I have wondered about Guardian Angel's quite recently.

Now tell me..

Do you believe someone or something is watching over you? Have you felt sorrow and sudden comfort? Have you been in a dangerous situation but miracliously survived or avoided its obstacles because you know there is someone/something protecting you?

I have a guardian angel, he is a beautiful blond mad with a cheeky smile. once I was feeling very very low when I was 13/14 at the most, and I had planed to end my life...but as I walked into the living room I looked into the mirror and saw him sitting in the chair across the room smiling at me. I suddenly felt a over whelming sense of love coming from him, and as you have guessed I did not end my life.

Guardian Angels... hm...

Well, I suppose so. Sheer dumb luck hasn't saved me or mine from intensely dangerous situations every time. However, I don't think they guard as much as they guide. There is a huge difference, if we each had someone guard us, we'd be pretty invincible... but with a guide, now thats a different story.

I believe that when I was younger, that I did have a guardian angel. I think that it still watches over me, but is in semi retirement now. At least on this occasion, I should have been killed in car accident, it was on dry pavement in a 15 mile an hour curve in the middle of nowhere, and the sign was missing. It was at night so when I did see the curve there was nothing that I could do, miraculously, I was able to hold the car inside the curve going 55 MPH through the turn and then return to my own lane after being side ways through the curve, before the oncoming car was to hit me.

There have been many different occasions, but this one has always stuck with me. Something was helping me steer my car that night.

I must have something watching over me; because I have cheated death of satisfaction too many times thus far...

I truly believe that someone is watching over us, wether a angel or a god(depending on your religion which one). For sometimes things happen to steer us in a certain path in our life. Yes to guiding force

yes i think that i have many Guardian angels or what not watching over me. some of the thing that have happen in my life that is the only other thing that could have been there to help me. so yeah i think there is Guarding angels or what not watching over us.

i think someone is watching me. i think its someone i knew as well case i feel him being there when im in a tough spot... or if im in the shower sometimes... *rolls eyes* he was always such a perv

I beleive i have 3, no i'm not special. Got really bad flu once and i think i hallusinated a Roman goddess, indian and a 'Knight in shining armour' in meh room. Everyone has atleast one, though i dont beleive there soul purpose is to guide you.

Spirtual guardians or angels do exist i see them sometimes. they r there to guide you they cannot protect you from all things though they mearly give suggestions if a person wants to jump they cannot physically stop them only reason with them

There is absolutly no doubt in my mind that I have someone that watches over me. For example, when I was in my car accident in 05, my car was mangled with me inside of it, the last thing that I remember was seeing my grandfather and him telling me, NO Shelby it's not your time. Shelby was the name he always called me . There have been other things that have happened where i know someone else interviened .

For whatever reason, I just don't believe in them or that someone is watching over me. I should considering the car accident I walked away once without a scratch.

Then again, if a guardian angel is watching over me, I would rather they helped someone else. There are a lot of people in this world who could use some help.

Well thats the thing I walked away as well, but everyone has their own way.

I do believe in Guardian angels. I do have one who watches me at all times. Yes, at one point in my life I was suicidal. Very suicidal. And then one day I was thinking of how to make the pain go away and the next thing I know, I felt this warm touch on my shoulder. I was over whelmed with peace, love and security.

He really helped me and I knew that I was not going to take my life after that.

well I don't believe in Angels but I do however believe that we all have someone who watches over us.

Whenever I am sad, down or just having a tough time with things, I will smell a very strong scent of Englis Roses, my Great Grandmothers favourite flower.

I don't have those flowers at my house so I like to think that it is her coming to comfort me like she did when I was little

I believe that there could be something there watching over us in times of need... I'm not sure if I were to call them angels but I do see them as some sort of higher being that watches over and guards us. :] I also tend to be attracted to images of angels and the symbol of the cross... it gives me a sort of calm feeling and a loving feeling... but it also gives me a sort of sadness when I think about it...
Some times when I try to fall asleep, and trust me I barely ever sleep at all, I feel that someone is there watching over me, calming me and when I turn to look I half expect to see something or someone there but there is never anyone... But I can feel a presence. It really is strange...
I've had certain times when I thought I had no use in this world and times when I was unbelievably miserable and somehow I slowly started to feel better and something good happens the next day... Or something happens that puts me back on my feet...

So yes, I do believe. :] Most of my stories I used to write were about guardians... It was sort of an inspiration... that presence.

I feel we all have gaurdian angels watching us to keep us from harm. Sometimes they still cant steer us away from danger

i believe there are angels watching over me something must of kept me from being hurt in a car accident a couple of years ago

I almost choked on a lifesaver and died w/I was only 5. I don't recall if I saw him then, or if it was when the pedophile down the street invited me into his house that I saw my guardian, but whenever he showed up...he got me out of a very bad situation that I didn't see anything wrong with. I was 6! How was I to know where the guy's hands were supposed to be? I went from passive, to pain, to listening to the fuzzy man telling me to get up and walk out of the room to the living area where my brother was watching tv. Needless to say, I escaped from harm, but I tend to wonder how many other kids were not so lucky w/him. I mean, I didn't tell anyone. I was a kid. I didn't know it was important and by the time I did, it was a little late. I haven't a clue where he is now...

My mom swears when she is upset about something she often feels hands on her shoulders which is something my grandparents used to do when comforting her. I used to feel them when I was a child but it used to scare me. I ignored it until one day it never happened again. I always thought I was crazy but now I wish I could feel comforting hands again. I don't know if this is a guardian angel or a loved one looking over us.

I had a guardian angel of sorts. I once spoke to a Faerie for a little while when I was in a bad emotional state. She served as almost a counselor to me until I was back to my old self. She acted as my guardian angel then, in a way.

Yes. I have felt this many of a time, a strong idea, warmness and sometimes a big shove in the right direction.

i know for a fact that i have a Guardian Angel. there is many times i should have died in car accidents and other bad happenings but i have always made it through

well i wouldnt call a dragon protector an angel (unless that happens to be the name he/she has chosen)

Yes I believe you have someone who guides you and helps you along on your path in life. That tries to help you when your down and feeling lost in life.

Most times when I decide not to go out on certain occasions, there is always something that happens. Mostly with the wife being harrassed on the street.

Though I am not worried about her, she knows how to take care of herself, she can kick my arse. But I would think it is the universe telling me that if I went with her, I might end up in the tank, for taking the harrasser out, and not in a good way.

You can call it a guardian, you can call it fate, you can call ti what ever you wish, but it is ever present and always watching.

Well I like to think that I have my personal guardian angel wakeing over me, even though I find that not to be likely.

But in one I am sure and believe, that the all knowing invisible force operates trough me day and night, and cares for me on every step, in to the discovering future.

Ive had some close calls that could have killed me and some would just say sheer luck is what kept me alive but i think something is protecting me.

Yes I believe in Guardians and I know I am protected and guided. Although sometimes I can be thick headed and not listen to the advice that is sent my way.

I do believe in guardian angels, but I have not yet been in a situation in which I would need the support of a guardian angel.

I used to believe in guardian angels... but I have to say that if I have any they really are not very good ones.

But I have spirit guides, like a wolf.... it helps me when I need it. But I know that it is a spirit guide... not a guardian angel.

i think that yes i do have a guardian angel because of the fact that i have been hit by two cars now and have not been hurt at all. i believe that everybody has a guardian angel just that some have not found them yet.

Yes, I have a guardian angel. He comes around at my lowest moments and gets me back on my feet. Oddly enough Ive seen him every four years since I was three. Black hair, brown eyes, and a gorgeous heart-lifting smile that brightens my day.

I know my Grandfather watches over me. Everytime I am down and I am on the road, a truck just like his always ends up near by.

I know someone is definitely watching out for me. I almost died from liver disease. Made it through my transplant. My son who gave 60% of his liver is a living angel. My mom died when I was 7. I think she watches over me too.

I have two guardian angels: an ex boyfriend of mine, and an online friend...........and they make their presence known to me on many occasions

I believe in angels of all orders, and guardians of all kinds, but since we're specifically speaking about guardian angels....I do have a guardian angel, who doubles as my muse. She is my guardian and guide, the very being who guided me on the night of my awakening, the night my journey began. I will never forget her, and she is still beside me. Always.

with me there is no thinking about having a guardian angel. I know beyond a shadow of doubt that I have a guardian angel. To validate this one time I had my palm read and along my life line is another line that is my guardian angel. They are there always.

To your second question, no again. It takes me ages to feel comfort after I start being down.

I do know they are here, and watching over us, most of the itme they will be silent and discret, but when needed they will show up and make their presence do a difference, will ether make someone go to your path and help you, or make an event change direction so you will be safe, if they do not react, it is because you are able to face it or defeat it.

Most of the time they will be mostly protectors, its their prime directive, their main purpous.

I never believed in angels...guardian or otherwise...but Im sure "they" are out there for others.

well .... I was so close to death a few times, and I got away miraculously, so there must be something or someone watching over me. Whether it`s an angel or not, I don`t know. But there certainly is some kind of force.

I almost died 3 times in my life...I never once saw a "light" or dead relatives...not a single "angel" around...even though I passed out once during being ill with a 103 fever...I did see demons.

i beleave..i ave a guardian angel who has watched over me when i was deathly sick and has warn me of danger. i look at her as my most trusted friend.

I am unsure as of yet whether or not I believe in guardian angels. Ultimitely it would depend on what I believe happens after death. At the moment I view guardian angels as similar to ghosts because they would still be here to watch over you, just like ghosts are still here. But since Im unsure of whether or not I believe in ghosts I have no idea if I believe in guardian angels

I am always being watched over by... others. Call them angels, spirits....demons... I call them friend. And many times I have found "safety" by their assistance.

My mom has told me about when she is sad or worrying, she feels a hand on her shoulder which is what my grandmother used to do when she was alive. I used to feel hands on my back when I was younger but it would scare me. I ignored it until one day it stopped and I have never felt it again.

i wouldnt call it an angel, I would call it something but nothing is angelic about it.

Yes, I absolutely believe that something, or someone watches over us at all times. Anyone who has read my profile, has seen that I was in a VERY abusive marriage, for five years. I believe that had I not had someone watching over me, I never would have survived this ordeal, or had the strength to leave my ex husband.

Well, I don't quite know if I do believe in guaridian angels. I suppose there has to be something, but I think they are more of guides, rather than guardians.

i do not believe anything can be watching you unless they are alive and can see you.
however you do not necessarily have to see them.
i am not sure if i have ever felt sorrow and comfort all at once.
what kind of dangerous situation and miracle to survive are you talking about.
i think anyone can avoid a dangerous obstacle if they observe their surroundings and are careful.
i have avoided things without thinking someone is watching over me.

I believe everyone has a guardian angel, haven't really felt one myself for a long time though.

Guardian angels, in my belief, are real and not to be questioned.

My only story to prove this is one when i was a kid. I was in Minnesota and our car got stuck in some snow. Well this was in the middle of the road so we needed to get out of the rut and back to moving. A semi-truck started to the curve in the road behind us and didnt look like it could slow down fast enough not to hit us. Well my mother was frantically trying to get out of the rut but was only making the situation worst. All of a sudden we felt this push on our car...like a small bike nailed us in the back or something. Either way it scared the hell out of us but it was enough of a push to get us out of the rut. We looked behind us and saw the truck still coming. What the hell pushed us out if no small child was crying on the road with a messed up bike? My mother is very religious and tells me to this day it was our guardian angel.

If I have a guardian angel she helped me bust my ass last night. Maybe it was that extra pint but she didnt hold me back from it either so... pick your side of the coin.

I know I have had to have had several...but I probably retired them...to much to look after when I was younger...cause this is no way I could have walked away unscathed so many times...when no one should have been able to walk away at all with their lives...

i truly believe in guardian angels, if i had not had one then i think i would have been killed about 4 years ago. i also think that my guardian angels is what helps to bring the good things to me in my life.

It pleases me so much to hear of such a dark genre of people talk about experiences of the light and heavenly beings. It just shows how much our genre is misinterpreted.

Yes I believe Spirtual guardians or angels do exist . I think thats why people say that they are lucking sometimes when it comes to a close call with death and it don't happen.

well said. i couldnt agree more. I dont think they save you from near death incidents for nothing though. There must be something you were destined to accomplished if your guardian angel saves you from certain death.

I don't know but it is possible. I had a nearly fatal car accident a few years ago that should have killed me, and i smelled my grandfathers cigars and felt someone push me back into the truck that i was hanging out of while going down a 70 foot embankment..but i saw nothing and can prove nothing..and I was injured.

When I was 14 my mom tried to overdose on her meds.

I was sitting at home and my mom had gone into my room, so i thought nothing of it.

Our phone rang and i told my younger brother to go get it. he came back and said someone told him to call an ambulance for our mom. I freaked out and we called.

To this day i still don't know who had called us, but if they were human, you would think they would have called the ambulance themselves. Still gives me shivers, and we still have our mom.

I believe that I had a guardian angel while I was deployed to Iraq. I had lots of close calls in which I can't figure out how I was missed...it was just like something or someone was watching over me and would guide me just a few inches to the left or right when I would hear and feel a bullet whiz by my ear.
Not sure what he or she looked like, but I know that someone was watching over me.

i do believe in gardian angels, yes. i may not believe in the termology though. i am athiest, but i do know that my grandparents and brothers and sisters are still in my heart, guiding me and protecting me as best they can.

When I was in labor, I asked for everything to be alright, only to have my delivery go drastically horrible. The doctors came in and rushed me into emergency surgery for a C-Section. When they delivered my daughter whe was not breathing and had no brain activity. They had to revive her. They said that it took a total of ten minutes for her to be at normal levels. I wasn't able to see her until the next morning.
That is when they told me that they almost lost me and her. I believe that We had Guardian Angels looking over us both that night. And I thank the Gods that she is a bright, beautiful, vibrant, energetic and healthy little girl.

I believe everyone has one , not necessarily a guardian angel , but a protector of some sort . I've had many events in my life ( mainly in Iraq ) that looking back at it , I should have been dead . So I agree we all have something like that .
