I have often heard about recycled souls, or reincarnation, I was just wondering about your thoughts on it and how, if it is true, one could find out who he was in a past life.
I for one believe that if you are truly evil in life, or if you are unhappy and have some un finished business, you are forced to walk the earth forever. And if you are truly good then your soul will be used again. I just wanted to know your thoughts on the subject and of course, if you have an answer for my question above I would be happy to hear it.

I don't believe that souls are inherently good or evil when they are released from the body. they carry imprints of the lives they've lived, but they are reincarnated to be given the chance to have a better life, if need be

I am not really a christian either, but I do believe in such things like angels and demons, and stuff of that nature. And, yeah, what you said helps.

I believe in reincarnation, I believe that vampires for one are immortal.In the sense that their souls are immortal.
As far as whether the soul itself stays evil or it stays good throughout each lifetime.I think we all make choices to be good or bad.Certainly differents times breed different views on good and evil.But certainly, we still make that choice.

I think that it is possible to be reincarnated, say for instance if you are meant to do something but in your life time you did not get it accomplished then maybe you will continue to live different lives until the thing your supposed to do or find is done. i think that if you are truly evil then your soul would be recycled as you put it to be better in the next life than you were in the past.

Some believe it's possible to delve into past lives through hypnotherapy, meditation, or even consulting someone with psychic awareness. I'd like to think it's possible.

i do believe that your choices you make in your lifetime help decide where your soul moves onto in the next life time

i think that if you were evil in this lifetime that you may get a second chance in the next or if you were really evil then you will be punished in your next life

i know that most of you believe in second chances but are there those who are so eveil that they deserve to have their souls sundered, or destroyed?

i do not think that anyone deserves to have their soul destroyed no matter how evil they were

I agree, no one should be completely destroyed just punished. I just wanted to someones oppinion on it.

I think good and evil is relative. Souls are reincarnated so that they can learn. I do not believe in reincarnation being used as a punishment tool. It is natural to have both good and evil present, so evil souls would be reincarnated as well and placed randomly just like good souls are. A vampire's soul reincarnates frequently, which is how we are immortal. The way to remember is to meditate.

I think I understand what you are saying, evil souls are reincarnated as well as the good ones so that there will be a constant balance.

but why would an evil soul be sent out to be evil again?

that is telling someone it is ok to be evil b/c you will never be punished for it anyway

Not actually sending it out to be evil again but snding it out to have another chance, and then it still makes the wrong choices and bad decisions, then there will be a balance. There will always be good and evil no amount of punishment or second chances will change that.

Befor recycling there should be defining!

What is a soul? It's easy to recycle the body. Every graveyard will do that for you. But is there something not part of the body? I don't think so, therefore there's nothing to recycle....

I personally don't believe reincarnation is either punishment or reward.. simply a learning process .. a forward progression ..so to speak.

I think the soul itself cannot be evil or good, it is more neutral, in a serein way, more tend to good, but also can defent itself. the imprint of evil or good is purely out of choice. You choise to be evil or good, the soul has the same liberty. It is not naturaly good or naturaly evil, regardless if it reincarns or not. But yes what goes around comes around.

I believe that one's soul can be reincarnated and what one becomes depends on how they have lived their life.

Reincarnation is a definite. We are disposable, and I agree with everyone who says that your actions in this life are a deciding factor as to how you will spend the next. Just remember you could come back as a worm, and find yourself on a hook.

I most definitely believe in reincarnation. I also believe that if you were a terrible person in say this lifetime, your next lifetime would be an atonement lifetime.I think that our souls go through different stages before we have eternal peace. They would be Baby Soul, Young Soul, Mature Soul, and Old Soul. I believe this idea came from the book"Messages from Michael." It explains it perfectly!

I for one do think its possable to die and be born agian. And even while waiting for this moment to take place the soul walks the earth.

Hence ghosts or guardian angels if you will.

Personally I dont think it is true, if there was such a thing as recyled souls, would we not go crazy by the past memories?

I've seen some people go through such craziness due to the past memorys.
remembering how they died and who they loved.
but for many the death of the body cleanses the memory of the soul.

Reincarnation, there might indeed be leftover memories, but not sure.

I'm pretty sure that the way we behave in our current life plays a part in what we will be in our next life. Reincarnation doesn't have to be a punishment.

Many have a belief of reincarnation and karma to attain divinity over many lifetimes. They believe that each lifetime has lessons that are to be learned to develop the immortal spiritual self to become one with the Source. The idea is that each human spirit is reincarnated time after time into new physical bodies until a type of "spiritual enlightenment" is reached- each life being a new lesson and making the spirit "wiser."

I actually do feel the same way about it. I do think that we are stuck here till we prove ourselves worthy.

Reincarnation found its way to the Western world during the "New Age" philosophies wave in the 60s. Actually there are more religions that support reincarnation, Buddist and Hindu especially, than not. It was accepted in Christianity until the Council of Nicea eliminated reincarnation from its allowed beliefs. Most Pagans and Wytches believe in it, some see it as a wheel of life.
Being "good" or "bad" has nothing to do with reincarnation, but with "karma", another of those "new age" beliefs. The Law of Karma, places a burdon on those who do bad things and they must pay off their karmoc debt through being reborn. The debt follows you through many lives if serious enough.

I'll honestly have to say that I don't know anything for sure in this department, the same way that none of us do. It is all speculation. It does leave open a lot of interesting questions, however.

i believe my soul is a old soul. there for, it being recycled is possible.

Well i do believe in reincarnation myself. I believe that each life time we are here, we are here to learn a set number of lessons. Sometimes it is necessary to be evil in a life time, how else are you to understand the true value of things if you don't experience the darker side of life.

I believe you can become caught walking the earth if you have to repeatedly learn a lesson, but I do believe you eventually understand and when you have completed your learning on this earth level you move to the next.

Life for me is one big constant cycle of growth, learning and change. I believe it has very little to do with being good or evil.

I'm not sure what to think about reincarnation itself. This is something we will never truly know about until it actually happens to us as individuals.

It is said that you do come back not as the exact same person but you soul. So that you can hopefully learn from your past mistakes til you reach true enlightenment.

there are different views on the reason for reincarnation. One is to successfully gain nirvana(freedom from the cycle of rebirth). Another is that we choose to reincarnate to gain knowledge for the great hall of records in order to fulfill our purpose and ascend higher.

I dont know how life after death goes. But I hope there is reincarnation.
