i was wondering. this past weekend i was out and board sitting under a tree. I stuck my hand out and began to concentrate, as i was concentrating i began to feal energized.... now im a Blood Vampire however my hand was Focused on a person walking across the street, my eyes were fixed and the person began to slow down as if they were fatigued. my question is this do you think its possible to have the traits of both Blood and Psy Vampires? like a mix between the two, becuase when i drink blood i get my energy but the smae thing happend last weekend,... im confused. Please share your thoughts...

psy and sang are like ying and yang they are first of all forces of nature. second, they are interchangeable. you don't have to be stuck with just one choice.

Just because you manipulate energy, does not mean that you are a vampire.

I personally believe that everything we feel in terms of balance, energy and emotion is due to our environment and our relationship with what is in it... so yes, I believe you can utilise energy from various things, but it doesn't have to be a transfer (you don't have to "suck" energy out of someone or something.)

I don't see why "blood" and "psy" have become these labels then so many try to adhere to... why give yourself rules?

I have to agree with Echo, things gave some of their engery up to us, but not cause we suck on it or touch it

Blah, the whole tree scenerio again. I know they say some trees give off energy to be manipulated...but to me that's just bogus. It leads me to wonder...why this tree and not that tree? Call me naive, sure, but I just don't understand.

I agree with most everyone that you can have both. That they go hand in hand.

It is very much possible my friend.I have been a hybrid out of necessity for years. I dont feel as well when i dont have blood and just feed from energy.But it is true.

I think it's possible to be able to exercise both traits, why not.

Why can't you be both? If your drawing energy from blood then your drawing psi energy as well. So that in my books does make you both.

As for the tree issue the celts and druids believed in tree magick and the power of the wood was used for many rituals, spells and talismans. Without getting to much into it each species of tree has its own kind of energy and power and yes there are negative trees out there. But this is usually due to something nasty happening or someone nasty being buried at its roots. Shrugs thats about all I remember, the celts and druids also had tree type horoscopes which were important to them....

At any rate Echo put this whole issue best in my books!

Every living creature, plants or animal, human, ect all can give and take energy, even plants, and the eath itslef, plant you hands in dirt deep in and couple with it become one, you'll feel its energy filling you, and this is STABB, sorry to say, but not new, its a known fact, just think, when you look at a plant and you let it be your focus, you can feel its energy reach you, so even if you are a sang vampire you are still part psy.

Many of said that it depends on the tree, i dont think trees give off energy. Did you ever think that the person just might have been tired lol.

I think that it is possible to have traits of both.

The tree gives you the energy to use your abilitie to drain others, its a "booster" kind a enhance everyone's natural abilitiy to drain others, it si just weaker or almost inaparent in some poeple but we can all naturally do it, do the test with the hands in the hearth and dont force it, just do it, and you'll see an increase in your capabilites and this even if you think you cat do it, you'll be able to do it.

Trees, plants or animals, even us are all nature creatures, so energy is part of us...

As with all such claims of "ingesting" energy from blood or otherwise, it is all psychological effect.

Any living thing wether its human or plant is made up of energy, and i think it could be possible to get energy from a tree or plant, but not the same as it would be getting energy from a human...

Upir, I have to defer from you... I know it's a physical effect... you body reacts... it's not something you are making up in your mind...

Anecdotal, cognitive physical reactions evidence nothing any more than a faith-healer's trembling recipient of his/her "powers" evidences any degree of actual "healing" taking place.

You've have to try this several times, and then in different places with or without objects around you for you to be able to say if your abilities are of a true hybrid or not.

Something tells me that a tree, much like the upside down pyramid, channel energy from around it and focus it downward... if you are at the base of the tree, you theoretically would gain some of that 'energy'. Whether or not you know how to use that 'energy' is up to the person.

First thing I want to say is: This isn't some sort of "hybrid" effect going on. Taking in Blood or Energy is the same thing. You just found another way of getting what it is you need. Blood is just the physical "manifestation" of energy. So then you're doing the same thing, just in a different way. That's the way I see it.
While everything does have energy, anyone can feel it if they focus on it, and yes anyone can draw energy from the Earth or whatever; that is not the same as "feeding". You can't really "feed" on the Earth. Some can't use that type of energy, so they have to go to a different source.

I believe You can be both..I have been told that I was both, of course i know when i am feeling poorly and then be talking to one , i get up feeling..so yes i believe they are intertwined in some way..isnt much on tree power or such but i know some things

Dude A is sitting under a tree..looking at Dude B across the street. Dude A concentrates on looking at Dude B and Dude B's energy is depleted to the point that he must sit.

I know that you can exchange energys with trees and plants or like from electrical storms and all forms of nature. This is also why healing can take place in some living matter also. But I am puzzled as to the fact if you used the tree to take enrergy from this person or if you had just manipulated energy somehow within yourself towards this person. Hmmm interesting.....

I am a sang.. blood.. what ever you wish to call it.. the effect I get from feeding on blood will last far longer and I need far less then if I am useing just energy. I am not sure why this is but it has always been like this. But like someone else mentioned it was a survival thing not something I ever have felt "natural" doing.. i do it because I must.

And I almost hesitate to bring this up.. but you mentioned pulling energy twice... from how you described it the first time was an accident.. but not the second.. did you have permission to take that energy? Just something to think about if you had not feeding is feeding you would not take blood without permission.. or at least I would hope not.

All Human Living Vampires (HLV) are energy vampires. We draw lifeforce energy from people and objects around us. Blood, Psychic, Emphatic, Tantric and so forth are METHODS of feeding or obtaining this energy. Some are better at using one or several of these methods than others. Trees may or not be a factor, but to answer your question.....yes it is possible to draw energy from using both psy and bloodletting methods.
