Tell what the senario was, who made you mad or did something?

It is not who made me mad, it is what made me mad. I am very angry at the pain I have everyday and not being independent. Who has made me angry is my father and my boyfriend. My father for his abuse and my boyfriend for our arguements.

the thing that makes me angriest most in life is death. and the reason i feel that way is because some i care about is now not here. i hate that part of life with a passion.

But I could agree with nightstalkervamp once again, and I would say 'life'..

Probaly when people lie to me and I catch them in thier lie, but yet they still try to pull the lie off. Like I'm an idiot. Or when people cut me off while I'm talking. Also, when you know that someone is wrong and yet they still argue and insist they are right. grrrr.

That's one of the most frustrating things...it's like "Ok. Stop now. I know. You know I know. Let's end this with some dignity" but they cant do it....and they leave me not knowing whether they really think there's a chance I might believe them...or if they're just that stubborn.

As for a single outstanding event...and I'm talking about a sudden petty burst of anger here,

I had an ex boyfriend who was always giving me crap about how I was cheating on him, blah blah blah, he talked to people, people said things, he was suspicious....
We finally had it out and reached a point where he swore he was going to let it rest..we were going to start anew, with a wonderful trusting relationship.

That night I got an e mail from him confessing that he slept with someone else toward the begining of our relationship. All that time with him badgering me about things I wasn't even doing...and he was hiding this....and telling me now...as though NOW was the right time to get it off of his chest.

needless to say, that was the end of the relationship. The end of a lot of things for him actually.

The thing that has made me angry is the fiend who has pasted their version of information to someone I did care for dearly for as a friend of mines. And that *fiend* being so sneaky in going behind my back to do it. It says a lot about their character. Cheapness like this makes me angry. Yeah. Bigtime. But, me being who,and what I am - I try to turn even bad experiences into good, but this one really sucks.

For the past 3+ weeks I have been suffering from an earache. If you're not aware, earaches are the result of runaway rage... And although I thought I had my rage under control, it escaped (see Journal, Personal Entry April 5th 2005).

There is no circumstance under which either anger or rage is beneficial. You should wholeheartedly attempt to remove these characteristics from your person.

Hmm must say after my father was remaried whenever his wife threw out possesions of my deceased mother and when i confronted her she said just get over it she's gone

things that cause blind killing type rage..
it is never on thing but a slow steady buildup of events....like a volcano preparing to blow.....then after the blow...I simmer again...
single events are more of just a catalyst to me than a cause..

Sometimes it's just life, but I learn to deal with it as the world isn't perfect. But a couple things from my past that really bother me are my father and my brother. I am now surrounded by my friends, making new ones as well which help me through the rough spots.

people who judge other people wrongly, or just hate on them are the ones who get me mad. They have no right to insult what they don't understand. When i'm mad, i notice that strange things happen. Things like doors closing & opening by themselves, mysterious footsteps, weird voices talking (if i'm by meself), & other phenomenon like that.

for me it was my x wife who tried to keep my kids away from me, only to abuse them,and for me to get custody....

hmm so many but the one that i think of is that my ex boyfriend is telling everyone about the personal things we did together. that pisses me off so bad. errrr and he's making it seem like i was the bad person when he was i never hurt him but it hurt me so that does not make me the bad one. im just pissed at him he needs to shut his mouth.

I think the event that I remeber making me the most angry was when my ex attempted sucide after being dumped by her current......

I think the only justification for anger is someone deliberately destroying something you love... even if it is themselves.....

And I disagree with you cancer wholeheartedly.... if anger makes you move and makes you make a change, then it isn't bad. I think the slaves would still be picking cotton and women would still be wearing corsets (damn ok that is one bad thing about anger) if that were the case. Anger is there for a reason just like fear and love... if you choose to ignore their messages you do so at your peril.

I have only one word that has made me the angriest right now and that word is "FATE" cursing it with my last breath...

Not to be a super downer ... but I think the one thing that has always mad me angry throughout my life, although I've learned to live with it .. Is the man driving drunk in the car that my mother was killed in .. I've long since gotten over the anger of her death, but it's the fact that the guy was driving already on a suspended license, from another drunk driving accident... and because it was in 1977 DD laws were vary lax then .. so needless to say the guy was never charged with anything and needless to say he's probably still alive somewhere ..

I'm going along with outgoing on this one because i can relate to it. I think my worst moment in life thus far is when my own mother betrayed me and took my daughter from me for 3 yrs. using the flawed system no doubt.

Lesson: You can't trust people, not even your own family.

When I was going through my divorce, my church promised to be my support group. I missed church for six months and no one even noticed. When I would visit occasionally, they would say that they missed me and loved me and if I ever needed anything just to ask. Moths would go by and not a single phone call, card, or visit. I was once a minister, but I threw my certificate back at them and abandoned church life altogether.

Love me or hate me, but don't B.S. me with hypocrisy and lies.

Mordes, anger should never be your impetus to move. Anger is base and animalistic. You should have the wisdom and foresight to move before anger strikes.

Now you might argue this couldn't apply when something is thrust upon you unexpected... But it can. And most of the events I have read in this thread were not totally unexpected.

well my ex boyfrind james was in denial about raping me but after we broke up he kept coming around even though he knew what he had done to me. everytime he comes around my sister forces me back into the house to keep me from beating him to pulp.

Myself. I felt that I was making a mess of htings, and that I really am to blame for everything that goes wrong in it.

I realised that it wasnt anything else that was making things unhappy foir me, it was the way I dealt with what things threw at me.

I trashed my room. I threw everything all over the place, including the chair.

The one thing that made me most angry? Well i'll give you a little backround info i guess. my parent were happily married for 19 years then my dad splits baecause my moms best friend promised him a cruise if they got married...ok big deal. but later, he calls my sister and tells her that her, my brother and i were all mistakes, saying we were never supposed to be. Later he denies ever saying these things and tries to be mr. perfect. it makes me livid.

I really don't get angry often. Most of the time I'm the cause of anger.

Anyway, I really hate it when people don't give things a chance, or, on the other hand, they don't let things go.

The thing that has made me th emost angry was when my best friend ignored me for her boyfriend after he cheated on him more than once, and after all the crap that he's done to her....

Sometimes i wish to hit her.

Now he's going to another school, and she doesn't know what to do because she has almost no friends. ofcourse i'll be there for her, but I seriously think that there's noone as stupid as her.

my sister got cancer and i was suddenly left alone at home while parents stood with my sis in the hospital... i was left at home alone with no answers as to how she was doing, i just knew she could die... i was left at home to wallow in my blinding rage, hate and confusion... but from within that darkness i was reborn i believe..... i found my light in the darkness and now i let it illuminate me.......

lol a great many of things piss me off! But i think what pisses me off the most, was my ex b.f who claimed he loved me, and i fell in love with him. He was just usin me for a place to live for free and other things, but it took me like till a couple days ago to figure this out....and that is what has made me the most angry recently

there is only one thing that can make me realy mad, and that is a LIE. I can take everything but that. So the people who made me reeealy mad were the ones I cared for and they lied to me. It was a good friend that is noe wth my x, remmember all my love threads about two month ago... it was a very bad period of my life...and i am glad it is over.

Hmmmm what makes me very angry?

One of my supposed girlfriends (just a friend) will be nice to my face and then turn around and tell someone a bunch of crap about me. So that person thinks the worst of me when they don't even know me and all the stuff I have been through in the last couple of years, ie: thyroid cancer and thyroid surgery....possible thyroid cancer again (I didn't have it this time thank God) and another thyroid surgery... then a breast reduction gone horribly wrong. 3 surgeries and cancer in 15 months as a single parent of 2 kids. Plus I moved from VA to LA with a 3 month stop in FL in between. Thanks so much US Navy.

I get up at 6 every freaking morning, get ready, get the kids ready and go to work. I don't get home until around 6:30 pm. Then I get home, make dinner, do laundry, get the kids bathed, ready for bed, stories and tuck them in. After that I'm exhausted.

I rarely get the chance to go out. I actually went out twice this month and was like wow this is not normal.

Yes, I have made my mistakes. What parent hasn't? But I'm a good mother. That's for damned sure.

So yeah, I hate when people make assumptions about me when they don't know me at all.

Oh yeah and not only that, the person who thinks to judge me has never been a parent, much less a single parent of 2 children.

I would love for them to know what it's like. I would love for them to go through it and then tell me how they feel about it.

Let them pay over $600 a month in childcare. Let them pay a mortgage just over $1000 a month and still hold it together.

Humanity. I think all people should smoke as much as I do...Our daily dose of this plague...Oh how I loath Humanity. It makes me angry. The angriest. Oh well. Even if only I smoke enough, I will at least get cancer and rid this planet of my putrid exsistence...Hugs to you all.

My grandmother quit smoking so she wouldnt have cancer. She tried to lose weight because she wanted her heart to be able to grow old with her. She ended up getting a brain tumor and it killed her.

What angers Me most is that we (I included at times) get caught up in the this and thats of society, have to be thinner, prettier, better, more.. blah blah.

That society is ok with what this does to people. Why do you think kids are shooting up high schools? Why do you think most people commit suicide? Why do most people hate thier lives? Because someone somewhere told them they werent good enough.

That things are so superficial that people are judged based on an unattainable beauty and people will die to achieve it.

Yeah, right on Angelpie.. I'm on your side with that. There are so many people out there willing to judge people without even truly knowing them and making assumptions on their character. Worse still, they choose to do it on an internet media and that is a difficult tool to convey the true person. So much can be misconstrued, misinterpreted, or even doctored about you.

Like you, it makes me right angry when someone you trusted as a friend goes behind your back, in a seek and destroy mission of your own character to those we care for, for their own pomp and glory.

If our friend listens, however, we must ask ourselves if they were truly a friend in the first place.

Besides, I don't think any of us are in a position to judge anybody else. Some people, however, have ego's who think they can, but normally they are the people with a chip on their shoulder always looking for happiness, but yet can never seem to find it.

The event that made me most angry...it was the ultimate betrayal from my best friend and the person I loved, after I almost died..

In March I had a brush with death at my own hand. Not proud of it, but not going to deny it. My reasoning wasn't regarding this person, but he stopped me, telling me I had more to live for, I had him to live for and that if I would just call an ambulance he would be with me when I got back...I lived, not for him, but because the method I used failed , and he abandoned me, he just up and left, and wouldn't tell me anything. I gave him every oppurtinity to go, without any anger involved, and I wanted him to, because I knew he didn't want to, but he still lied to my face over and over about it.

It took a friend of mine confronting him to get an answer from him that he didn't want to be with me. The fact that he wasn't just honest with me just made things worse, because then I was angry because he couldn't have been a man about it, and it does anger me that he used such a false way to keep me alive. You don't promise something like that, regardless of the circumstance. It's not being nice, it's not doing any good and it's really only making thigs so so much worse in the end because I had that much more pain to deal with. But hey, he did his good deed for the day which didn't turn out to be good at all.

Save a life, earn a merit badge.

I agree...anger is unhealthy.
I make a distinction between angers though...there's petty anger (about things like boyfriends being dumb or employers who make insane demands) For me, this sort of anger doesn't hurt, It's inspirational. I can react and then drive home singing.
The real anger is the kind that I think has to be dealt with cautiously, the kind that doesn't inspire a sane response and that can burn inside you and cause earaches and dizziness and high blood pressure. That's the type that I try to avoid and soothe and not act on.

imagine for a second... you are made into someone else. you react to things in ways you shouldn't and you have to somehow deal with this as the people that caused it won't even look at you for fear of being sued to hell and back...

I guess...what made me so angry and what continues to make me angry...Was probably when my parents tried to be abusive towards myself. I was going to kill them. They would say things that would put me on the verge of suicide. I don't think any one deserves that. otherwise if someone hurts my friends I get sooo angry heh

I am almost LIVID everytime I see a photo of myself because I know others will see them at some point. Ive been on this site since September.

1st. Myself I always seem to disapoint myself one way or another so yeah I am often verry angry with myself

They all happened at once ...not so long ago....and I can honestly say the rage inside was intollerable....I have never felt so angry in all my life....I was absolutely blind with rage for a moment ....I remembered there was a peaceful release and did that to calm myself down.....however If there were to be a next time I know that I will not control myself and get medieval on someone's ass....LOL

Something else that hasn't been brought up.. Anger is one of the strongest manipulative tools. When you give into anger you are giving someone else power over you. This is not beneficial. Even if the manipulation is in your better interests.

It is far better to develop the wisdom and foresight to deal with these situations before they arise.

Problems at a job do not develop overnight. Prevent the problem or find another job before it gets out of hand.

Do a better job in realizing the true nature of people. Don't put them in a position to hurt you. Recognize the characteristics that exist within all liars, thiefs, and manipulators.

Realize when you are the one to blame. Don't always be looking to become a victim.

Over time, you will develop stronger suits of character and you will deal with the world in a better manner.

I don't claim to be perfect. My most recent episode proves that I am not. However, this recent episode of rage was the first since 1998. That's not too shabby.

Well theres a few things one is when people mess with my stuff b/c i have to get my stuff for myself no one ever gives me stuff i work for it

lol anger is just as powerful as love and each emotion can be useful. anger depending on how you focus it can boost your abilities and well, a lot things can happen when your emotional levels are higher than the norm. It's all about control.

the thing that makes me the angriest is that my ex b/f (the love of my life) cheated on me...so i broke up with him and went to this guy named justin..(which is on this site *slayerhater666*) and now he may be cheating on me...so i would have just been better with the love of my life cheating on me...LIFE SUCKS!!

Among many other things, as well, but in general; life. The runner up would probably be people, in many different ways, but not everyone at once.

The thing about anger, is in being able to control that emotion. I know it can be hard for some people to do that, that is why in some instances we have crime, and in particular towards people. Basically if you can manage yourself, you can control your emotions.

I think my point being is that if one denys anger as a part of one self one is bottling it up and waiting for it to explode at an inopertune time....

The proper thing to do is to bottle it and wait for someone whom deserves it with a vengence and then let it explode all over them in a messy cathartisim that totally ruins their day but totally makes yours...

What made me the angriest so far in life is my own family believing a family friend over me and then putting me through hell (medications, doctors, you get the picture)...

i think what made me angry is well one of my mom's ex-boyfriends abused her , me and my sister and iwhat made me angry is that my mom didnt do a damn thing about it.

probably the one thing that makes me the most angry are the people that do things to children; molestation, murder, abuse (either sexual or non-sexual), rape, neglect, and so on. to me, that is the most unforgivable thing that a person can do in my mind. children come into this world so innoscent and not knowing about the corruptions of the world; they don't ask of anyhting like this to happen to them-all they want is love. anyone who does anyything wrong toa child needs to rot in hell!

ok one time my boyfriend and i were very happy(fairytale right) well like every thing eles he was a ASSHOLE it had been 3 months and he wanted me to sleep with him and me being me i told him no well him being a boy went and slept with and pay attention this is the good part my bestfriend her and me were like blood but after that i wanted her blood i was soo pissed i had to have my bother pull me off of her well after i got off her by now xboyfriend tried to tell me he was sry well thats were he went wrong i started out on him and it toke two people to pull me of off him in the end both of the lovely couple had matching bruses i had fun but i was sooo pissed i still see him around town but he makes a point to not talk to me and i think that that is the smartest thing he has done the hole time that i have known him.

The thing that makes me angry is not being able to do anything for my best friend who is slowely ruining her life. All she thinks about is sex and alchohol. The 2 things that get on my nerves the most! Im not angry at her, im just angry because i cant do anything about it. She doesn't care about school. all she cares about is having an older man come get her and take her away so she can have his baby and they live happily ever after.........Yeah right, it never happens like that. She has a new b/f just about every month, and eveytime she always says " I really love this one" I think she's ruining her life worrying about these kinds of things at the age of 17. Last summer thi guy asked me to have sex with him and i said no, so he asked my friend and she did it right away. I was so angry at myself! I was angry because i felt like if i would have talked to her a little more maybe she would have saved herself for a guy she really loved. She lost her virginity with a guy she barely knew. I always feel like its my fault when one of my friends gets hurt. Like when my best friend kayla started cutting herself. Im a strong believer in god and im always trying to help my friends, but i always feel like i never do it enough. sometimes i even get caught up in what there doing. so, the thing that makes me angry would be me, i guess.

People who prey on children. If it was up to me they would recieve the death penlty. I'd cut their hands off and feed them to the pigs. there are too many things I can't even speak of. there are alot of things that make me very angry. this rage inside just keeps adding up. thats why I put it all in song, maybe it will reach someone out there and maybe not I just got something to say about this world.

there are 3 main things that have made me mad in my life.
