I have a rating scale: 1 = only words on pro is "Ask me" or any form of, also suspended pro's. 5 = some work done but needs more improving. 8 = close to having a decent pro. 9= close but no Oreo, means you have things on your pro you can place in your journal like quizzes (a minimal amount).
