i was on a computer playing a game of a ouiji board. it began to show random names and about how people died, then it came up with my aunty carmen's name and when she died and how she died. it also knew my name and how old i am and where i live...
Is it possible for the dead to contact you in some way?

yes I believe that that spirits cof your loved ones can conact you from the other side.

I would have to say yes. I've never heard of the contact being made through cyberspace, but why not.

Spirits have many ways of contacting the living. Ouija boards, mediums, dreams, meditation, hauntings, etc etc etc, the list goes on...

Things are very much possible, can spirits contact us, i believe they can in the ways the use.

One note about the ouji board, no matter if you use a virtual or real, its an open door, be carefull, make sure you can close it, otherwise you might not like it, it will let in any spiritual being, good or evil.

The dead are absent in body only. Their spirit and life force are woven into the universe.

They speak but we do not listen because we have been taught to use only our ears to hear. Without a body they have no voice in the conventional sense.

However, I have had strange experiences with Ouija boards before, although I do not believe it is anything from another place affecting us- I think it is the amazing power of the human psyche to see what it wants to see, make links it wants to make, and find answers in a questionable circumstance. I attend a Spiritualist church. There are mediumns there. The 1st time I had someone come to me with a message from the other side, it was a loved one. They described them to a tee and gave me a message only I could understand. I have been to Lilydale New york. They are opened during the summer months mediumns and healers. I recall my mom telling me that when she was having surgery she saw my family that had passed on surrounding her bed telling her that everything was going to be alright. I also have felt that when I look at some old pictures my family is trying to tell me something.

I do believe it is possible, due to many bad experiences with Ouiji boards. Those things are so creepy!!!! My friend was playing with one with a bunch of her friends, and before they closed it, they asked if there was anything else they wanted to say or a word of advice, and then all of a sudden the word DIE appeared, quickly, cause most of the time, each letter was spelt out slowely, so they think another ghost might have interfeared.

Yes, people can definitely contact you from the "other side". I have only ever experienced this once when me and my other two siblings were sittin by the fireplace and it was as if a young girls voice was coming from the flames... however that wasnt what i was going to say. My brother is now seven years old, and last year my step dad's best friend comitted suicide... the christmas after this happened my brother randommly told my step dad "your friend's here", we all looked at him and he clarrified "daddy, you're friend... he's sitting right there beside you..."
What I make of this is that yes, things such as these do happen and they happen in different ways... the main point though is that *I'm going to repeat myself again...* these things DO happen.

I used to dismiss this as nonsense. Well, that was until I was playing it with friends and the tumbler moved so fast that none of us could keep our fingers on it. The glass eventually flew around and flung itself of the table to crash and splinter on the floor.

Since then, I have never meddled in it again, because (a) it frightened me (b) I can't understand it. (c) I felt we disturbed a spirit that did not wish to be disturbed.

Yes, it is very possible. It doesn't have to be through a Ouiji Board. That just tends to be one of the more common ways because it is easier for them rather than trying to actually speak to you. But they can contact you any number of ways...even in your dreams, or on another spiritual plane. Anything is possible.

As I posted in another thread, when I was at my mothers funeral and as I went to her casket and was standing there I felt a kiss on my forehead and a whisper that was my mothers voice that said she would always be with me and she loved me. I truly believe that was my mother contacting me from the other side.

I totally believe that it is possible for people from the other side to contact you for sure. One night I thought I was dreaming when I saw my step dad who had passed on come and tell me I am just here to see the kids I told him they were all in bed and he could go up. Next think I know I am being woken by my daughter saying she could feel her papa's mustache on her lip and smell his cigarette smoke. When he was alive he used to brush his mustache on her lip to tickle her and make her laugh. So I know they can make contact from the other side.

I have got to say yes also because I can see and talk to spirts. It is a gift of mine that I got from my grandma. I have used a board but the board and i dont get along very well because I know when there is a good or bad spirt inside of it. But use a comp. I think with all the enery that is going throw it they can grub on it and take it to make them sleves more power to speack throw it. So on this topis yes it is a 100% yes from me all the way.
