are dreams of being bittin a past life or just dreams?? what do you think??
That all depends.... if this is something you have experienced I recommend reading Discovering your past lives... I can't remember the author but it has helped me to decipher the difference between the two.....
Dreams of being bitten are an awareness that a "Guardian" is watching over you. This "Guardian" is a vamp yes, they sometimes come in dreams, it is less fearfull this way until one gets used to the presence. While this individual is coming to you, others are forbidden until the "Awakening" occurs. If you are having such dreams, you are one of the few "lucky" ones.
well thats why i said dream, but its unlikely never had such
lol maybe it was u coz how comes u had such a dream.well whoever it was got big teeth damn
Never take a dream for a moment of clarity...I still say you have yourself your Awakening. They do happen within dreams.
it could mean something but it usally a self interpretation
really pay attention to your dream, how many times have you had it?
it could be possible, i had a dream long ago and i think that it brought many changes...
Dreams have many meanings, some are of past lives, some are common angsiety, like when you replay the days events when you sleep.maybe a vampire made connection in the dream state.
well...whats interesting about this dream i had is that, the dude in the dream is a friend from highschool..he'd smack my ass everyday...he would sneak up smack and nibble the neck and vanish....
so yah...i saw him every detail in the dream, from his head to toe....
but what stuck out the most was the chest grab...
i had this dream few nights in a row now...the latest one as i already mentioned was my chest being grabbed...that was the new part of the dream...
Well i think it depends it could go either way i think it depends on what u believe in..but any people think that dreams are built up issues in the mind, or ir could be memories from a past life
dreams are said to be doors from the past and future, being bitten may infact have a calling on the direction you wish to travel. a discovery in ones life
dreams can be seen as windows to past lives. it really all depends on your perception of the dreams. are they recurring dreams?
I've always thought that they were just dreams. I've attributed their cause to the sheets falling down from around my neck; I always sleep with my neck well protected for some reason...
i have had a Dark Presence with me, watching and waiting..knowing He isnt there to hurt me, could be my Guardian Vampire..Did have one wake me up feeling drained..who knows what it was
I have had a dream before of one of my best friends un-veiling that they were in fact a vampire and wanted me to join there vampire army to defeat the humans, because we're both misanthropic sooo he bit me, and then I woke up completely drained of energy. It was so wierd.
It is most likely just a dream, but yes, it would be good to read up on it in some kind of dream book.
it could be just a dream or it might have more meaning...looking into it will help you understand more..
i have had dreams. I knew it was a dream, a forbidden desire i was dreaming. i woke up and changed the parts i didnt like.
Personally I think that dreams are a possibility of being memories of past lives. I've had more than my fair share of them, some so strange yet realistic that they've got to be true.
I have been bitten by a number of creatures... wolves and maggots. And as always, I had no fear whatsoever as it was happening. I just watched them as they bit me and devoured parts of me.
To see bites in your dream, forewarns of danger from someone who has wished you harm, either physical or monetary. Be careful of people who surround you.
To dream that you are being bitten, represents your vulnerability regarding your unresolved issues emotions. You may be pestered by a problem or obstacle.
To dream that you are being bitten by a vampire, signifies your need to shut out a person in your life who has been using you. It is time to open your eyes and stand up for your self. Do not let yourself be manipulated and played for a fool.
To dream of biting someone in your dream, signifies the pressure you are putting on some people causing them great distress. You may have unexpressed, perhaps even childish, feelings of anger or resentment that need to be recognized. This dream is a message for you to lighten up and alleviate the stress that you are putting on others.
I've had dreams in which I was bitten. All I know is it is a good feeling when I wake up.
it is very interresting indeed but i think when you dream about being the one doing the biting is the best, i have that kind of dream
it could really mean anything. SO just keep your mind open to anything and it will pan itself out in the end. :)
i must agree with cadrewolf because i have been there done that and it's not what people think it to be it really isn't lol but we all make mistakes right??
You arre making a conexion with a spiritual behing, the dream is the first step
I remember having a really vivid dream when I was about 17 about a vampire coming to my window, taking me off into the night, and biting me. I think - though I can't be sure - that that was my 'awakening'. Or at least a prelude to it; I continued to deny it to myself for years afterwards. But I started paying attention to vampiric things after that. Before it, I wasn't that interested.
it is a very interesting dream indeed I think if you dream of being then it is your mind or soul trying to tell you a message that maybe you should problay get someone to bite you in the way that you dreamed of being bitten it might be a way to understand a little better of why you having those types of dreams.

People in addictive relationships may dream about their blood being sucked from them, your life energy.
i think it is just a dream and it has not happened yet but ya want it too
People in addictive relationships may dream about their blood being sucked from them, your life energy.
I believe it is just a dream but dreams also have so many different meanings to them so it could mean something.
i have hhad the dream that i was bitten and could almost feel it and i woke up sweating and real weak
I have dreams of vampires, 'guardians' and creatures more air than physical...
I have them almost constantly since I was 6 and nearly died of choking.
I was saved by a guy who walzed over, did the whole hiem...whatever, and left w/his son to go fishing like my mom and two aunts screaming was just plain annoying to him.
Personally, I adore him, but I doubt he is a vampire. I think he would have told me...lol. Imagine, keeping secrets for 25 years from someone who loves you?
Dreams of being bitten are for me the visons of things to come
Most likely it was just a dream but since you never know for sure, you should go to someone who can tell you for sure.
I went to look it up yesterday and most of the websites and books say that you probably have someone around you that you should watch out for, cause they will try to take advantage of you, draining you of money/energy/patience/ect.
Then again it could be nothing, who are we to say what dreams are suppose to mean exactly. :)
Many dreams are just that... dreams, but other times it can be a future event, a past life, a warning, or even a message from another, many humans and many vampires are what are called dream walkers, they walk through peoples memories, wants, fears etc, and create dreams for that person because you cannot control you energy output while asleep so therefor its the best way to get the highest amount of enregy, hence why at times you are completly depleted of energy, other times it is an essence or a persons spirit that have no emotions of their own so therefor they can feel through you by being in the dream or crearting the dream.
hi i know exactly what your going through i have had the same dreams many of times and have always wondered myself of the meaning. In mine he is always coming in my window or it's this presence i feel.
That question, just leaves room for a few more questions.....
Here is one.... Do you have the same dream everynight???
Is it alway the same person doing the biting???
well..i think there is something more in our dreams...either we aware of it..or just let them pass by
i had two dreams that was repeating on and on everynight few years ago..they stoped now and i'm happy they did. i still don't know what they ment.
That could very well be true, then again, it could be the subconscious trying to help a person to deal with something that it cant easily handle during waking hours...
There are so many possiblities!
mine is always the same person...sometimes w/friends, but always the one watching over me.
The same dreams repeat often, but mostly just the fact that he is there.
More then likely....you're just gof this because of your desire...nothing more.
here is a good question for this same topic. does being bitten in your dreams supposed to have a lasting effect on the persons physicy and make them want that in other aspects as well?
psh.
it is a very individual thing.
you may just have vampiric fantasies. there is not necessarily anything so special about the dreams.
what it means is that you are awkening to new things that are occuring within your life.
If you are being drained of blood, this means that someone is physically draining you of energy or you may be under alot of stress.
It depends on the person as to if it is a pass life regression or merely just a dream.
I tend to believe dreams are a vetting process for our subconscious to clear all the crap it takes in on a daily basis. And while this imagery thought digestive system can allow for insightful glances into ourselves, it is rare.
I remember having a dream once in which I was feeding off my other half (this was before we started living together - he lived about an hour's drive away at this time). It was about the time I realised I had some Psi ability. In the dream I was blood feeding, but when I spoke to him the next day he said he'd woken up feeling really drained and with no energy...is that possible, to feed off someone long-distance like that, in your sleep?
I personally have never had a dream of being bitten, but i would assume that is all it was is a dream, i mean it is possible that it is a memory of a former life but most likely it was just a normal dream of being bitten...
Well gotta be a person desireing something, like a vampire visiting its room?
a past life because i often have dreams of it at night
All states of conciousness had their origins somewhere.
it could be now or in the past life but something can happen while you dream and makes you think you are dreaming why it is happening to you
Some kinds of Vampires (Mora etc) approach the prey while the last is asleep (or hypnotised) and while unconcious they feed of their aura. This is very common to be happening while the prey is sleeping, so the subconcious of the person realises what happens and tries to translate it and deliver it to another part of the brain. Our subconcious is highly connected to our experiences. Dreams are connected the same way. It's not that weird to have "dreams" (which might be either memories or actual experiences which you faced while unconcious).
I have to agree. Its just a dream. But, sometimes its something your body might want really bad. But for me, its just a dream.
Dreams of being bitten are merely a subconscious recognition of a desire to be bitten... or taken aggressively
Probably just dreams. I have dreams in which I'm being bitten during sex, this is just because I find the idea erotic. You probably just like the Idea of being bitten, so you dream about it.
Past life thing is a possibility though, but I would only look into it as that if you were having other dreams that you beleived to be memories of a past life. other than that, they're probably just dreams.
I personaly find if you listen to your dreams they will become more intense and effectly "talk" to you more. Try looking things up on this website: http://www.dreammoods.com/
BrokenxxNephilim,
Of course it's erotic! *smiles* Blood and Pain have that effect on me *shivers* mmmm
I agree, it is very erotic. I get bitten a couple of times a day. mmmmm
*smiles* My lover and I adore bites, scratches, blood, sex, pain and violence...
My dreams tell my I am doing what I want to be doing... nothing more
I have scars...
and I had fun getting them.
Not gonna say much else on that subject.
I'm going to Mark My Mate, to the bone... and her me... we'll bear scars... and only we'll know their significance
You're the only ones that could really appreciate them, thay symbolize an act between the two of you. I may see them and know how they got there, you could even describe the experience to me in as much detail as possible and I still wouldn't fully apreciate it because it wasn't me.
The same goes for anyone.
The First Mark
Love
To show that the flesh and blood and bone are loved. Adored. Worshipped, almost. To say “I love you” is easy enough. To have a Mark gnawed into your bone, a permanent statement – to experience the pain required to place it there. That mirrors the true fantastically sweet pain that love is.
The Second Mark
Owned
To show that the recipient is owned and belongs. An acknowledgement on the part of the recipient that they belong to the other person. A Mark that shows up on x-rays as proof the person belongs, truly, completely, without reservation, belongs to someone else – with all the implications and responsibilities that come with ownership. Being owned can be painful at times, hence the pain required to place the Mark.
The Third Mark
Forever
Forever is a long time, but to be marked thus and have the marks endure on bones, long after death…………that’s the definition of forever. It’s proof of the enduring quality of the love and the sense of belonging body and soul to another person.
The Fourth Mark
Mastery
This is an acknowledgement of the mastery of the recipient over the giver of the Mark. It’s a permanent way of saying the giver of the Mark belongs in every possible way to the recipient. – it promises that the giver will protect, love, cherish and otherwise do their level best to make the recipient happy, to please them. It is not necessarily an acknowledgement of subjugation, but more of equality and love.
The Fifth Mark
Soul Mates
The complete unity of two souls is something magical and much sought after. The fifth Mark acknowledges that person has been found, and will never be lost. It is a culmination and continuation of the other four Marks. It is the deepest and most profound of connections possible to find.
Hmmm... Interesting. That would probably mean alot more to me if I had found someone I truly beleived to be my soul mate, I just bite, cut and claw for fun. I enjoy pain and I enjoy giving it to people who appreciate it.
I haven't found anyone I would readily mark in this manner nor would I let anyone do it to me at this point. But this isn't to say I won't
*smiles* I find the whole hurting/bleeding/marking thing very personal and intimate... sounds obscene but there you go
Well of course it's an intimate act. You have to be close to someone to let them hurt you, I wouldn't bite someone I cared nothing for, at least not hard enough to draw blood, or really hurt them.
i notice a grin everytime i bite my soon to be husband. Then he bites me back. Seems to me though, he doesn't bite me unless I bite him first.
*nods* And besides the risk of blood disease and so on... makes it shaky ground if you dont know what your partner has in their blood
Yeah, there's that too, there are no condoms for blood.
Might be possible in a few years... semi-permeable membrane... *shrugs*
I'd think it'd be more likely that Vaccines and Anti viral treatments that could actually kill viruses would be developed first.
Unlikely, there's always a new virus or disease... an antidote for one perhaps...
Microscopic control of material structure... more possible... maybe even more helpful
I guess you're right, but the Idea seems kinda hard to pull off. I've read about research in developing geneticly engineered viruses that killed other viruses and left other cells alone, kind of like a bacteriophage that targeted viruses and viral cells instead of bacteria.
That's true, but it would be a virus combatting the other viruses, and I think there is only one strain of AID's, so even though another strain would most likely develop, in one or two generations if the treatment was made manditory like polio shots the disease might be contained.
But a barrier such as that I suggested would protect against many viruses
True but You'd think it'd be much harder to develop and it would probably be expensive.
Guess so, but the antivirus could more than likely reproduce on it's own, so it would be a one time thing.
well i'm a dreamer- and i think it's what u believe and what u want it to be- a dream or reality? You'll only believen it if u smell the blood, taste it, ans feel it- live it and u'll know
And would need to reach the entire population swiftly to eliminate the virus on contact... completely... that would cost
Which is why I say it should be made a manditory treatment, like the polio vaccine, it would only help the future generations, but it would still eliminate the virus.
Ah but the homeless or some needle-hater would avoid it
Yeah, well after the end of the needle haters life, it wouldn't matter, if the shot was manditory. and the homeless.... I don't have an answer for that one, possibly an Interest group could be formed for raising money specifically to provide the homeless with the antivirus, but they wouldn't get all of them.
But the same goes for the Micro-barrier that you were talking about.
