Tell me your reasons for joining this lovely site!

I joined because alot of my friends are already on here, I enjoy meeting new and different people, and I have a fetish for blood (duh) and vampires.

I joined after my Niece who is on here told me about all the really nice people she has met and that it has all my fetishes on here.. LOL
I agree I have met some very real and endearing people on here since joining and hope to be on here for the lifetime of this site.. :)

I just have an obsession with vampires

I found it by accident and loved it on sight.

my sister showed me this site and i have not been off it since.

I've studied various religions,mythologies, legends,beliefs,antropology/archeology,etc. since 1963.
I've always had a fasination for vampires & such.
I also felt that this would be a great place to me others who have similar interests & differing perspectives.

a friend told me about the site...knowing how i love the darkness, vampires and all that can be found in the night....i joined right away and never looked back....the people are here are great.

Stri... sometihng i forgot.. me and you should talk one day.. but anyway.. I am here to hope to share my knoledge on the historics of vampyrism.. And of course to meet some that has equals bits of truth as me.

I had a friend that was crazy about this site...and opened this world to me...and I soon discovered that I was apart of it..and when I signed up...I couldnt stay away...This site is damn addicting.

As soon as I logged on and took a look around I knew VR was home.

I was curious as to how it would be, what it would be like and if I would even feel that I would fit in here.

I joined on the recommendation of a friend who said it was a great place to make new friends

i joined because i saw an ad for it on myspace and it looked interesting.....so i looked around a little and decided it looked fun....so i joined

saw the banner on gothic match and figured i'd give it a shot

My wife was a member and talked me into it. But once I was here I was hooked.

I HAVE ALLWAYS BEEN FASINATED WITH VAMPIRES AND WANTED TO MEET PEOPLE THAT LIKE THE SAME.OR EVEN TALK TO A VAMPIRE.

I don't know why i did, well i was checking thing out and that's when desided to join and it was one of the best things i ever did. Can safely say that it's a lot better then VF (vampirefreaks.com)

i was seeking out friends of my kind and i love vampires and i have found both i think.......

I have a couple of friends who told me about the site. One is a Wiccan, the other, a true, practicing vampire. She absoultely refuses to go out during daylight hours, but that's fine by me. Darkness has always been my friend.

Found it by accident, but once I looked around..signed right up and was a premium member a week later. I found this site to be like a santuary, as well as a place to share, to learn, and to teach... and meet people like myself.

Well, I happened upon this site by pure accident, but when I looked around and saw what it was about, I registered myself and here I am. Still addicted since the first night I signed up. I have talked to many interesting people. Of course I have this fascination with vampires, lycans, and things of that sort.

Everyone has been really nice and I have learned quite a bit since I have been here.

The love of my life asked me to check this place out. I did and so here I am addicted to it just as much as I am to her.

I found it while doing some research and thought it would be a cool place to be a part of, and guess what? It rocks!

I have joined it for what most would consider an odd reason. The journal is not meant to be that of a classically conceived personal nature, but rather, a continuation of a previous story I have written. Anyone who comes in contact with me essentially becomes part of this intricately woven tale of paradoxes and self-evident inner truths.

The conversations I have may or may not be revealed at the end of the story, as it is their choice to decide their own level of involvement with it. After the final journal entry has been written, my work here is done.

I joined because I wanted to. But seriously, I joined because I wanted to meet new people, and hopefully have fun, and meet that special someone. And I did.

i joined because even though my family are vampires they never really tought me the ways of a vampire so i came on here searching for answers and to share the knowledge i did have...and i was never really around others of my kind besides my family so i was in search of others that where like me...i just never thought that there were so many people that have practically the same beleifs and hunger that i do...

i was told about it by someone i contacted on Vampire Church. i loved the site, and it is still my favourite.

Someone poseted the banner as their pic on gothicmatch and I clicked on it. The funny thing is they must have already been deleted because it says I wasn't referred by anyone. I've loved the site ever since though. It is so much more personal and has more interesting features than a lot of the others out there.

I was very interested in vampires, even as a young girl and when I saw this site I simply could not resist. I love learning all people have to teach me here and I just love talking to all you people!

To tell to truth, I stumbled onto Vampire Rave by accident....I was searching for some info on vampires, exactly what i don't remember, but i saw the link for this site and ended up joining the same day.

I was a member here a while ago (MistressLeStat), but ended up deleting my profile because I didn't have the time to keep up on it. But I chose to come back. I joined in the first place because I stumbled upon VR by a randon google search and then checked it out and decided to become a member.

I found this site by searching for information on vampire marks. Joined because I want to learn more about vampires and talk to others also interested in vampires.

lol,...well that and because of my passion for vamps and blood, I was just looking up vamp info on the internet and this site popped up. I browsed around for a bit then decided to join.

Like surprisingly many of you, I found this place quite by accident. I couldnt even tell you what I was looking for at the time..I signed up immediately and have barely logged off since haha. The right place at the right time I suppose you could say ;)

I joined bcuz my friend introduced me. after i got addicted i figure im still on here bcuz blood and vampires turn me on. plus i luuv to make new frendz and just have conversations of random thinz such as mythology and music.

why did i join it because i felt i like i belonged here so i never got off but kept working on it and i felt even better when i talk to people like me.

Then I saw my dad on here and he told me about it and helped me....I also live the life of a vamp and I loe them somthing about the hold deal makes the black thing inside of me that I call a sole jump with happiness.....I'm also here to meet people like me and don't judge me right when they see me or talk to me... ;)

freinds referred me, and i wanted to meet new friends who were into the same stuff i was. i dont fit into your average crowd, altho i can blend in i am not always into the same thing they are. im a controversial contradiction and everchanging chameleon. and i stayed because i have made quite a few friends in here who were worth every minute of my time here.
