Have you ever come across a place that just makes you feel really bad or you cannot walk through for one reason or another? I am not talking about the energy grid here such leylines and stuff,but just bad places..that feel infected somehow.

Once when I was in High scholl. The witches house they called it and even walking uup to it made me sick to my stomach, A few of my friends said the same thing. So we refused to go to it when we did neighbor hood clean ups.

I have experienced bad feelings when approaching certain locations, but nothing overwhelmingly negative. For instance, some places make me black out whenever I go there, so I avoid them, as well as places that make me feel a bit uneasy. But I have never felt sick to my stomach as a result of being near someplace.

But yes,it is really weird when it happens .there was a place I couldnt ride across that actually felt like it was surging with electricity..that was the strangest one I have come across.

Yes - a few places make me feel as if I can walk no further. A few places also have made me ill.

This usually happens more to those of us who are sensative to the paranormal - ghosts, spirits etc... It can be extremely bad if you are empathic like my daughter.

Yes,it can get pretty bad at times.

there once a place that i never beento before its a beautiful house so i thought i would get a closer look but the closer i got i started to sicker and sicker by the time i was the porch i was ready hurl

yes there are some woods by my house that people throw their trash everywhere and itsjust really unhealthy to go into and walk through.

These places are not uncommon, especially if you live near an old battle field or place where something extraordinarily bad happened.
These places "hold" these memories like a tape recorder holds a song. Going through these places can make even the most insensitive person ill or frightened and not understanding why they feel that way.

That imprint is known as an Akashic record.It is amazing though how it can make one feel so bad at times however.

Yes, I have come across, imprinted / infected / haunted places.. Mainly places where an evil deed or a death has taken place that was very violent.

Also places when many a wrong deed had taken place, not an evil one but just many wrong ones that stained that place.. made it un clean some how.

if any one knows how to "clean/ cleanses" such a place I would be interested, BUT I cant use sage so please any methods that you know of that dont use sage would be helpful.

Also,there are places that are so large and sick ,its like how could one even clean it ? Boznia for instance.

I know it sounds all sterotypical.

but there are some places like the sanctuaries of churches, where they conduct mass, or when there is hundreds of people in one location praying. It in the past has felt as though the air was being denied into my lungs that my throat was being forced closed. *shrugs* but its been some years since ive been in a place like that.

Well most places I think could be if enough people took it upon them selves to pitch in and do it.. Just like the evil or the wrong if you put enough good energy into a place it would stay there as well..

I know water can help in this matter as well.. If in very large areas such as you said we could build a waterfall a very Large one it alone would help improve the area. I know it sounds odd but its true.

But do enough peeps know how to even do something like that? In one group?

Oceanne, all that is needed it faith ... you dont need to know how but to have the right intentions and goal everything else can be copied room the few that do.

IF you got together a few 100 people to one place, a bad place, to cleanse it and just had a few days of good there a few days of love and a few days of sacrifice and ritual done I think ti would really work even if only two or three of the few 100 knew what they were doing and the others followed.

I agree with you MBD as far as smaller plots..but when it comes to a whole country..or two,I mean it would take almost everyone.The land os so drenched in blood and violent death..could it even really be cleansed?

As sad as it makes me I do believe there are some places like that that are too far gone and forsaken now. They should be evacuated and closed off to humans and let mother nature take it back. She can do wonderful things to cleans a place on her own. These places would make for great wild life habitats any ways and we need to give back to mother earth and there is a good place to start.

If it happened now, I hope I would take note of the feeling without allowing it to affect me adversely.

I have read quite a few posts where people have written that their empathy tends to make them feel very unwell.

Perhaps because I feel that this plane belongs to me/us I think it's possible to 'bolster' ourselves and walk where we will without this kind of interference.

the homeless shelter i goto everynight is like that, every morning i wake up there i feel like part of soul was stolen.

I hold a slightly different view, believing at this time that the record is held on a different level.

Interesting ..and not a bad line of thought either..So you believe these remenants are just spot? I could go for that if I didnt believe torsion waves are in this plane and connect with the records themselves.

its the type of place that turns into a prison of sorts, though you arent confined to it, you are so dependent on it's services and the outside world shuns it so much that its a trap.

"I need to get out of this place, if its the last thing ill ever do..." has new meaning for me...

I would agree with you M..it would not be a good place to be for any length of time.I really hope you get that worked out soon.I would like to ask,all the prison stuff and the like aside..do you feel that is what makes you feel this way? Or something more?Because it is a place that is intended to help..

Yes. I've also come upon places that seem filled with things that had given me feelings of great joy as well.

okay every nite the ambulance is there cause some1 died or some1 is having medical issues....

I have heard the story of the man who dies before his dinner was served. it was a heart attack. I have no hear of any thing about him hunting the place.. Some times people just die. I dont think all death leaves a "spot" or "stain" just some.. This about a hospital would they not all feel like hell by know if all death left a stain ???

i think more then one soul haunts the facility...
its only been open for 4 years, but there are lots of storys like that.
i think there's even a possibility souls from the old building are there..

since i started going to the shelter 11 ppl have died...this is since thanksgiving...
i dont think even among the homeless shelter of around 200 ppl that is a small statistic.

No I agree, I see these negative , sick places as a build up or as a pin point of where one truly nasty bad thing happened.

there is a roundabout near me and it gets accidents.before that it was a pond and pople drwned in it regulary and then before that it was a gallows.

I have seen places like that too..peeps just perish there all the time on a regular basis..its like those places are soul eaters or something.

Honestly, there was a creek by an old house that I used to live near. I had a dog run back there behind the house and across the creek and then I heard it yelp. It came back with a broken leg and bleeding very badly. That dog died for no reason. Then it happened again. I have never went back there...

Oceanne - I've been to Bosnia & it's actually a wonderful place. There were no feelings of anything bad lingering there. Of course when you see the buildings with holes in them from where the shells hit or the street signs covered in bullet marks it makes you feel sad but I think this is more to do with human emotion rather than any kind of spiritual activity. The people who live there seem to have a great pride in what they had overcome.

They have over come great hardship,there is no doubt about it.And how they endured,I will never know,but I have been all over the Eastern block and have seen much evidence of past wars..however even the bullet holes and buckled streets didnt give me the feeling I got in Bosnia.I got the same thing in parts of Bulgaria too.My sister fought in Bosnia also,a 25+ year career Marine,as tough as they get..but after Bosnia,she came back a different person.She told me a couple fo stories about some places there..Places that were extremely infected.In addition to what I saw for myself.

I think you hit on a great point tho about human emotion.Perhaps it is the enormous amount of sorrow and pain suffered in these areas that leave them saturated.

While I believe that many sick buildings happen because of enviromental issues,such as materials and venting systems,lack of sunlight etc..I do feel that some grounds and the airs around them can become infected.Whether this occurs from recordings in the Akashic records or whether it is caused by somehing else,I guess we can never really know until someone comes up with something more tangible than we have now.Either way,we feel it.

Yes I have. I believe that usually happens in places where traumatic things have happened and the souls haven't gotten over it. It becomes stamped on the area.

There is an area in Balboa park that feels kind of creepy to walk through. Not only is it pitch black at night but there is a erie feeling to it. During the day you can see it and its nice and pretty but still kind of erie.

I have experienced that...or at least something similar. It's an odd feeling...I got it at a friends house. It took a lot of energy for me to block it so I could go hang out there...

I avoid Hospitals for that very reason. No one understands why I avoid them at all costs.

Once i was helping my BF find a good place to live.
We both whent into this appartment place..
and...eeeeehhhh...this wierd dark,cold and sick
feeling came over me.I then started to feel like
if there was somthing watching me with dark terrible eyes.
I just asked my BF "Hey,so..ummm does this place
feel wierd to you?"To my surprize he felt the same things!
We walked out real fast..and never came back.

I remember when I was house hunting and that happened to me. My agent thought I was nuts. However that doesn't really happen to much now since I frequent common places.

yes, real estate sales people find me odd to begin with and when I start say stuff like "this place just does not feel right, the energy is all wrong" they look at me like I have 12 heads.. LOL

I actually sense energys from people more ... I can be somewhere at a store or at a friends house than it just hits me that this person is just all negative - bad, the person themselves might be nice however I cant go near them.

I feel like that in hospitals. It doesnt matter all being sterile, still somehow, to me it seems like the place is just wrong. It makes me sick, I want to drop.

When I was younger I lived in the country and sometimes I would get this eerie feeling when walking through this certain part in the woods.

PolishSiren - Absolutely, it's awful when it happens, I had it once with my best friends boyfriend, he made my skin crawl but she really liked him. That was a difficult situation!

YEP... places and people... I'm not sure why, but its hard to deal , when you absolutely have to be around them or be in that particular place.

Once on a vacation with my parents, we visited an old civil war era slave house on the northern Kentucky border. It wasn't like your typical "haunted house"...it was absolutely evil. The air inside seemed to almost have a tangible thickness to it. It was oppressive, would cause nausea, and my mother's eyes even went blurry a time or two. As the tour guide was describing all the "not so terrible things" that went on in that place, you could still feel the fear, pain and terror that made it very clear that bad things did happen there. As we drove away, after the tour...none of us spoke.

At the nursing home I worked at. None of the other workers would tend to the residents on a certain side of the corrior, so I had to do it.

I have been to many places like that. Some people are more sensitive to the kind of energy than others.

Yes, certain places just have this feeling like you do not belong. I always trust my instict and sheer clear of places that effect me in such ways.

i cant be in hospitals very long, at least not old ones, i can smell death, even with all the chemicals they use to try to cover it up, and to make it less, i can still smell it.....

just a side prodject I just thought of what would everyone think about making a map and placing all of these "sick" places on it? I think it would be interesting..

Well if people here are willing to work together and provide actual address or even just lines of latitude and longitude for larger places I would be willing to set some thing up to track it all..

I think that is a very interesting idea. However, I believe there would be quite a lot of "infected" places. Especially since everyone has different abilities. Empathics are more likely to feel things stronger than others would.

New place to add that I visited yesterday, an older wing of my towns hospital. Couldn't even go near it.

oh very definetely.
many years ago i was walking along a beach in suffolk and came across a small patch of woodland at the top of the cliff. as i love walking through woods, i decided to leave the beach, and follow the winding path. it seemed very beautiful and inviting,but i had only gone a few yards when i started to feel uneasy and on edge. then i heard what sounded like very heavy footsteps following me,and i felt terrified.

i started to hurry,but then it seemed the "invisible giant" was ahead of me,so i turned. whichever way i faced, it sounded like the huge thing was ahead of me. i left the path, and ran blindly, brambles and bushes scratching my face and legs.

eventually i reached the cliff face, and the wind blew me back just in time. i calmed down,and the footsteps seemed to fade away. i was sure i was near the end of the woodland, so i found my way back to the path and followed it on.

i soon came to a copse which had been used as a dumping ground for old cars and junk, and had also been used as a makeshift playground by children (there was a tire hanging by a rope from a tree). this area seemed the worst area, it felt so wrong - diseased, corrupted. it disgusted me and made me feel sick, so i rushed past it, and found the exit to the wood. i exited at a road, and on the other side of the road was another wooded area, but this one seemed the complete opposite. here i felt at peace, and a state of bliss that was indescribable. i wandered in a state of elation til i found a large duck pond, and sat for hours. i tried to return to the first wood a couple of timesw,but was gripped by terror each time.

my hubby's ex wife makes my skin crawl and i get this over whelming sense of dread when shes around... sad thing is .. shes a nice person.. i just don't understand why i get this feeling around her.

I'v never been able to go into a hospital church..I get shivers up my spine and the need to leave really fast. It's just a really scary place for me..and i won't go into one.

For some though, it is.

I went to an abandoned orphanage, snuck in at night...ect. typical teenager stuff, and that place kinda felt like that.. just sick and this feeling of despair.. kinda sucked, and we never went back.
