lately the circle i've been running has been plagued with what i've been calling"demon markings" meaning waking up with scratches/scars in obscure lettering/improbably shapes to mark oneself with so far only limited to the wrist in my experience.

now the questions are...
does anyone else have this "problem"?

is there something you can do to remove/prevent these markings?
-and-
if you have dealt with it, is there something you did to provoke it?

now... i bring this up requesting help. my mentors over the years are not around to help me figure this out and having been the first one marked of the group i run, i have taken it upon myself to discover the meaning of it for the group.
i'd appreciate it if this message space was kept to information about the subject at hand... not wanting to sound like a jackass... just desperate for answers.

i would say a protection spell would help... ive never experienced anything myself like that or seen it.....but if it is a demon or something along those lines you mght want to try a protection spell.....

what type of shapes/figures/words are appearing?

well as for the one that appeared for me it was an "S" which i wish i could post because it wasn't as simple as an "S".
i know the marking is of a demon that has been hounding me for many years right now... which is what suprises me that just recently he was able to get through my defenses.

as for the other marking that i've encountered it looked to be written in runes... i need to go back and take a look at it again later on this week and decipher what it indeed was. it looked almost druidic in nature... which doesn't suprise me due to the fact that my other marked friend is a druid.

Protection spells would definitely be a good idea. You seem pretty sure its a demon, but if it took it this long to finally be able to do this, its likely not very strong. Banishing spells might do the trick.

Scary stuff, while you may not buy into the Christian religion you might still want to speak with a Catholic priest who has experiance battling demons. There has been some documentation to their being priests out there who claim to have had success in this area.

i'm not really afraid of fighting this demon... in fact i've fought him before... numerous times, usually it ends with him running away. i think he's out for revenge at this point.

Sounds like there is more to this history, if you would share. Spells of protection like have been mentioned. I have not had to deal with this personally.

I have never heard of or seen markings such as you have described. This sounds like something off of The Exorcist.

alright... since you asked i'll tell the tale of my involvment with this demon.

now... this requires turning the hands of time back to a time where i was a wolf. basically it was found out that my soul was coming back to this world. before i was a wolf i was an angel... a big name one, still hasn't been determined whether it really is Gabriel or not.
i had had dealings with the demon that was after me as an angel... while he still was as well... a rivlary started... he betrayed in hopes of getting to me... and he eventually did.
he found out that my soul was coming back by hopping through mortal lives... the first of which was my wolven life. he's been after me since he found out i was in the mortal realm. so he's been hounding me down the centuries waiting for me to show my true powers and he caught up to me a couple years ago... with my friends i've sent him packing at least five times over the past two years... but he's not waiting as long as he had before and i've found lately that i'm only spared a couple weeks between his visits.

and that's the tale in it's summed up-ness.

we've tried banishing, we've tried binding... the only thing that works is fighting and shielding... and i don't fight without at least one member of my circle with me.

sooooo... If you were a wolf and came back, you died as that wolf I'm guessing. If you were a big name angel, did you die? If you do determine that you were Gabriel and now you're you... Is there no more Gabriel?

Could you please post images of the markings somewhere and link us to them?

My suggestion is, cleansing yourself before bed. There are protection spells and protection pouches that can be made to put under your pillow. There is a world of things you can do.

that brings up an interesting topic... one that for now i'll deem as a "talk about later" because to be honest i don't know if there would be no more gabriel. i have my theory on that but i still need to research the theory a tad bit more.


as for getting pictures of the markings... i can do what i can, chances are i'll end up doing a little photoshop to make it a bit more visible... only due to the fact that it's light scar tissue at the moment and not very easily visible due to the paleness of my skin tone.

there are spells and such that you can cast. I would help, but I am sure there are others on vr who know way more about it than I, so I leave you in their capable hands.

I have heard of similar things to this mentioned before! I can't recall by who or where! I would suggest the same that others have mentioned, a protection spell & maybe a cleansing one! Good luck & I would love to see some pics posted as well!

You should do what has brought you success in the past. What helped you before now?

It sounds as though perhaps your defenses weakened and that is why the demon is now getting through. Try reaffirming your defenses that you've used in the past. What I don't understand is why it would go after your friend if it has no grudge with this person.

I would go with protection spells and please take no offense. Because it sounds like something from a movie and well. No offense truly. I would suggest that you stop watching them. And also the Catholics will not admit to possessions, or exorcisms. They do believe in such things, but they wont openly admit, from my understanding to condon or conduct them.

I agree with the general concensus protection spells and I really think that this is a weak demon and could be banished .

If something or some things are attacking a whole group, you have a big problem. provided the evidence is real, you need to close down the circle for a while. Walk away from ritual for at least a month, more if you only meet once a month. then protection spells are always good. Set up a shield and teach others in your circle to do the same.

If you're not sure how, I recommend a book called "The Witch's Shield"... I can't remember the name of the author.

confronting your demons are often the best way to rid yourself of their torment. meaning try to figure out what brought this demon to you to begin with and make ammends so to speak.

Don't know if this helps or not but i believe in them in a way as every morning i have woken up with paw print markings on my chest and bruises on my legs in the shape of crescents and tear drops

Have you ever considered the fact that the markings could be 'non-daemon' marks? It is entirely possible that you are unconsiously marking yourself while asleep; scratching, tearing, etc at yourself in response to unconcious thought during REM sleep.
Why is it that everyone feels the need to turn to 'supernatural' explanations for things when chances are so much better that there is a normal, everyday explanation? Oh wait, that wouldn't be quite as 'cool' now would it?
... and seeing as angels are eternal, how in the heck did you 'die' and become a wolf?

ummmmmm try a protection spell or banishing spell either might work...wish ya well with it...

i have come accross this a few times. most of the time it was a melicious entity that felt slighted in some way by those it tormented. in those cases, a karma spell or spell of retrobution performed by the eflicted on themselfs stopped the issue.

the other cases involved a simple stricking out with hate. i those cases the only thing that worked was a summoning and banishing of said entity.

i suggest doing some form of orical works such as tarot to help determine the cause before acting. the retrobushion/karma spells will only work if performed by those being attacked. as for the summoning/banishing, please seek the aid of other covens and practishioners to aid as much energy as you can. it's not easy

I only know of this from movies and such.
Maybe you should research this demon more. there might be a way for you to cast it away permanantly. And if he comes at you every few weeks, either you are not strong enough to get rid of him, or he is stronger than you think.

because of the help that you have been giving me the marks are starting to go away. sorry i couldn't get pics of them soon enough... but i'll try to get some pics that detail at least what they looked like. my friend has created some dreamcatchers that seem to be helping him as well as some protection spells.
mine are slowly fading as i have done meditation in a pure enviroment.

as for taking care of what afflicts me the input is well accepted... and seeing as how seeking help from another coven has been suggested i will begin a search for one that will be able to help to end this blight upon my existence.
