What would you do for your Master Vampire ?

Being as mortal as you are and a vampire a Master, what would you perform?

personally, what ever it was i was told.

I'd lure stable boys to the castle. Later, I'd whip up a delicious blood pudding.

I would let he/she know that I don't take orders very well, FORCING him/her to make requests

I would do his bidding but to a point. I am my own being, this man has no master and doesn't desire one.

i would do as my master commanded hoping one day he would be gracious and generous enough to turn me into a vampire... not that i have to worry because i am a vampire and i serve my Master Vampire to her heart's content... which is alot to do.

would be a slave for a point untill a gift is granted me, than I shall become master.

i can fake a mean hunch in my back.

however i will do my best to ensure that there is one time might be 30 years from the initial point of service when he lessens his guard and either he dies or he gets to add a new member of the family, then he dies...

Seems like it's built into the system to limit not only the masters, but vampires themselves.

In that case, would it be similar to animal species, say gorillas, where a younger, stronger silverback challenges the elder?

Only a man can kill a monster as the saying goes. So is true i wouldnt win in an out right fight, and in games of deception im sure he is more clever, however if the moment is just right and it comes to death. if im not walking away then it was my time, but if i am, then for that moment, i had a streak of luck to let a thought pass without notice, to let an action become suprising that it catches people off gaurd enough to get my will done.

Sucks balls to be human at some points, on the other it wouldnt be worth all those times when being human means a world of possibilities.

Well if this "Master Vampire" followed along the lines of most stereotypical stories, he would either keep you in fear or glamoury so you would be compelled to do his bidding. I guess I would hope for a handsome "Master Vampire", then I wouldn't mind much.

This almost sounds like a rhetorical question. What would I do for a "master vampire"? Is there any such thing aside from here on the rave? Unless we are discussing movie vampires since the new Underworld 3 is coming out.

He would need my to move him around and find connections. In a world like this we would have to work together. I will not call him/her master but I would done what was being asked.

yes but then the question becomes, if a master vamp has really taken interest in you. What services do you really offer that make you worth his time and interest?

what do you do for him that he could otherwise not get someone less manipulative to do for him? that would cause him to put up with the likes of you?

if he (or she) offered a long vampiric life in exchange for service, then i would be willing to serve. but i would let them know that i dont serve others easily, and if my service became onerous, i would begin seeking my "masters" death.

Wait for a bid to open for his removal. Perhaps collecting the bounty, that us if he doesn't treate his underlings correctly for their devotion. I would avoid his ass kissers/ brown nosers as well.

Well, if this were even possible, I know exactly what I would do. You see, I've always been a free spirit, and no matter who or what is trying to boss me around, I don't allow it. I am my own mistress, as I have always said, and unless it's non-conducive to my employ, I wouldn't do what I was told. However, when it comes to vampires, I would take them down quietly. No vampire would ever rule me completely. If I were under the rule of a master vampire, I would run his errands, all the while, looking for someone to help me to take him down while I was out. How many Master Vampires can there be in one place, and how likely would it be that all of said master vampire's subjects enjoy being under his wing? I would find those that do not like him, and while I was running my errands, I would hatch a plan to have him destroyed. It would take a while, but I would be able to wait, because my master wouldn't be ruling me completely. Where his eyes cannot see, there I will be free.

The truth is, I serve no one willingly. Even if it would mean my inevitable destruction, I am no one's slave.

Slave , by no means would anyone should be that, yet it puzzles me for are we not a slave to our socciety.

Possible master vampire offers eternal life, or something.

I believe you misunderstood me.

To be a slave to a society is to serve without choice of how- to bend or break at someonme else's will. I choose to serve and how so, never forced.

Forced i understand yet we are guided. so I do see what was said.

Free will is our only choice we seem to have yet, when presented with a devestaing choice in life or death , we seem to bend like the grass in the wind, and or choice becomes different.

Some are predisposed to serve, there are those who place their life at the feet of masters (out side forces), and those who take full responisibility for their life.

I take full responsibility for my life. There is no way in hell or otherwise I would allow society to rule me. I set my own standards, and if no one likes it, they can kiss my butt...however, there are some standards I chose to follow, those are the standards that would get me into trouble unless followed.

I would see it more as a way to learn, blossom and grow, while serving a Master like any master of any feild or art, a Master musician or a Master in painting or in cooking, all those are Master in their field or art.

In vampirism lifestyle or reality ( for certain) a Master is needed to guide and make sure the society itself does not end up in chaos, and serving the Master Vampire is a way to contribute and help that comunity to bloom, plus if one wishes to become a Master, he or she has to first learn to master themselves enought to serve the ones who have earned the right to be Masters.

Otherwise it will only lead to chaos and to a society that is weak and crumbled under fear and stupidity. ( no offence intended here)

It would become a matter of how liberal the MV is with resources, as well as how he holds court, favoritism will result in rivalery, but introducing competition for rank, and affluence is healthy for the MVs Society. Any usurpers should be discouraged through consensus as well.

im no muse or servant to any so i would be no good in serving any though i don't mind being the one giving commands and orders of my own liking,i think it's important for a master vampire to know the personalities and characteristics of their servants before they welcome them in with trust.

Wow, that's a great question. I would be slave to my master but I would expect my master to have an affinity for me...he damn well better and I don't serve females...

But there would probably be a point, for example, is they asked me to hurt or kill someone I loved, or someone I care about ~ that is the point at which I would rather have my own life taken than serve them.

I would probably be like anita blake. She is in love with the master of the city but she will do what needs to be done within reason. I will help a master as much as I can but they still have to let me have my free will.

I'd lure all the most beautiful and vivacious women to my master for whatever end or purpose he/she sought fit for them. The challenge and the anticipation of successfully luring them to my master would be better than most any reward offered.

I would be submissive, and yet an equal making it a give an take deal.. I would do something if asked.. and give input when needed.. I may not be A MASTER VAMPIRE.. but it doesn't mean I should be treated as less of a being.. I have never minded helping, when its needed, nor have I ever thought secondly about doing kind gestures, providing, I am not ignored and treated like I said Poorly.. How can you learn from one another when listening isn't part of it.. I'm sure there's soo much knowledge I could learn from the Master Vampire.. and thus hopefully, kindly educate that I am no less a being, and not a meal.. as dispensable as I am.. I would do his bidding to be respectful to my elder to an extent. As long as he or she respected me in his or her bidding and didn't try to purposely humiliate me. Its important that we respect people over us.

I'm not good with obeying. I do believe I would die for doing something wrong. Oh well, anyway, I would 'try' to do everything what he/she tells me to... If that's possible...

i'd follow orders to a point, there's a line drawn in the sand somewhere.....

I would do anything that I possibly could for my Master. He is my protector, my close friend, a brother, on top of many more things. I would even stand in front of him if I ever thought harm would fall on him. He is one of the first to know if I have a bad dream with him or any members of the house to warn them.

I would do all that my Master commands. For if i please my Master in return i will be well pleased!!!

My own answer to the question at hand- as the term states Master Vampire, I don't think I'd have much choice in what I did or did not do.

If you're suggesting I am a mortal man and were expected to serve a vampire, well then, that would be different. I'd probably invite him/her over for dinner and a nice stake (yes, a stake, not a steak). ;P

firstly, id like to see anyone try and attempt to be my master!

secondly, i would seduce them to the point that 'I' would become the master, with 'THEM' begging for 'MY' attention.

Honestly if I were in that situation, I would do something to get myself drained- and fast because the idea of living to serve someone makes me want to go hurt cute fuzzy animals. With my luck though that would mean they would turn me... and that would mean I would have to break all the "rules" of what I "have to do" vs. what I really want to do.

Yup I'm better off as I am.

I am assistant house master of house lunazure which is run by Master Vampire BillytheJust and he is a great person and I do what I can to help him ofcourse, that's how I became an assistant house master.

However in the real world, or a real life situation I'd never allow a master vampire to control me as I have a dominant personality and would never relinquish control of my being or soul to anyone.

Teachers only are the master vampires. I do respect Teachers and love them. If they want my self psychic distant slave. I will happil be slave to them. Yet they did not want this and their instruction or guidance is strict command to me.

Next to teacher, my elders are my master vampires. They are most honorable and guide angel to me. I do love them too.

Teachers , ok I will go with that, yet a lot of us may think that service to another or a slave is out of the question, yet if the reward was something worth your while or you wanted would not in fact you would bend to the wind.

i would do whatever my master wanted as long as he/she wasn't trying to purposefully humiliate me. a master/slave relationship should be one of mutual respect and genuine caring. take care of your slaves and one day they will take care of you.

I am not sure healthy goes with a Master Vampire minion relationship. We all can say that we'd have limits, but more than likely they are just breaking points that would result in our deaths.

It stated that to own a slave the master vampire must have the right materials to keep a human healthy. They cannot claim another vampire's slave without apporval of the King Vampire, or the one that currently owns the human. The rules were extensive about how the human has to have adequate meals each day, a house to live in and cannot be punished without warning.

A slave that is claimed by a vampire does have rights, though they are few. One of the most important rights given to a slave is that their master cannot force sex onto him/her. In the late 1500bc vampires would rape their slaves so bad that it eventually killed them. The slave has to right to three meals a day and a bed to sleep in. Everything else in their lives is governed souly by their master. They can be punished severely but do have the right to their own lives (the vampire cannot kill his slave without the slave somehow threatening the vampire's life)...

Maybe..just maybe someone would read this..lol but if i was a slave to a vampire master..i would do anything and everything that was asked of me.not once would i do anything against him/her as i do not want to upset them let alone get punished..well maybe i would do something small enough just to get punished..besides i love pain.

My current Master Vamp? Well, I followed her through a shopping mall for about five hours. Which is as big of a sacrifice as letting her drain nearly all of my blood.

I would do whatever my master said as long as my master gave me enough freedom to do what I want also. If the master did not, I do not think there would be a master for very long.

From what I've read most Master Vampires use their servants as food, much like we would have a cup of coffee upon rising in the morning a MV would have you at their beck and call for a drink hehe (fictional reading of course). So I suppose I would be his scooby snack *smiles*...

i a gree with nocturnal about having a life of my own. But i would be able to do both what my aster wants of me and what i need to do to keep the cops or any one else for looking into my personal busniness and the friends that i keep.

Id be gone in 6 seconds flat.
