is gender important when you guys feed? as for me. i usually get a lot of energy from women. i seldom feed from men coz i just dont feel the urge to feed from them.

i would like to here your thoughts on this. im just curious.

i wouldsay that is a matter of personal preference i personally dont mind what gender as long as its clean blood i get to feed upon

As for myself the energy I get is better from women than men. I do not know how to explain it but with me being a man it must be natural.

I'd think it depends on the person you are feeding from and the certain type of energy you are drawn to from them....doesnt necassarily matter when it comes to gender.

I agree, I think that it does depend on the person and their own energy levels, yes women may have more energy than men, but personally I would rather feed off of a woman.. than a man... but that is just a personal preference

I honestly think it does not matter and it is totally subjective. Personally, I get more energy from men rather than women, however I do get energy from both sexes.

You may find it easier to feed upon women because of the sexual energy between the genders.... it may increase the overall energy exchange.

I honestly don't know which I feed off more, I don't notice when I feed until it's pointed out to me. I feed off anyone I'm familiar with.

For me, it's all about the feeding. Because I'm heterosexual, if I'm sexually feeding, I am going to feed off a man. If I'm elementally feeding there's no gender involved. If I'm empathically feeding, I don't care - I generally utilize negative energy in my empathic feeding so I feed from whom I think needs it, not based on gender.

Gender does not really matter it is all up to personal preference, how intimate they feel feeding to be. Nature is also a good source.

it's not the gender that countswhen feeding on anothers energy as much as it is on how pure the persons cultivated energy is that you are feeding on..i think this would have to be purely a personal preffernce as to who and how you feed off of someone elses energy.

it does not matter to me the gender at all. Male.. female.. energy is energy. the connection to the person is more important to me. If I do not have a close connection before feeding I will go without.

Gender does not matter to my Mental Vampirism. Men are natural projecters of energy and for me, they are easier to feed from. I get more energy for the women that submit to me, but that contains a sexual element that is never there with men.

i defintely would have to say i am geared towards females when feeding my urges of blood feeding tend to be orgasmic in nature and thus bring out other desires and cravings that i have and i usually end up satisfying those as well with that same person.

I prefer to feed from males, just because it is more fun for me to flirt with them as they are who I am interested in sexually... And I find that I do prefer to feed from people I find attractive. I even find I have a preference for Magi, but that is just a matter of flavor. *lol* But I could feed from women and have it be as substancial, if that were really all I was going for. My Mentor chickles about my playing with my food, but I assure him they enjoy the game as well.

i would like also to add..that it is important to make sure your partner that you feed off of is safe as many desieses are bloodborn pathogens and can be passed that way,i defintely take such precautions even though i would love to act out on instinct health is the number one issue when feeding.

I usually feed from whoever. But For a while I never knew I was feeding. A guy told me I was feeding on his energy and I never knew it. Now I do.

for me i haven't tried the females i send it to male and female but i take form the males cause to me they are much stronger

Re-reading the posts here, it seems there are 3 distinct types of feeding going on.

1. Partner/donor usually long term close and sexual.

2. Indescriminate ...gender and personal links not important.

3. Nature/animal/...

I believe the sex of the person is not to matter. for more people give off more energy wether positive or negative. Depends on the person/donor.

The only time gender matters to me is when I'm specifically feeding off their sexual energy. Because I'm straight, I prefer males then.

I've personally never fed off of anyone, but when I do feed, I feed from nature.
But I'd say this was personal a preference matter.

Women that I feed from usaully have more energy then the guys, but I have found there are a small amount of guys out there who have very high energy to feed off of. So I would have to say it depends on the person your feeding from.

i don't really choose to feed from a particular gender. i'm not that picky, but i have found that feeding off people at theme parks, festivals, and concerts are the best for me. all the adrenaline, anticipation, and even fear generate massive amounts of energy.

typically i feed off women but when i Dj thats when i get the most energy i feed of both genders

As with most everybody, I agree gender feeding is up to the indiviual. Energy can be obtained from either sex. The strength of a persons energy level relies on several different factors. Age, health, physical fitness, sex, and so on. During activities of passion, a persons levels can rise. Personally I prefer women, at the peek of passion when her energy level is the highest. This is also a good time for feeding since your intentions can be combined with the ecstasy of sex.

It's all about personal preference. I prefer feeding from men. To me, it's something very intimate that I wouldn't want to share with another woman.

I have found that women seem to have the best energy, but if a man is feeling passionate or sensual, his energy can be quite appealing as well

you could get energy for any one and every thing that is alive, so it does not have to be a human, you could take it from animals too.

I don't really have a preference when it comes to feeding off of people. I feed mostly from the Elements/Nature. But when I do take in engery from others, I like to do so in a large crowd. Large crowds of people equals more engery to feed off of. And this week is the county fair here, a lot of engery there.

i consider myself an energy feeder, however, i do not drink blood. im still a little scared to try it, though it plagues my mind.

but when i "feed" if you can call it that, its just an exchange of energy. mostly it's sexual but not always. if i get close enough to someone, i can feel them. and i like that (except for when it gives me anxiety, in which case i need to be a lone for a bit) and i get it most from women. I have felt men's energy but i agree that women put off more. I wonder sometimes if it is because of how passionate women are.

when it comes to feeding of eneregy it is easier for most to feed on the oppsite sex as it makes them more compy to do so in that way. feeding on the same sex is a rare thing to me that is not gerenal the way to get of the energy that could have been recieved from doing with that oppsite sex.

I can work both ways, but ultimately it depends on you, and it may depend on them, how they smell, are they attractive to you, even some strange connection, but in the end, you are in control... sort of.. well you make the choice in the end, I myself have particular people who set me off, who are nearly irresistable, but I have to resist because civilized conversation does not involve one of the participants Feeding from the other, and is a bad thing to do in front of parents by the way

it is probably possible that woman have more energy...as they have more blood flowing threw them...especially during a certain time of the month...the body is practically in over drive trying to replace the blood that is being lost......but I think that it is honestly different for each person
