I would have to say more of the compicated intricantcies that are intertwind with the vampyre's soul. I love trying to understand complicated things.

I like the idea that there is someone tonight , sitting in front of a huge organ, in the dark, playing creepy vampire music.

I would have to say their IMMORTALITY. Another benefit of being a vampire that causes me to be envious is their knowledge. You can never have too much of that and it is power.

i like them for a number of reasons mystery, lust, many things... their stories are interesting.

they appeal to me in the sense that they are intelligent creatures of the night, like myself, and even though I don't really think I'm a vampire, they intruege me. I love the taste of warm blood and I always would cut myself at night. Not really aware of the fact that I was doing it. Plus the name vampire just has this lucious ring to it that draws people in.

Its that sense of mystery and that sense of desire that comes from be a vampire. They are sometimes damn fine too.

There are alot of things that spark my interest...to me there is erotisism in the vampire story...the hunt, the seduction of prey...the feel of fangs at my throat. Then there is the mystery that surruonds us. The Masquerade...the lonliness that pervades our existence. these are only a few things.

i mostly love there mystery and power. plus people with fangs just kick ass

There is something much more dark and evil within vampires that can not be explained beyond the romantic aspect of the closeness of killing a person, or drinking thier blood. It is intimate like sex, exchanging bodily fluids, but for the most part, the attraction is a part of the rebellion to be something more than the pathetic human creature.

Before i joined this site. i knew little about the "history" of vampires. i knew the basics (i.e. dracula type)

When i was introduced here i learnt a lot. and that there is a lot more to the concept of vampirism. It was the sheer depth and possibility that appealed to me.

The mystery and the occult have always been something I enjoyed.

The movies and stories laid the beginining of what I love about them... as I learn more about the actual culture I find myself wanting more.

I like the sex appeal that modern fiction give to them and the romanticism associated with that. Although vampires of Folklore where not very appealng they are usually short one eyed falling apart slavics people. (Not meaning any offense to the Slavic just saying what I have read in a foklore book on vampires.)

Vampires appeal to me becasue of the mystery,the amount of control they have over mortals,and the underlying lust,whether for blood or occasionaly for the mortal you drink it from.

well, basically i love everything bout vampires. i love how they feed off of others feelings, emotions, experiences, and vermilion life:) i like how they can never be truley genuinely understood, admired and respected unless u are one (or things of that sort) i guess what i mean is that u cant equally understand them if your not one or like one (and a REAL one at that!) though it sadens me how people misunderstand them sooo ignorantly!!! oh well, their time to know bout us will come! lol:) so thats basically it though i could name much more, im gonn keep it "short" for u guys.

oh yeah, i forgot to menchon the fear we strike into people's hearts! and all the screaming and fighting, but in the end, none of that matters! lol it also seems to me that we are far more advanced than the regular ignorant fool, we understand more about everything about life, death and the journey before and after, we also respect the blood flowing throughout our veins and the shadows of darkness. (i really dont know if all vampires are like this or just the ones i know)

also (just one more thing!) the pain and suffering weve gone through and how we always seem to be forsakened or betrayed or bitched at (i think this helps us understand more bout life and other stuff. it also plays a role in the very blood we drink- i cant explain how, it just does!)

To have a loveing emotion so deep with someone else... To share of oneself with another on a deeper level;blood... Takeing of one into the other... This idea is a beautiful assortment of emotions; love, lust, passion, security, unknown.... All the4se things come into play in the world of the vampires... We tend to be very loveing and careing creatures that long for closeness and returned affection... Someone to love and to cherish till death do we part...

i am photosensitive, so to make me feel better, some friends gave me a few vampire books a few years ago. i fell in love because i connected to them. it is not that i cannot go into the sun, but i cannot stay out very long and i use prescription sunscreen. so to me, their appeal is the connection i feel to them. their mystery is wonderful, and i love the aloofness a vampire possesses.

I love how we’re so mysterious, dark, unknown, and just plain sexy. I don’t remember what first drew me to vampires, like myself, but I always thought they were sexy, especially our fangs covered in blood. I also love the taste of blood and another vampires fangs in my skin.

The mystery and solitute. The seductive nature of them. But also the familiarity of the coven.

The Predatory nature of the beast. You know, the aspects that pretty much reflect the real ones in life. Yet, I do like the powers they posses, if you play any of the WoD Games, The Gangrels and Khabits have the best abilities.

I love everything. The powerful desire each human has is seen through a vampire. The emotions are stronger, the power greater, the mystery horrifying when you think about it. I believe everyone truly loves a vampire in either fear, lust, hate, or for the main reason they can live forever if they wished. With a vampire you don't know what you have it's a mystery but at the same time there is the excitment of knowing everyone is a stranger and you can be in danger and not even know it.

I'm not entirely sure to tell you the truth. Most likely, it's because vampires have the potential to live forever. They can journey through the ages, watching as the world unfolds before them and reaches out into the infinite. I can't help but think of the knowledge that they would gain in all their years of living. That's something that's very enticing for me.

i like the solitude.. the idea of the peacefulness of your own quietness is very comforting.. Seductiveness in their actions is also quite appealing, unless they are of the Nosferatu clan, then they're a bit frightening..lol

Because I share so much in common with them. Also the fact they are paranormal and part of the unknown. I always find those things to be quite appealing.
