Is there a such thing as time travel? And if so were would you go and do?

For myself, if time travel really were feasible, I'd want to to back to the time when Christ was said to be walking the earth, both to see what's what and to get the skinny before mankind puckered it all up with humanity.

Time travel both forward and back is possible and happens daily for some people like me.
Eastern to Central and back again for but one example.

I agree with Pinklust. For every action there is a reaction. If we had people causing ripples in time it would shift reality into a state of chaotic limbo. I'm sorry but I think life is chaotic enough as is.

Time travel is possible, just not feasible on a large enough scale to really accomplish anything. And I think better left that way.

yes it's possible but if you go back in the past you better plan on staying there because things won't be the same if you try to come back. I would rather go forward and see what lies ahead You know watch the world end or something

Well I've forgot to say I wish I could go to the future too and to other dimentions.

Anyway we still can go in the past when looking at pics,movies and even while reading a book or a letter or just by our minds.

We dont know, I surely dont, maybe somewhere in the world someone, somewhere has created time travel and we dont know about it, he or she is keeping it a secret

i believe in the future we will have time travel and if that happens i would love to travel to the egyptian times, in the past, just to see how it was like and finally answer the questions that i have pondered on in the present

If time travel was possible I would travel to the future for the reason that if one thing is changed in the past they say the future will be altered. If you look at the immediate past then harm I would say would be minimal but if you go back to the distance past and alter it then you may even erase your own existence.

So if I had to use time travel it would be to see the future and what may become of me.

XD lmao I agree, but still, I'd rather recieve the pain, but watch my eyes better so my eyesight wouldn't be so terrible. And never open a broken umbrella in kindergarten so I wouldn't have that large scar on my hand. Etc.

I personally think anything is possible as well as time travel. Would I go anywere if I could, I'm not exactly sure if I would want to or not....I would be too afraid of wanting to interfer and drastically changing the world and the people in the world. But if I could with no consequenses more than likely I would go back to the time of "Christ" find out if he really is the son of god or if he was just a good teacher/leader/brainwasher, i would also want to travel to the future and find out exactly what I end up doing in my life because right now im so unsure of everything and anything.

But can we as human being generate that much energy to achieve a ship to travel at the speed of light?

Hmm, now that you mention it...I'd like to see just who wrote all those pieces of the Bible and who put them together. i dont think there is such thing as time travel but if there is something i would do is go back nd fix all the mistakes i have done with my Wife.

i beleive you can only time travel in your mind, go back to events or places from tha past, i dont beleive you can physically travel through time... although i would love to...

I believe time travel isn't possible in the fleshy human form because the body is so fragile. People have learned all they need to know for now. Black Holes have proven time travel possible. The looping of space and time, in time, will prove it to be possible, but only in the form of energy, and that can only occur after life...

Yes, a wormhole can be created from a black hole to travel through, but it's likely we won't have the technology to do so ourselves for another hundred years or so....

Space travel can be used instead of 'time travel' by using "quantum technology to manipulate an orthogonal multiverse coordinate change"; this basically means we can travel to a different universe.

Time travel in scientific theory would only be possible if you could

1 travel at the speed of light

2 go around the earth 1 time clockwise in
order to go back one year

3 survive the trip by not turning into a oily
spot in the back of the ship

Now if you want to look into the future all you would have to do is bend a laserbeam around the edge of the earth to the place you want to watch. Witch for my fellow science fact fans you should no that is near impossible for this day and age.

Other than that it may be possible some day to travel back in time and come back, but until then I'll say I would only like to go back and watch as History happens.

When you look at the stars...do you ever realize how old they really are? Once the light from them travels through space into our retinas...so many thousands of years have passed. In a sense...we have already experienced time travel. We see the stars as they are seen in the past, not the present.

I love the concept of time travel, mainly b/c I do enjoy paradoxes. You see, If you did time travel you actually wouldn't be time travelling b/c if you did travel through time you've already done the travelling. See, if you go back & change something you actually already went back & changed it so therefor you couldn't change it mainly b/c you already did. So after you did change it the result would be that it's already changed so it actually couldn't be changed. I don't know what I'm saying anymore, I hope you do.

I think there are times when we are able to bend our physical energies to the energy of time. In those "glimpses" we can gain insight beyond what we see and feel- experiencing part of the great whole.

If you travel back in time [which is not possible] then you would end up meeting your past self. This, I believe, would not be a good thing.

i dont know if there is such a thing as time travel, if i did and there was i wouldnt be here right now. i would probably go back in time. i dont know exactly where, i would go to a bunch of different places and times.

if it is real its possible out futre selves can, and have, come back to change something we do *now* that affects our future.

personally i dont think its possible, if it was everyones life would be perfect because we'd come back from the futre to change the things that fucked our lives up.
