what does forever mean to you? this question just popped into my head and yes i know it makes no sense

all of eternity I guess but then I guess it would be ones opinion on how they concieve it.

Forever to me means never dieing...you see if you lived forever then you would be alone...no one would live as long as you so you would always be alone...think about my philosophy and message me

well, forever being a noun. not expressing a time or a set time. i guess forever lasts till. well, ever. forever having no end. but i guess there has to be an end to all things. soooo, id say untill you forgot about it, or untill its broken.

Forevr to me is loneiness. I dont age but everyone around you does. You watch everyone you love being put into the ground. I dont want to live forever but ill live each day as if it were my last

I loved the stories that I read to the kids that ended with, forever and ever... it gives some romantic notion that gives security and peace.. In real life, I dont think there is any forevers but rather, for as long as it lasts as opposed to forever.

As in math, endless, infinity or an earth life based concept and word, does "Forever" exsist in it's own space as a thing, a word or a thought?

In my opinion it all depends on personal belief and perspective.

When a person says forever, they could mean eternity i.e. the universe will last forever may be someones opinion.

Forever on a personal basis could mean a number of things. You coul dsay that you wil love something forever, and that person could mean their natural life... but this depends on whether they believe in the spirit passing, the afterlife or reincarnation.

Sorry, enough digressing. It depends what you are talking about and what your beliefs are.

you can try and lable it and slap it with a name but honestly the only thing that you can count on being forever..is knowing that nothing last forever... there is always a start ...and always a finish...no matter what side of the fence you sit on...but this kinda turning into a gloomy subject dont ya think?

Forever would last as long as the universe exists. If the universe comes to an end in a "Big Crunch", time would end at that point, then start again at the next "Big Bang". If the universe just fizzles out, then "forever" would be literally forever.

forever, will exist beyond the end of the universe. you think of forever as a refernce of time, when in fact time is a concept we created, in the universe there is no time. Forever is incomprehensible to anyone, there is no beginning and no end, look at a circle and that is forever, it is continuous and never ending.

forever can mean many things depending on how it is used . ie like live for ever would probaly be kool for a while but after sometime life would begin to be boredom and lonliness as the people and places you know will begin to gert old and die and will be gone and we will wonder this cursed place forever

To me forever is until death and beyond.. its unmeasurable. Its time and the never ending of time. Forever to me dosent end with the last breathe your body takes... your soul still breaths.. lives.. just not the way everyone else see its.

forever is unexplaineable. It is the reasoning beyond life. Where ones' body dies there soul lives on as well as the memory of that being. A close friend would always remeber their friend and might make an example o their deceased friend to their children and so on for example. It is forever living, maybe not physical, but mental and spiritual.

Forever is an infinite amount of time, which the human mind cannot comprehend, so we can't really get a true grasp on what 'forever' really means.
Which is also why alot of people have answered that it must end sometime.
But thats just my opinion. (=

Forever is evermore without end, a continuance of ones faith…we live a short existence but if we make a difference, if we affect those who live on in some way so that they may remember us, and if we truly believe in what matters to us and take it with us when we die that belief, that relevant thought of importance lasts forever.

words like "forever" and "infinity" just shouldn't exist. as far as we know nothing is for "forever" or "infinte" we are all dying... and we know not what is after death, if anything at all.

forever in terms of life, is the time that life is living. my forever will be my birthdate till the end of my time, because after that there is nothing (unless proven otherwise)

some say the universe is infinite. i believe the human mind has a problem with thinking about infinite things... because it just can't imagine something that huge.

Time can't be forever. So forever is not even possible for time, and can only apply to things outside of time.


Or forever means from the point where time started (Big Bang) to the point where time ends (Black Holes for example). So forever ends with time.

i think forever would be how long you would be counting if you wanted to reach the last number there could ever exist.

Forever does exist, just in different forms depending on the situation and the person involved. But forever is not eternity. And both are depending on what your mind believes at that time.

Example: When I was recently with someone I loved deeply, time stood still, and every second lasted forever. Looking back now, I can still remember every moment, every heartbeat. To me, that memory will last forever.

Eternity: When I lost him, never to see him again, the memory of my fate will haunt me for eternity. And the loss will last the rest of my days and beyond, into eternity.

Ok no seriously though. To me forever is living for eternity and as long as there is energy, we are immortal. I believe that we are souls that can live throughout the ages only we don't always remember but some of us do, and that is what makes us immortal. Our bodies will not live forever but our memories and our true selves will go on.
