The power of enhancing my profile eludes me.. how can i add art and graphic with in the profile, insted of just the pics at the bottom.... I seem to be at an end as far as building goes....

YEah Ive been wanting to insert my pictures between the paragraphs of my profiles so that it makes more sence. Yeah Taymos has a great profile, but he's also good with computers unlike me!

Taymos is also good with laymans terms=)

first you take the wichamacallit ..attatch that file to the whodyadingy. Then ya have to type huh? and ok. download friggdatshizzy. install the criptronic activator and you should have it...lmao.


no realy.. you have to use src= html.
and most web hosts do not like you to use thier pages as hosts.. So I use my bands web page for that perpose.

Thought I would bump this up in case anyone needs help with their Profile....Plan on a Major update by Tues. jan. 4th !

There are many, many html tutorials out there. Just go to google and search: html tutorial.

What most of you don't understand, is if you are going to put up pictures not hosted at Vampire Rave (IE, in the picture slots), they have to be hosted somewhere else.

I'm sure many of you have no clue what I am talking about when I say 'hosted'.

The picture has to be on a computer somewhere, that is always connected to the internet. Just about every ISP gives your some free webhost space with an Internet account. And there's free webhosts out there too.

I know this doesn't completely answer the question put forth in this thread, but it's a far more complicated question than the question itself implies.

Yes AnTaNia it would have been nice to have read this before, but alais I think in some ways we have all learned alot of new things, and the little bit of friendly competition that was sparked really helped spur alot of people into wanting to have a better profile. And in helping each other out with learing how to do things, I think some of us have become a little closer as friends :^) I thank everyone for their help, their encouragment, and their rates, love you all :^*
