This thread is/was started as a place to settle in and get use to your new home.

How did you come across VR? Are you a recent vamp, or just looking for answers to the lifestyle? Have an idea about vampirism, but not sure if your information is correct? Whatever your question might be, ask. You'll get a variety of ansers-- knowing the lot of us. ;)

If you're not sure about something, ask or PM someone you think looks like they might have a good answer-- or story in the case of some of us that blather on and on. ;)

Remember: to try and be respectful to everyone, even if you don't fully agree with their ideas. We're a community site looking out for everyone here.

Would like to learn (If it's possible, although i'm led to believe it is.) Psy-Vampirisim, as I'm interested in the Chi-Arts (visual/elemental/physical manifestation of the bodies energy) and when mucking around and trying this stuff, it drains alot of personal energy.

Although I'm not convinced that vampires (in the classical sense) really exsist, there's plenty of other kinds around. This is very difficult for some of us to tell something about us while not getting bored. I always carry the nickname Vampyrez. You say it in a different way too, than just vampires. But more with an accent. I am a Dutch girl off eightteen years old and still a student. Further I would like to say that a lot of people don't believe in vampires, but why are there then people who need to be in a booting camp or something? They've become something they wanted to be, or they born that way...so why would people disagree with that? Simply because they don't believe it, maybe they are blind to say that there are vampires who are indeed drinking blood of their donors. I keep the whole 'vampire' thing for myself, only a good friend of mine knows about it. But further? No, my friends, I suggest you will keep it for yourself. I have had a lot of trouble with it in the past, so let it be...

Sigh, I hate to say it, but the repeat and frivolous posting has begun, yet again.

I know a lot of folks are new to the site. All I ask is that before you start a new thread, you go back 5 or 6 pages to see if the it's been done before. We go through this about once a month, here, so we'll just call it housecleaning. Please read the posts in this thread that have been made by some of the senior members. There is a lot of good info about what is relevent to post and what is not.

The Mods are doing a great job of RIPing the frivolous subjecs, but let's help 'em out by thinking before you post! Thanks!
