i hope i am not "re-asking" a question ... .

of those of you who Do drink blood ...
when and how .. is your preferred method of feeding?

do you bite to draw blood? or cut?
do you prefer to feed during the act of sex? and if so .. WHEN .. as part of foreplay.. or at the moment of release?

or is it sometime entirely different?

and for the "energy" vamps... is there a certain time or "act" that proves better for you when "feeding"?? .. seems to me that there would need to be a heightened energy level ... in order for you to draw what you need?

Cutting is the best way to get blood from another person its usually quick and painless...

In response to energy (not that I classify myself any specific vmapire "brand"), I find that I feel almost drunk from the energy of crowds at concerts -- from classical to hard rock... I tend to get queasy amidst violent crowds. Not because I fear the negativity energy -- I just want nothing to do with it.

I can't really answer your question with any specificity, as there is no pattern for me- sometimes I will draw energy mentally without realising until after it has happened- I think it is more an immediate thing that anything planned out or apropos to routine, as in my mediatation, planning it, or having preconceptions would spoil it for me.

i'm an energy vamp, and there is very definitely prefered methods for me. if you are a performer of any kind, then the buzz and energy from a crowd is aimed right at you - the rush is incredible. it's not drugs that keep most rock stars going, it's the energy of the crowd.

but my favourite is sex. when someone is turned on sexually, their energy is just bursting to get out, and again is aimed right at you. it just takes minimum effort to keep them aroused, and an energy vamp can just soak it up like a sponge. for years i didn't even know i was doing it - couldnt understand why after sex i was full of beans and my partner was tired when i was doing all the work.

Well, as for relatively painless, cutting is the way it's usually done. Now if the person has a hankering for pain, then biting may be also used. And yes, most of the time, it's during sex, and for that matter, closer to release than foreplay. ;)

As for energy, I don't deal with that really, as much as I used to, so I really don't know much about it anymore. I should brush back up on my skills! lol.

I draw in energy whenever I'm in a large crowd of people, and especially at twilight. I don't know why, but my energy level seems to peak at twilight.
As far as blood goes, I don't have a specific time when I crave it or anything. When I do want blood all I do is prick my fingers with a needle and take a few droplets at a time.

Karnstein, that is actually a very good point- I am a performer, and I do have that very same transfer you describe in my work.

I myself have to say that i have a few ways to "feed" During sex is the best time for me, obsorbing adn consuming the energy and desire is orgasmic in itself.
I also feed off the energy in a heightened situation wether it be an arguement or negativity, or during a party. I do what i must to maintain myself and my need.

As a Sang/Pranic, blood and sex go hand in hand,the more the better,cutting is ok for most,but having both natural fangs as well as claws,its very easy to drink when needed

me its my roomate Shadowxangel that feeds me, well I actually only lick it, not drink it, as for him, I feed him, he cuts with a small blade that is razor sharp so it dont hurt, si I am anemia he has to make sure he dont cut me to much and make me bleed to much, as for him he can let the blood flow slowly on his chest and I just lick it

i ind the best time to feed is while intoxicated. i feed only when stoned and find that it gives a hightened sense of extacy to both donor and drinker and improves the high.

Well ive only tasted my blood after a fight and it tasted good :) lol... i like tasting my blood but not do it on purpose though...

I always cut the person or have them do it for me. It works out well during sex because it brings the blood to me faster, but I ignore the sex for the blood. It's much better just in its self.

My hubby and I cut to get blood. Only some times will it be during sex. It makes for great foreplay. But we feed when we feel the need to.

Syringes are another good method to get blood, you get alot of blood at once, plus their is no scaring, and it isnt painfull...

Cutting, though there have been a few instances where a bite, during the height of sex has drawn blood and brought about feeding.

Cutting the person with a very sharp blade. That works very well.

first, tie them up someway, then cut them, then suck there blood but don't take to much if you want them to live.

I do not consume blood, but I do take energy. I usually feed throughout my workday, and by the end of the day I am saturated and don't want anymore, so I like to be alone afterwards for a few hours -- that is my "me-time". :)

For me, blood isn't a necessity. Really, I'm not a big blood drinker. Although, I love to bite. It's more a sensual thing though. I think I've said this before on another thread, but for me, a bite is s sign of love to be shared between my partner and I only! On here it's slightly different because it's not in real life, so Bite away...

It is the biting so much more intimate for me.

I prefer drinking from close friends that i've known all my life--either by biting neck or cutting. Of course I return the favor for the other person. I believe that the person you take blood from should ; A) Be close enough to know wheather they have a disease or not B)Family C)A lover that's been tested and is comfortable with it.
