I have known people to have many different auras that they give off, but it has been said to me that Vampires either do not have an Aura...or they have very dark auras....I have met many people that give off a distinct feeling...but some say that auras have certain colors...I wonder if you always have the same color or if it varies with your moods....also...does it do the same with Vampires....and if so...what are the basic colors that go with each mood of Vampires...??

Any who are able to precieve auras, 'see' them in many different ways and forms...Auras do change appearance for many different reasons...This would hold true for Vampires as well...Most of what you are asking has to do with the level of ability of those 'seeing'...

I personally am able to see auras to an extent they are often to weak to even notice how ever, you can definatly feel them auras are real and if you have the abilty to chanel thier energy you may just be a energy vampire. I use auras to my advantage but i do not feed apon them. colors? yes this ive never heard of from anyone else but ive witnessed it... somtimes emotions can effect one persona. the adverage person can pick up on this energy, for example, when your loved one is sad you can "feel" it with out a single word. Or have you ever felt butterflies when talking to a boyfriend or girlfriend? you are picking up on a aura change the force of love. for the few that can see them pink is often a color of that love feeling. black usually surrounds those that are troubled... or possibly evil... white is often the color of a person with a good soul, yellow is of course happyness... those are the only colors ive seen

I can kinda "sense" auras. If I had to assign colors to them it would be possible. A person's aura feels different when their mood is different. So, I guess that the color changes with the mood of the person.

It is the different blends of energy, and how they shift from many factors...Many find discribing them in colors as a common ground for explaining their observations to others...

I don't see colours at all, so describing one to another person is very difficult. Impressions, general emotive responses are how they come to me. Even a slight haze about the head, but no colour.

Perhaps I'm auric colour-blind...lol

Well for me, my belief is this.

not all vamires are evil and dark. Yes we are created from dark and evil. But there are those who have chosen to take a different path. For me I am a creature of the night and I thirst for blood just as any vampire would.

But I don't live in evil nor let it rule me completly. I have an aura and I can see my color clear as day. My color is smoke/black color but that doesn't mean I am evil or going through a "mood swing" it is simply my color and it is to me my mark of what I was created out of!

I find that in times that yes, when I am angy the color seems to grow darker and I can actually see it almost like smoldering off my hands.

yes people and vampires give off auras and they do change colors with different moods.

while the military were going through thier upgrade mode they had a peek into difrent scope setups for new sniper equipment beside the usual upgrade to infa red and thermal they tried there hand at auras as well

in the testing i did not have an aura
since then i have been to a pshycic still no aura
and cancer once did a great post on auras and i have tried many times to see my aura as per his instuctions again to no avail.

i am not state'n here as to any vampire mytholigy but i would like to know exactly what an aura is for and why it does not show up on me?

I've found that aura color is in constant motion. It changes as your mood changes. Vampiric auras I'm not all that sure about...

I think mood has something to do with it, but I believe aura is more based on where you are in your life. For a while my aura was pure red, and I was at a point where anger, dominanace, stress, and jealousy dominated my personality. Once I had let what was causing that go, and became a calmer person, I noticed that my aura changed to a soft pink, signifying happiness and acceptance. I would assume that a vampire's aura would be much the same, changing as their age, experience, and personality changes.

im not sure but i believe i have seen auras 3 or four times since ive worked on this matter for a long time...if ive actually seen, the the colour does change according to the mood nad the character of every person.it cannot be determined though cause they dont have the usual colours that we see every day.their colours are sth completely abnormal...hope ive helped u somehow..

like it was kind of mentioned earlier...I don't see auras..I feel them. Some peoples are stronger than others and some still are too weak to feel at all, but it's just energy really...and everything, living or not, puts off at least some kind of energy.

My experience with them have been varied. I've found that with a little grounding and concentration I can usually 'see' them, and have no trouble sensing them without thinking about it.

My personal opinion is that the aura is sort of an EMF given off by the entity it is associated with. I don't really feel that there are colors to them as much as I feel that those of us who have 'seen' them tend to assign a color to them, much like a thermo camera does with varying temperature zones.

As for vampires, if they are a living being, I can not see why one would not have one.

Moods? Yes, they do affect the intensity of the aura, thus a perception of a color change. As our energies are redirected and the fields change their demeanor, the colors would be percieved as changing.

The next time you're interested in investigating this, try not to be intent on seeing it on the person as around them. Try looking 'past' the person instead of at them, sort of like out of focus. I've had more success seeing them without effort than with.

It all has to deal with the perception. If you can't see what is right in front of you, you will have to look harder.

Auras...cant see them myself, but some woman said mine is yellowish green....

I have 1 Indigo and 1 Crystal child which has helped me understand these things a lot!

i think the auras change color depending on what the person is doing or how they feel. certain colors stand for different things so it'll vary.

no not that i have seen they stay the same i have tought myself to see ppls aruas at first i couldn't see colors just over the past few weeks i have begun to see them but something else bothers me i have been able to sense emotions so i think but i'm not sure whose they are or if there even reall or just something my mind is manafesting

Auras exist on more than one level. I am extremely adept in picking up an individual's "emotional aura". Which in turn colors the physical aura.

I can sense aura colors around people, I've never been limited to purely mortal or vampire. It's strange, but I can still see it around my vampire friends, it isn't necessarily always dark, it's just a darker hue.

i got my auras some of them are good and mirroring the emotions like love and hope, but most of them are dark evilish and abstract. i love the heat of my bad ones so much i uppower myself if i need to using their force. i feel my muscles being pumped up paralyzing a little bit, but then this sec. ago i am within all powers ( no unnatural ones but greater ones than normal like lifting powers or language stuffs)

The color of your aura depends on your own personal balance. This photo was taken while I was going through my devorce. The red is my own energy. It is very powerful and fueled by hurt, anger, and a need to be gaurded.

Since i was a small child i have seen and felt persons auras. Not that i see this all the time, it has been fewer and fewer as i have aged. but looking at photographs and people from distances are usually when i see the auras more clearly. I guess its all part of my learning how to filter out certain things as i have grown older. Most of the time i have seen many colors in an aura or just faint white glow surrounding them. Photos tend to bring out this white glow more often than looking at the person themself and also ive noticed some interesting white glows which look like an aura of a spirit or entity in the same pictures.

For as long as I can remember I have been able to see the colors that surround people. It wasn't til my early teens that I even knew what I was seeing was called an aura. But, unlike most, or so it seems, mine works differently. The color of a person never changes, no matter ther mood or health, it dims and shrinks or expands or grows brighter, but it remains the same color. What I see is there chakras, and the color I see corresponds to there level of energetic openness, development.

I have been told that anyone, with or with out psychic abuility or heightened levels of perception can make out auras, if they stare long enough and concentrate hard enough.

However I also think an aura never looks the exact same to two different people...like art work and some is pleasing while others are not and visa versa.

Well I have Auras all the time. If you read my Journal i practice metophsyical things. I see a Aura right now around you X you have 3 Auras, 1 is the color of a shade of blue and another is a falling angel and the other is a fairy that guards you and protects you. All of us have Auras, some dont believe it but we do. But some choose not to believe it also. And with putting it in a Vampire Catagory yes it can be added in there as well. Auras are energy that radiates from the person/vampyre. The color is determined based upon the level of energy currently experienced. For example, red indicates anger, passion, extreme emotion. Yellow indicates some sort of illness. White indicates calm and serenity. Anyone can "train" themselves to see auras - you have to know what to look for. Children can see auras clearly, can see spirits and other things adults cannot see because they have not developed their judgment and belief system. As they grow older and learn from what they observe as well as what adults tell them is and is not so, they eventually lose sight of auras/spirits.

For many people who experience the vision of aura's its remarkable. I have been able to visually see the aura's of many people while at my strongest energy level but when drained of energy and weak or just not feeling well this is not true. I have seen many colors from red, blue, green yellow pink and many other colors. I guess its how u interpret the colors yourself. If u feel red is a negative color and you are a visual person and u run across someone who is having a very bad day u may see the red as that is how ur brain is interpreting the aura. You see aura's with ur third eye not through your normal eyes, yes it appears as tho u are, but it is really your mind that is interpreting the aura and causing u to see. Some think Red is powerful so therefor when they look at someone they consider to be in power they will see the red tint to the aura. Myself I have seen people with many colors as tho a rainbow was in their aura as well as just dark auras around people as well as seeing aura's in photos. The strangest thing i ran across is a photo that a friend of mine sent me because they had a strange feeling about it, and when i looked at the photo there was a white glow to the girl and her son in it, and there was another redish/purple glow in the photo that i could make out between the two, even tho no one was there. This glow almost outlined the shape of a tall man and after staring at the photo long enough the dark figure inside started to appear to me, and was a bit frightening.

had my aura read once. dont remember what color the person said that they saw. i just know that they said i had a very old soul.......a lot older than most.

Yes it is possible to touch an aura, to feel it. But first you must become tactile sensitive to energy. This can be learned, and is not that difficult. You begin with your own energy, learn to feel your own, and your on your way to feeling others.

For me with auras is more of what mood they are in as opposed to what they are. That is like saying all people with brown hair have a blue aura. You can't really tell just by knowing what they are.

Aura's are never seen the same by any two people. Everyone see's and feels things differently. As for Aura's for "Vampires" I have no idea if they would be any different then anyone elses. Will have to think on and research this one.

A person's perspection is different, like way of thinking and so on. So the view and interpretations of what one's Aura looks like can be different. Now as for vampiric, from my research and experience. Vampires can actually hide their Auras. Most regular people have a Aura lingering around them at all times. Auras being like a mood ring, what makes vampiric and other highly powerful psychics so unpredictable is because of hiding one's own Aura from being sensed or seen.

I don't necessarily see auras.... I see energy signatures, basically a general outline with dots all around and over the individual. My own aura, or in personal case my "energy signature" is a deep purple colour, that may suggest the taint of darkness.

Everyone has a different aura for every mood their in. I see them, so I know. Vamipires moods are always dark, like blood red, or deep yellow, colors like that. Mine vary, from light to dark, which is why I wonder if I am only half vampire...

fliick- i am sorry but you are very wrong. what you have said is that persons personality not their aura. those are two very different things. you can see auras and they have many different colors. i think what you need to do is do a google search on auras and read up on them more.

your primarry scence is sight i am assuming scince you are talking of color. every thing has a colored aurua and every little thing you do can change it's color. if a vamp with a higher path lets his rage get the best of him then his arua darkens if he later saves children from death not for redemption but for honest resons then it will become brighter again

I don't see colors associated with people necessarily, but I absorb the emotions of any area or room I enter. If I am not careful, and am too open when I enter, they overwhelm me. They are not mine, but I feel them as though they were. What is this? It is problematic at times.

I see auras while im doing reiki healing and they change, probably due to the healing and the person relaxing, I feel that everyone has one, sometimes it may be hidden to protect yourself.

I tend to see colors surrounding people but they never seem bright they look tight and controled..Of the vamps I have known they are never dark ..I guess I would call it more a halo then anything else

What an aura is is an electromagnetic field of energy given off physically from an objust, or the surface of an object. Scientist say that there is no proven fact that the human eye can detect the energy that emanates from an object, etc. Auras also represent soul vibrations, certain types of energy exuding from an object and a reflection of the surrounding energy fields combined.
If you are going by Hollywood standards, it would probably be right in saying Vampires don't have auras because they are UNdead. But I would think that Vampires would have stronger auras than most other(s) because of the energy they feed upon.

Yes, I see aura's too. But for me it is not that distinct yet. I only see it around certain people and I am much more in tune with the vibes rising from an object, person, or area. Sometimes it is really strong and sometimes it is barely there at all. I also think it depends on your (subconcious) concentration...

I can't visually see them, but I can sense the vibes, yea. But not in colors. I feel them just defined in deep down emotions. As for me, one of my friends told me she feels a lot of sadness in me. And I know msyelf I can give off some really powerful "get the fuck away from me. i'm NOT in the mood!" vibes if I want to, lol. Scared a few people doing that before.

yeah, I heard of that color vibe thing, that was a very long time ago, even before the internet, and people just used computers to write amazing books, or use them to count how much money they made from the books. Sounds have moods too, and then they attach colors to sound and mood. It all works unless you are colorblind.

personally, i think you can either see them or not, i can see most living aur's, (white glow around people) but not colours, there are some good books about giving basic definitons

white is the backdrop of all the colors. No one is pure evil or purely bad. You see their full spectrum of their personality. Judging by the intensity of light you can determine whose lamp burns twice as bright, twice as fast. Darkness, the lack of light, not illuminating others, has always been thought of as evil.

Being Empathic I don't always need to see someone's Aura as you can feel what their feeling are anyway.
The sort of Aura I do see are basically, White, Gray and Black. These correspond to the soul of a being in my case, Good being they have the best intentions at hand and wish to bring love and light into all lives. Grey, they are on the boundary, and could go either way. Black usually interprits a malicious nature, but those with black souls can't neccisarily be my freind, and I have many friends with soul aura's such as this.
So it's all about the sight really, many forms.

I can feel auras...i feel the vibes people give off. I have seen them a time or two, but i mostly get the feel of someones aura. Some feel warm, some care cold, wet, things like that. I have felt soem people taht have very dark auras and some that were very free.

As far as vampires having aruas I suppose so. I feel that I have one. The part about them being dark for a vampire I say would depend on the vampire. I have felt "normal" people who have dark auras and people that are into the vampiric lifestyle with light auras...

I do believe you have powers. I was just turning the tables, in order to understand someone you have to walk in their shoes for awhile. That is why you don't understand me, you don't believe in vampire supernatural powers, only paranormal ones that are widely accpeted like the powers on this thread.
