are spirits real? ive always wanted to interact with a spirit but have not gotten to so are they real or arent they?

I actually know for a fact that they're real. I and my sister were playing with a ouija board and we saw odd things. Then when we were putting away my candles. one was still lit and it was knocked from my hand and onto my white carpet. now i have red bloches on the carpet. the next night I saw a man walking in my living room. I went out there and BAM nobody was there.

Spirits is a broad catagory of any non-corporeal (meaning not trapped in flesh) entity or being. Ghosts are just one type of spirit. I have witnessed ghosts to be real, that being the echoes of departed humans. I have also interacted with a number of other spiritual entities, some of which might be called strigoi morte. So yes, from my personal experience--they are real. But all are free to disbelieve if they so choose.

As far as ouija boards go, I've only messed with one once in my life and that was good enough for me. Whatever spirit we had contacted decided to make things in the room fall off shelves and such.

Yah i'm pretty sure that this will be the last time for me and a ouija board. I mean I called my spirit guide and I called for a protection spell. Obviously neither of which helped that much. I had my eyes closed and my sister saw the lights flicker and a man standing behind me. behind me was a desk and a chair beside it. I know the candle was knocked from my hands. where i touched shouldnt have been hot but it felt like someone had set my finger tips ablaze.

Something definatly is there. Call them ghosts, spirits, demons, angels, what ever. Whatever name makes you more comfortable with the fact that something is there.

I got three letters out of him and if he was a male. LWC were the annitials. I dont know if he left. I'd hope so. I know that they are real. I have a resident spirit. I know who she is and why she won't leave. I also know that she is harmless.

Yes they are real. I have seen them as long as I can remember. My family tells stories of my happily babbeling to the wall when I was first learning to talk. But the other people in my family that can also them swear I was not talking to myself that I was talking to spirits. Rarely do I fear them. Of course there have been a few. In a way I suppose I am lucky in that I never needed to serch them out.

I spend a great deal of energy trying to ignore and avoid them. But if its not somehting you do easily seeking a spirit can be dangerous or at the very least unwise.. unless of course you have someone with you that is versed in such things.

ghost are very real.... i have had several exsperiences with different spirits it is very real. its kind of spooky while it happens but you feel so good after it happens it is something that you will never forget

of course ghost(spirits) are real they are just like us but have moved on to a different level of conciousness as well as not in complete form like us. spirits are made up of energy matter,emotion and memmories andsometimes when a certian even occurs it triggers these spirits to be come active.

I believe that ghost are real. I think that they are just the spirits of a person that was experiencing intense anger or some other over whelming emotion at the time of their death. Or maybe that felt as if they hadn't finished living and refuse to move on.

they a defenatly real. ive experianced them myself. its kinda freaky. different things like knives in a wall, falling things off of a shelf, to an old man in a rocking chair in my friends living room when there is no old man that lives there and they dont own a rocking chair. ive haerd foot prints from the upper level when no ones up there. a dancing girl in the burgandy room screaming and crying. and its not just me that sees them and hears them, its whoever goes over there.

Yes they are indeed as real as you and I and anyone else that you know. I do have personal experience with communicating to spirits as well as my family members.

They can't be proved scientifically but science can't prove everything in life. Besides...people with science already have a hard time explaining life. Mmm....weirdness.

they are real big time, I get hurt by them often, by bruses and push, pull, even almost strangle at one time, as for what I read DO NOT use ouji board, they are bad and they only open the door to all sorts of spirits inlcuding demons, it is a bad thing to have and use, they dotn get the psirits out or the demon outs they get them in, so all should be carefull, as for pushign them away, usually you need a stronger then you to help, for me it helped part but I am still unable to puhs the others away, the ones that hurt me.

*knock on wood* I've never had an experience with a "mean" or "evil" spirit... all of the spirits I have encountered either wanted to help me in some way or were in need of my help. All were positive experiences.

Not a good idea... I would not advise anyone to use a Ouija board to connect to spirits.. I've heard of many bad things happening such as once you have opened the door to the spirit realm, it is hard to close it... A Ouija board is definitely not something to mess with.

everyone interacts with spirtis all the time. just because you dont see them yourself does not mean that you dont interact with them

I have no reason to say they are not real and feel that a spirit ghost spectre wraith is an energy of a pst life that is not at rest and is searching for that which will enable it to do such

I'm not completely sure, but I have had an ironing board float across a room and attack me if that counts.

I really do belive that there are ghost or demonic things around us because I have dealt with the nasty ones before and the ones are not so bad !!!

No the ironing board doesnt count unfortunatly. There is a clause in the Articles of Haunting that specifically excludes attacks by ironing boards from being counted as a ghostly experiance or encounter. Having it float across the room however in order to attack you does mean that you can count that since it floated before attacking you. (Not trying to offend friend, just having some fun. It definatly counts though)

i can tell you due from experience that with out a doubt, ghosts are indeed real. in fact, i used to go to a catholic school, i'm agnostic now, but when i went to the school i saw the ghost of a disceased teacher.i made the unwise decision to tell a teacher, and went to the school counsler for the remainder of the year.

All you need to do is open yourself to them... It almost sounds like you are trying to hard to interact with them and that would be one reason why you are unable to do so... relax and they will come to you when they are ready.... Do keep in mind however this will take time and not to rush the results... Keep in mind Spirits have an eternity to wait for you to come around.....

I, like many people on this post, must agree that ghosts are definitely real. As a small child, I saw the ghost of my dog who had recently died. A few years later, I also saw my grandfather shortly after his death. More recently I have often felt the presence of spirits.

I have some very weird experiences...my house in America, were i lived before we moved to Switzerland, was haunted and i saw really scary stuff there.

One night, I saw guy throw himself off our roof. I ran outside and there was no one there.... BOO! Sorry, random moment

My friends explores empty houses and he and I go into the haunted ones. Some of the stuff i have seen and heard scared the livin' shit outta me.

I've gotten over it now and I don't mind the odd ghosts. So yeah, i think they are real

I KNOW for a fact they are real. My great grandfather passed away. All of us were visited by him during a 2 week period, telling us kids that we'd be ok and to be there for our families. He was full blood Cherokee. He stuck with his families traditions, and also their beliefs. For all of you that dought spirits....YOU may be in for a rude awakening....

I believe they are very real. I once saw my deceased grandfather dying in front of my eyes when I woke up in the middle of the night.

Also, while visiting my grandmother I saw my great aunt who I have never met before wandering the halls. I didn't know till after that it was her when i described her to my grandmother.

if you want to see them you must believe they are real but it depends on where you live and if there was anything that could keep a spirt or ghost there and for how long

i believe there are ghosts and spirits all around us. i have come in contact with some, and have heard many interesting stories from others who have had even powerful experiences than i have had. I never have had a convo with a spirit or ghost. but my mom went to see a medium on my dad's bday (he passed away 2 years ago) and she felt him. the medium held my moms hand and she could feel pins and needles. they are out there.

After seeing all discovery's channel documentaries ...yeah...I think they exist

yes they are...too many people have had the personal experience of seeing a ghost...too many for it to be just a coincidence.

to understand if ghost are real..i believe that you have to have a open mind to the supernatural and not close them out it's like closing the dorr on a person they won't come knocking agian if you dont answer them and it goes the same with spirits if you accept them then they will most likely visit more freely i think one has to have such personal experiences to decide if they are real or not

Of course they r real. U have to really believe they r. Sometimes u don't see them but u can sense them. I know because some spirits keep me from trouble and will help me through things. They guide us through life. Or my encounters do.
