As you may have noticed in our new crest, the words in the middle are One Year In the Shadows. Come 11/18, we have been open for one solid year- and we are still having a total blast with this. If you choose to join in you are more than welcome.

Seriously though, this has been one of the most amazing rides on VR and I don't plan on getting off of it any time soon, in fact, I have dibs on the front row seat. ;) As I continually tell you all in the Word thread of our forum.....the WORD is MINE!!! :P

As a member of Shadow Angels, I would recommend this coven to anyone. Its drama free, the people here are very nice and the coven functions like a family. It's definately a coven worth checking out!

and you get to kill the lady above free of charge. just join and get your killer instincts on. >:p its a very fun coven so there is no need to worry about "all work and no play makes jack a dull boy" though feel free to hack the members up with an axe anytime.

This coven has gone strong for over a year because of those who have been involved- friends, allies members alike. If you were a founding member or someone who hasn't been in for very long I take the time to thank you one and all- you're the reason why I do this, and why as long as I'm here on VR this coven will be here as well.

The coven is pretty much for those who want a place to belong without having too many lofty goals over their heads. Activity is at the pace of the member, never forced. We would love to have you with us, so if interested feel free to message myself or any ACM within the coven.

anyone who wants a coven that is not only mad and fun but also looks after their members then this is one of the ones for you and i have my experience in it to know i'm right and back that up.

this is the best coven I can ever be and I am proud to be here. sevendeadlysinner also made part of it and still love the coven.

From my view, the coven members themselves are amazing. This has never been my coven it has always belonged to those within.

Thank you everyone, I'm truly honored to have as wonderful of a coven as what I have. From the beginning I said this coven is only as good as it's members, and I couldn't be more proud of the coven- past and present.

Shadowed Angels by far is one of the best covens on VR!I was once part of this coven and I was a ACM as well.I still call this Coven my home because the CM and everyone in it is so AMAZING!

I never thought in a million years that I would be saying this, but the coven is within less than 2 weeks of yet another milestone- 2 years. Where the hell did all the time go?

Seriously though, without the members of the coven, past and present this coven would not be the place it is now. It doesn't matter if you were one of the founders or just recently joined, the success of this coven is not and has never been about me- I have always said a coven is only as good as it's members and I dare say I have one of the best covens on VR because this is my family. Thank you, every last one of you!

a coven by itself is always nothing, so its always the members that make a coven good or bad, SA has many of the best. as long as i have been there i have seen no drama or at least big ones, as everyone gets on with each other.

Gwen, you were there for over a year and you're always welcome back if you so choose. I'm not sure the coven wold have made it as far as it has without friends like you involved. And of course Manny, consider it an honor to be part of the Family De'Morte- without some of the lessons learned as one of your ACM's the coven would likely have never came into being.

Now this goes for all of the members of the coven, past and present: I have said since day one that it's the members which make a coven great- not favor counts, not status in terms of standings. It's all of you which have made the coven great, and continue to make it so. There are a few too many names to say I'm sure so I'll simply say this: Thank you, every one of you.

Hell! I've known the CM of Shadowed Angels since pretty much when I first joined VR a few years back. He's trustworthy, loyal to his members and totally understanding. He is fantastic at mediation between outer-coven members, and all-round nice guy. I've been a member of Shadowed Angels on and off for the past few years too, and it's a very comfortable, heart-warming coven to be in. Congrats Dave!

Hello I am now a cm of my own coven but befor i was, i was ACM in this coven and dave's old coven,as long as i have been on vr dave the cm has always been one of the most loved and sweetest cm I have ever know,
any one who has ever been in his coven is and has been proud, i some time wish i had not sired up and started my own coven becuse i miss posting there.

I said it before and i will say it again, its a brilliant-one of the kind coven that is full of random people, we recently got back an old member, the first member and its great to kill her in the forums again. The only coven i can say that is equal to SA was The Mourning Shadows which sadly closed down, Pandemonium was a good coven that filled MS shoes nicely but that too closed down. Luckily SA is still going strong and has been here for years now. if anyone is crazy, evil or random, please message us and we will induct you and torture you for a week....maybe a month. >:)

I've said it from the beginning and I'll still say this: a coven is only as good as the members within. Over the past 2 years we have had a lot if fun and it's nowhere close to being over. If interested message me or any ACM within and we will be happy to help bring you in.

As of today, Shadowed Angels has been open for 3 years. Damn, has it really been that long?

I've said it plenty of times over the years but our continued existence has very little to do with me. It's because of the members that I have been open for a year much less for three years. It doesn't matter if you're new to the fold or in some form have always been in, I say thank you.

Its a good achievement, not all covens last long and if they do, they sometimes become inactive. This coven is still quite active and a lot of fun. I would not leave it for as long as I am here.

I hope mine will last as long, I can't remember how long MS lasted for since I was only in there a year but I remember seeing SA around back then and its lasted up till now and is still going strong.
We got freedom.
We got civility.
We got peace, despite the crazy members.
We got wacky members....but I top them of course >;P
And there is a good family-like bond there, whatever our own nature may be, we are there for each other.

Good Coven, its run by someone who would go the extra mile for his members. One of the best covens to be in really.

Most certainly. As I said before, I won't be leaving anytime soon, the only way that will happen is if the coven closed down. I hope that never happens obviously.
