Maledicta's thread on Remote Viewing got me thinking on actually doing an experiment here on Vampire Rave. It might lead to several others if members show an interest.

The experiment will be on remote viewing on a beginner level. This only means that it doesn't get much simpler; it does not mean it will be easy. This can be done - with practice. If you wish to have more practice then invite your friends to copy what I did here. This is what I did:

I picked three objects and placed one in each envelope. They are marked as "View #1, View #2 and View #3. Each one is different and can be described very simply or as different parts if you have trouble viewing an object as a whole. I did give you that option. But that is all the hint you are getting. As a bonus, there is/are another "something or somethings" in the shoe-box. Anything goes here so have fun.

Vampire Rave - The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory - http://www/VampireRave.com

There are some techniques that may prove helpful. You have always heard to trust your first choice or instinct. In remote viewing -forgetaboutit! This is because you don't want to use your mind or subconscious; you want to see with your third eye. So if something just pops into your head, get rid of it.

Use paper and pen to write or draw what you see. This will help to "get it out of your head." The mind is aways full of chatter and noise, you will need to work around this and place your attention on the envelopes. Allow and give yourself permission to write or draw what you see - without thought. Do not analyze what you see or think what you see. Anything and everything goes on the paper. Not your mind.

Certain times of day or night will be calmer so take advantage of it. Your Muse may help. If you are more focused during the busy time, fine. I don't care. But do write down the time that you are doing this experiment for your own records. The more positive reinforcement you get, and give yourself, the better. We learn from our mistakes. So commit it on paper.

You may take your time and go back if you feel the need. But do not use the same drawing or writings as you did previously. Use another sheet of paper and mark it "trial #2" or something else to your liking. When you believe and have enough faith in your viewings, submit them this thread. Mark them as 1-3 and/or the shoe box if you took the risk. You may enter a couple of times or post the shoe box separately later on.

The time limit will be about a week but please don't wait until the last minute to submit. If you have any post that refers to remote viewing use the original thread given above. All questions or comments about this experiment, please post here.

The shoe box and three envelopes are located in my dining area. They will remain there untouched until I open them to reveal what lies within. Nobody knows what any of them are. Any and all members of Vampire Rave can partake if they choose. I will give no hints. They are what they are. You may start your viewing at anytime.

Shoe box: Metal, long, has a purpose, curvy shape.

#1: numbers, small, card

#2: trading, sports

#3: many papers, many numbers.

Thats all I can get, but it helps better when the person setting up the focus is thinking of them when I am trying to see.

I could easily be wrong .. lol .. though ...
sometimes I read things wrong .. things are harder to pick up on than people's emotions and thoughts/feelings combined.

Soulshroude: You do know that Remote viewing works better in groups? Perhaps this is why some of us, especially those many before me had similar thoughts on it. The way I did the views is the why it is normally done. You don't just say what is in the envelopes or box; you describe in colors, shapes, and or feelings it gives.

That came off snappy. I just mean that many will have the same view because many can see it. I would be curious if we are close.

i see symbolism:
1) the want for what you have not
2) the dissatisfaction of what you already have
3) the joy of giving something away
The box has nothing in it...which is the emptiness of all three. Or it could be a penny, a fortune from a fortune cookie, a comb, and the box is a trans-dimensional gateway to a room full of bunnies, ready to be pulled from the next magician...out of hat.

I am not sure how to say this, but something is amiss. I think most of us are catching it.

One of the objects seems out of place, out of balance, as if something is not there at all. Maybe empty, or maybe something of sorrow...But something is amiss with one of the objects on the table.

We for the most part, agree that one of the tokens is of a metallic substance...

And a card maybe in one of them...Still not sure as to the type of card.

But I am still seeing either a single color, or multiple colors surrounding one of the items. The multi color could mean more than one item has color to it.

Oh, and Garou, I was only joking. It was not ment as an insult. But I do apologize nonetheless.

This was an excellent exercise, thank you Billy.

First off, I am a huge skeptic. I did try the techiques layed out, but to no avail, I "saw" nothing. Was this due to my disbelief or just lack of "ability", who knows?

I did notice several people mentioned cards and there were some mentions of multiple solid colors and balls. I must admit that I was sure when the "reveal" came that none of the answers would be even close.

I am somewhat impressed by the results. There is a slight crack in my skepticism.

Thanks again for this Billy.

Interesting...Not sure where the metal idea came from, may be a pic in the magazine. Got the green from the tarot card, got the multiple colors right...And the card. The thing of sorrow and out of place was the feather. Always sorrowful when a bird looses a feather, more like death in a sense.

Lets have another shall we??
