told them to go away and they did. She also said she had a babydoll on a shelf and it winked at her. I've had weird stuff like that to happen and then some.
So there's my 2 cents.

When I was young, aroun 6 or 7 we lived in this two story, green house, with a huge tree that you could climb in the front.

There were five rooms, my brother said he would see eyes in the door way as it's cracked open in the night. Red eyes, nothing else. There was this sound, he couldn't ever describe it to me.

We've pictures from that house, That house caught on fire less than one year we moved. Every house we've lived in there is something one of my family members is saying. They either hear, or see. Smelling things is another key.

an old native american women in a gown haunts my home, she is a restless sprit she mostly leaves us alone but she will make her presence known when she wishes... its pretty creepy i put holy scrpitures and my own prayers onto my walks and room to keep her out of my room, and it works ^_^

There used to be a ghost in my old house...he was really humorous though. He'd always move my silverware and turn on the cold water while I was taking a shower. Yes, i thought it was interesting. :D

I believe that some people are more prone to experience the paranormal than others. I myself have allways been able to feel, and see things. Ive had alot of experiences. My mother said that when i was just a baby, that i would talk to her roomates dead great grandmother. You know how little kids as theyre learning to speak, pick up every little thing. Well one day i said some thing, and my moms room mate said that i was talking in Sioux. Some things i said she didnt know, so she had to call her mom and ask what i was saying. And they said sometimes i would stare off down tha hall or off where there wasnt anyone and just start laughing all of a suden for no reason. Maybe shes my spirit guide. iono

I read in a paranormal book once that there is a time when things come in and out of knowhere, like a warp. I guess the most heard of is the bermuada triangle. But the aurther of the book said he has seen one the size of a basketball and saw a glimpse of what appeared to be an old village, said he could even smell it. Then it started to suck the things off walls. I know your all thinking I saw ghost busters to many times, but I think it's called a warp? Might be something to look up while waiting for the next forum to pop on screen. LMAO

The weirdest thing that's happened so far was about a year ago. I was at my friend's house and I was in the bed across from her. I was falling asleep and she was already out.
I swear I heard a woman whispering in my ear! very quietly but i could feel their breath in my ear. i jumped up say, "what? what?" i freaked out. I woke her up and told her what happened. she said, "ya, this place is haunted by this lady who died here a long time ago." HELLO, WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME BEFORE I DECIDED TO SPEND THE NIGHT!

LOL, I suppose if you had know ahead of time you wouldn't have stayed there. I would stay in a haunted house. Just so I can make contact..

I live in a haunted house and it's a pisser. Since I am use to it I get to watch my friends weird out when things happen and get a good laugh from it.

i do believe in the theory, that after a tragic and unfair death, a spirit with really really strong will, can remain on earth to settle the things up.

i've never had expeiriences myself. but mother tells me of hers.
she told me of a time when she was little ghosts would tell her to give her three things they asked for. but she wouldn't know what they are talking about so she would wake her sister up and ask for three things and would have to fall asleep with three crayons in her hand every night.
another story is from my boyfriends mother. she told us of this one time when she was driving to work and her friends waved nd said hello to her and they said "ok where did you drop him off?" and she didn't know what they were talking about. she said "dropped who off?" they said "the guy that was sitting in the driver seat." and she said "i didn't have anyone sitting next to me in the car." and later her friends were telling her they saw a man about the size of my boyfriend sitting next to her but they couldn't tell who it was. she says she has had many incounter's with that guy sitting next to her and people aroud her see him but she doesnt. she calls it her gaurdian angel.
as for aliens. why would there be so many planets and earth be the only one with people living in it?! how could there be so many universes and we the only ones alive?

Mine is not interesting. . . just some mere cases of banging, moving things, whispering, and all that stuff. Nothing big. It was in an old house we used to live in. And I think this one is too. . . I also like to hear and study these things. I find them intriguing.

I have had several experiences with ghosts, beings, whatever you want to call them.

My most memorable one was in 1990.

My Dad passed on June 29, 1990. He had fought long and hard against cancer and the cancer won. Anyway, my Dad was my best friend. I could talk to him about anything. I had a very hard time after his death. You see, I didn't get to see him before they sealed his casket. So I worried about several things. You know, like, did they put his false teeth in his mouth. Did they put the pictures of me and my brothers in his shirt pocket. Did he look as close to himself as possible.

Anyway, about 2 or 3 weeks after he passed, I was walking through my Mom and Dad's house going to get something from the kitchen for my Mom. As I walked through the livingroom, I looked at his chair and said "Hi" to him.

It didn't dawn on me until I actually got to the kitchen as to what I had done. I looked back at his chair and he was sitting there. He looked at me and smiled.

I felt so much better about his death after that because he looked like himself.

yes i believe in ghosts, one time at my grandmothers house some weird things kept happening and then all the stories on Scifi and all that. its weird, yet interesting

my uncle died a year ago and i was really upset and the next thing i know i saw someone or something walk behind me and the room felt real cold....it was really a scary feeling know i wasn't alone

There is definitely more to it than meets the eye. I believe that science will prevail in the coming years and prove this anomaly to be real, I believe this because, more serious and accredited scientists are starting to research this using the latest equipment eventually, they will make a breakthrough.

Now I still don't know exactly what it was. But I do know this. I came home from work late one evening and my ex and I were watching a movie on the tube and I noticed that I could barely hear it anymore. So I asked if she turned the volume down and she said no. So i looked at the reciever and I noticed that were I usually set it at to watch movies was changed it was very low. I didn't think much of it (damn i get a cold chill even thinking about it) so I just turned it back up and shortly after I did that it went right back to where it was. It was kinda creepy. So I changed it again and we both watched the volume go up and down. By then it keep raising the volume so loud I thought it was going to bust my speakers and so my ex yelled put the volume back where it was and this is when I really freaked out it moved up and down very fast and then stopped on where it was. I'm not going to lie it scared the shit out me. But then my ex took a picture of the area where it was going on and in the picture u see just swarming with orbs... I still don't understand what and why...

i believe in ghosts cause ive seen them in person, but im not so sure of aliens and such.

it's easy to believe in aliens for me because it wouldnt make sense for there to be just use in the vast space and nothing else.

Yes I do believe in ghosts. The only experience I have had was using an old ouija board and talking to my friend through it that had just died. I know it was him too because he answered questions that no one else in the room knew. My boyfriend has had some really strange experiences with ghosts himself. He has had things thrown at him and been picked up off of the ground.

I do very much believe in such things. Although I am too lazy to go into the details since they are quite long.

Yes I do believe in the paranormal. In fact my aunt is a paranormal investigator. It's really cool. I have had multipul encounters with spirits and ghosts. A few that have scared me shitless and a few that actually weren't that bad. Then you run into one of the playful ones and those can be a pain.

I am a researcher of the paranormal and I know that there is something out there. what I have come to see is that it is harder to find something when your in search of it then it is when your not looking for it. so just becuase you don't find nothing when you go looking for something but that doesn't mean there not there. ghost most of the time reveal them self to who they want but some don't and you will never know that they are even there.
