Okay so links are very really and can be used to feed through (active or passive), contact someone, or even to try to harm someone. If you have such a link with a phy vamp and you know that they are in need of energy can you then use the link to send them energy and basically force feed them?

What do you think?

I believe you can. I don't really do any energy feeding myself, but I know from my work with the Craft that you can channel energy into another being without them consciously opening to it, so I imagine energy feeding would amount to the same thing

I send energy to people all the time. Some are aware of it and some are not. I just have never tried to actually force someone. The closest as been when my son who is a vamp has needed energy and I can tell I send it to him. But there has never been a barrier between us so there is no force involved.

I personally never would try to force someone, that just isn't who I am, but I really have started to wonder if it would be possible.

It may be possible, but you would have to be in complete control of their energy. The act of feeding REQUIRES the one feeding to actively absorb the energy being sent to them. Otherwise, it is a waste of time. However, if the psy vampire is in need of energy, he/she will notice the energy being sent to them and they will readily accept it.

I dont have much experience on the phsy vamp , but I think one's personal energies could force another to respond. So yes I think it's possible.

It happens all the time. You can forcibly take almost anything from anyone..especially if it's something they can't see.

Oh..I'm sorry..I misread. In that case, I think they would at least have to weakened psychologically at least. Perhaps in moments of sleep or physical/mental exhaustion. Not as a rule though.

I agree with LaMuerte, it would just be a watse of time and energy(literally) if they didn't even know kuz then they wouldn't use it for anything. Unless it was subconciously such as in a life or death type thing, then their body could use it but while i think its possible, it wouild just waste my time to do it.

Don't forget, I specified that a psy vampire WILL notice when energy is being sent at them. If they are in a low-energy state, I seriously doubt they would hesitate to actively absorb it. Therefore, it wouldn't be a waste of time, necessarily, but in this case, it wouldn't actually be force-feeding.

I think the idea is that you care about the person, and you want them to feed, but for some reason they aren't feeding, so you are trying to force-feed them energy.

Force feeding is a common thing for me...I use it in different ways...The most common is to find One who has a great blend of energy, force energy through them like a filter, and then draw it back out...I do this constantly with many...

But not everyone has the control of energy that you do, Enigma. Most aren't really capable of producing results from it.

LaMuerte is right in what I was taking about, if someone was really in need could you force feed them. As I stated above I have done something similar with my son, but there has never been a barrier between us and since I have done it since he was a wee one he naturally absorbs it even if he isn't aware of it at the time.

I see using someone as a filter as something completely different though. That I do myself, of more I have had myself used to do that. I am aware when it is being done and those I let do it I let them do it willingly. I don't know that someone could do it without my noticing. :-/ I see someones energy field like of like a grid of a filter anyways. ;-) I have even taught my kids how to use thier own energy fields to filter what they take in.

Yes it is. Everything is possible through mind control.

I think its mentally possible through an extreme amount of disciplin and a strong bond between people... I don't think it should be suddenly attempted by anyone on a whim.

If you have the skill and energy, and they are really in need, yes One can do it...With positive results...

thanks for agreeing, i am suprise some pyschic vampire don't even relize that they can live off life energy from the earth. Most believe that a human host is the only source.

The combination of many different sources of energies leads to the purest and strongest blends of energy...

natural energy is the best! I have never done any drugs in my live because the high from life is just so much better!!! ;-)

If someone doesn't know how to use natural energies that doesn't make them evil by any means. Even if you prefer to feed off humans even though you can feed off natural energies doesn't make you evil. It just makes you who you are.

Human energies tend to be of better quality oftentimes, and sometimes, natural energy just isn't compatible with your system. It all depends on the individual.

All energy is natural....It all originates from the same place in the beginning...It is there to be tapped and manipulated..Therefore of course you can force feed someone your energy...The next question you should be asking yourself...Why would you want to???If the recepient is none responsive to taking what you offer, they have a reason so why force them into taking what they refuse?

I was specifying for the person who posted right before mine. They got it and posted again.

it does take alot of energy and knowledge of what you are doing to be able to accomplish this task... it can be draining to activate this part of your condition. for some it can come natural. If you know what a kitra is.. they are the healers.. in a laments term.. they recycle the energy to aid those around them. This is what I am.

It is quite possible. But I must warn you that you need to be careful if and when you decide to do that. Depending on the level of control the psy vamp has, and the amount of energy you have to expend, you could:

1. End up dead from them absorbing ALL of your life-force and etheric energy.

2. End up killing them from the overload.

3. Get a force-feed-back and get yourself blasted from your own output.

4. End up at a stand off.

Or:

5. Just end up tired (and/or sick) from the experience.

Yes, I've had some experience in this matter, from both sides of the line.

The only case that I can think where I might even consider it would be where someone is to the point that they can not actively feed for themself and passive feeding is not enough.

In the case of my son, he has been to that point before but because of the bond between us I don't have to force him to accept the energy. I have always been a source of energy for him even as a small child long before he was awakened to his vampiric side. It is a very open link between us so it is never forcing him when I send him energy.
