I am wondering that can you have dreams or visions of something that has happened but you don't remember it happening. I mean you feel like its happen before but it like watching it for the first time. I don't know how to really state it but if anyone has an idea that would help it be helpful.

That happens to me all the time. It's lame assed. It's like I can mentally choreograph the entire moment.

well to answer ur question in a sense is that somethimes you can envision something before it happens. sometimes days, months, or even years before it happens.but yes ist like u have dreamed it.

I have had the exact opposite happen to me several times. I will dream something a few times..and then it will happen in real life. It is honestly freaky enough that way without having it happen backwards.

i have had so many deja vuo's its not even funny
im used to remembering bitts and pieces of my dreams but if i know i am going to have a deja vuo then i dont remember anything at all

i believe people with amnisia have dreams like that all the time untill they begin to remember

I am currently going through events in my life, which I tried to remember when I was a child. When I told my parents I new things about my life and how I wanted to be ready for certain things, get used to certain foods, that I would be living in certain places. That I would know certain kinds of people, and deal with things.

They tried everything from hypnotherapy to abuse, and threats and drugs. The hypnotherapy worked. However, since things have gone wrong, or what they would say is wrong. I have indeed gotten things that far out weigh the bad, despite my current disabilities.

In a place where I had my life threatened where I new hope, and peace and home, that was stolen from me, and my friend said to me one week before it happened, that if anything were to happen, he would take my important tools into safe keeping. This indeed did happen just as he saw. In my travels I have learned and steped beyond and into my full initations as it were. I have learned in each of the cities of my travels, each time, it is as though with moments of intoxication, or mental clearity when the fog lifts as it were and life is what I see it as. It is a series of threads. (probably this should be in a journel sorry guys but its not)

When I lived in denver with that psychopath who tried to kill me. It was a dream I had when I was a child. Down to the last detail of the job i worked, and what was going on. It was however unexpected that I would acknowldege my spiritual path here in that city, when I was being threatened with my life again. Resting for odd hours till I found a way out.

Now on my third leg of my journey, after advancing past my last test of initiation, after the solid connections with my diety, I have fully finshed my spellbook. It has taken 8 years to write, and 300 pages to print, color, and format. Over several additions over the years. However it comes up to the fourth part of my journey, Where not only do I collect a student but also a wand I have been dreaming about for years, and thought would never come.

I have traveled 12000 miles in the last year. I have sought love, and peace, and what I have found has been blood, hatred, and attempted murder. I am tired of it. I see these events unfolding in my life. Each revealing itself, just before the event occurs, each time realizing what I gain and how it is gained, and what acts need to be done, and what I have to offer up as the price to get them...I say that each of my journey reminds me vaugly of a life I lost as a child, when I couldn't sleep. When it seems I know all of this as its happening. All of these events. All of thes places. All of the things I have left behind. All of it. Interconnected and focused on my art. I have sought the ends of the earth, and here it comes up with a way to entice me yet again, to train yet another, who only seeks the art with half of himself. Where by which times I can aquire a tool that, supurb, that I craft with my own body, sweat and blood. And I see these things, I know something is coming, but I cannot see or remember what it is. Deja Vu Sucks balls.....

I get deja vu all the time. and i can tell the difference between the dreams and what is going to be a deja vu. i am usually correct but as the deja vu's are nothing the normal dreams i have its a bit blatant.

Deja vu in my opinion is just the mind playing tricks with you, as with so much else. In my waking life I experience it, however I've never dreamt of it...

I have deja vu all the time also. Sumtimes I know where I recognize sumthing, or sumtimes I believe I saw it in a dream. Lately I have been having sum weird dreams that I usually dont have and that can also be sum clues like deja vu trying to give you in past life. It could be sumthing that happened in this life time before or it could be past life experiences, or a sign about what is going to happen in the future. Try writing down everything, and see if you can notice stuff and maybe you might find sumthing.

if you have the same Deja Va memory or the once in the next two day it must mean that it might happen. so try to remember all that you can.

my deja vu doesnt happen alot and if it did i think id go crazy...

but maybe if the some of you who has it alot maybe theres something that you have to put together... write it all down and see if its always the nsame as what you remember but writting it down as well will help try it and see

That happens to me quite often....I'll have a dream where it looks like I'm in familiar place but when I wake up, I'll realize that I've never been there. Same thing with real life....if I go to a new place, I'll sometimes recognize it from my dreams.

I had this experience the whole time I was in Europe a few years ago. It was like I had seen almost every moment of it before in a gream, and then there it was happening again. Very creepy when it is constant for days at a time...

i think it is possible for one to dream of things they have done before such as pas tlife transgressions.

my Deja Vu tends to be something i'll dream about, then like a week later, something will happen the exact same way i dreamt it...kinda like fortelling the future

YES!!! Of course it is possible! Most of the time, the Deja Vu experience is a long lost memory from a past life. This is why you don't remember it happening because it didn't in this life. But your soul remembers it happening once before, so you get that eerie feeling of history repeating itself.

I'm not really positive on the way that was worded, but I too have experienced being somewhere or doing something and then a zoomed feeling in the pit of my stomach that this has all happened before. It makes me queazy sometimes and I've yet to been given a proof positive explanation of what it is.

nearly everybody has deja vu, at some point in there lives. its not really uncommon now.

I have Deja Vu all the time i think it could be a glimps into the future, or more likely a glitch in the brain the is repeating what is happening at that moment...

Deja Vu is weird. I have it all the time. It scares me.I dream something, and then it happens most of the time. It's like i get premonitions when i sleep.

I always dream things that happen later on. I've started telling my hubs so I know I'm not crazy... Lol

It happens to me a lot but I also know why it happens with me though. At times I think its a curse.

sometimes i have seizures and when i do i see stuff that usually comes to fruition but when it does i get another seizure and that leads to something else, they are getting further apart.
i haven't met up with one in about 7 months.

I don't have deja vu very often, on a rare occasion, yes; premonitions are what gives me issues; I have them all the damn time!

I agree with Goddess of the Night...De ja vu in my opinion are momentary flashes of events that happened to you in a previous life. You can feel the similarity of them but not quite pull them into focus.

i experience deja vu all the time, even though i know I know it's never happened before, it feels like it has, even as a future, or a past life thing, if you believe in that lol.

i think i get a deja vu about once a week and my recuring dreams i can also manipulate them, if they already happened once then i wake up and think of something i didnt like about it the next time i will have the exact same dream but consciousness that im dreaming so them i just go about howd id like the dream to be so in a way i changed that dream, but i can only do that in recurring dreams

I get deja vu sometimes, Mostly when I dream. I know I've seen whatever it is I saw, and I'll know I've dreamt it at least a few times. It's so confusing. It's always the same places too.

i know they do it happened to me i dreamed that i was riding in a bus and a car was going to hit it and about a month ltr. i got on this bus and i felt very strange as i was riding in it and i remember this is strange i dreamed this and it came to the street where the car was suppose to hit the bus i seen the same car and everything but it didn't it the bus but it scared the shit out of me the rest of that day

deja vu is nothing but reading into the future it shows u things that can and will happen most of the time you have a choice to change the outcome but not always

I'd swear Ive already done this. Nah just kidding. But deja vu happens to me all the time. I once had one that lasted three days long which was scary cos I knew that I was about to be finished. Bummer. Yeah i hate deja vu its annoying.

I have de ja vu dreams all the time, its normally a day or two before i am awake and doing something when the de ja vu moment will hit, and its always the exact way it played out in my dream.. You get used to it after a while, and its kinda cool at times.

I have had many. It happens often, I even have smells or scents in Mine. I had a dream of someone I lost, He was killed, and I loved Him vermuch, I never got to say goodbye to Him either..Well anyway I had a dream about him, I awkoe to someone touching My face and I jumped out of the bed. My kids were babies at the time so I know it wasnt them. When i loked around, I got the sudden wiff of His cologne and felt a cold buzzing feeling over My body.

Since my awakening, my past life memories and dreams have increased dramaticly.Also being around certain people increases the frequency of my dreams and the clarity of them

i think you can have dreams of whats going to happen before ity happens. Its happend to me before id be hanging with friends and all of a sudden id be like this has happend before. Its a crazy feeling

Deja Vu. a Common thing for me. I have dreams about 2-4 weeks advance before it happens. By that time I have forgotten the Dream. When I do get the vision in the Present I am totally Freaked out.

Sometimes I am talking to someone, and I have that Déjà vu feeling. I almost know what they are going to say and what I will respond before it accrues. This has happened in going certain places and things happening… that feeling of Take II. If that makes any sense, it is sometimes hard to explain due to the feelings involved when this happens. I have asked about this and some have suggested it was a dream that has worked its way into reality. Not sure really the why’s or where for’ and I have noticed it seems to come in waves. Sometimes it gets a little errie.

it happens to me often, and its not pleasent cause sometimes I get like my stomac is turn upside down and it makes me feel bad.

yeah itz possable it happens to me almost every 3-4 weeks. my dad has it worse though his dreams actually come true which is very creepy

I have so many dreams that seem to come true that I'm not sure what to make of them. They are so apart of my at this point, they hadly phase me anymore.

A lot of things seem like deja vu to me and it happens so randomly it throws me off and it's like I get stuck for a little while and have to reset my mind.

This is a definitely something that has happened to me before. It's like this nagging feeling which is unexplainable. Sometimes a get a flash of memory. But there are times when I have this gut feeling about something I have no way of explaining!

I think that Deja Vu is a warning of sorts. I usually get deja vu and then I remember the whole dream. When I dreamed it, I had options, something I could go one way, or another. For me I usually end up choosing the one that I chose in the dream. On the rare occasion that I don't choose the dream instance, it is because it could have left me in a bad place. Rarely do these Deja vu feelings end up bad if I make the right choices. The best thing is that go with your instincts, if you have a bad feeling during a moment of Deja vu then change the happenstance. Do not just go with the flow. But if it is a good feeling, just sit back and revel in the fact the Creation has given you this gift.

When I do have deja vu, it's very little things, nothing life altering, like being in the kitchen cooking, or on the phone with someone, or driving in the car; for some reason, nothing earth-shattering; I guess that is a good thing, in retrospect

I have it quite a bit where I'll dream something and then it happens. I have had a whole day of it before even once that day I thought was really creepy but really funny to towards the end because I would know what was coming... but yea

Ok so me and my best love were talking about this just last night. In the thoughts of reincarnation we as spirits CHOOSE what will happen what paths we take and who we meet along the way. So that being said... She brought it to my attention that when we do reincarnate into a new body that all of these pre-determined things are already in progress but because we are in a human body and there are limitations on what we are capable of remembering so on so forth we see fate as it happens the world is unfolding like we think it should... the moments of deja vu are like little milestones.. markers... reminding us that we are truely on the right path.
for example
i was standing at my waitress well the other day with my best love and we were eating flour tostios and salsa.... boom deja vu.
had i never have started working at the bar and become a server that insignificant event would have never taken place.
but because before my soul reincarnated into this body it planned for me as a human to take the path that i did choose. and that little moment of deja vu was reminding my spirit in human form that we were on the correct path of life and learning.

I recall having a dream, a very odd dream that made no sense. It occured in places I'd never been to, had people I'd never seen before and sights and smells, and odd experiences. Completely odd ina dream sequence kind of way.

Then you put the context of Mardi Gras after hurricane Katrina into it and it all makes sence.

I had Deja vu for about 40 hours the weekend before Mardi gras. Everything happened in sequence, I would tell people snippets of conversations that were about to occur before the people walked up to us...

it was highly amusing and not the usual form of Deja vu I am used to; mostly because it lasted for several days instead of a half a minute, and the longer it lasted the better i got at saying what was about to occur.

What I find particualrily odd, is that the moment that it would have done me any real good, it had already stopped. it was really handy for remembering where I lost anything.

IE. I lost my airplane ticket on bourbon street walking from the parade to the Dungeon. At the end of the night walking from the club to the bridge I was sleeping under, I stopped at a pile of rubbish... (I cannot explain bourbon street trash during mardi gras... you just have to see it... it is at least a foot deep in broken beads) kicked at it with my foot and found a pice of my airline ticket; I kicked at another pile and found another piece. About 1 minute of actual searching and I found all the pieces, including the already used portions and the Itinerary.

However 24 hours after that I was walking at the intersection near the devide of upper and lower bourbon street debating whether or not to accost the religious protesters when I was suddenly punched in the throat. Whitnesses said tha tthe guy had run out of a club punched me and ran away; nobody got a good look. I made 4 friends on the spot, they figured tha tit was because Ilooked like satan in my horns and red jacket, either that or it was random violence attributable to how pretty I looked... LOL.

If I had had my Deja vu stil up at the time, it might not have affected me so severely... it put a damper on my Lundi gras night.

last night for instance I had de ja vu. About 7 months back i was tlaking to my best friend about an incident in her room that wasn't really important. last night i was in her room, with the red shirt on, standing up smoking a cigerette and woah, i had deja vu. i asked her if she remembered me telling her about it and she did. like iwas supposed to be there. supposed to get the comfort from her from something bad.

Yep, I have deja vu all the time. My sense for this sort of thing may be getting stronger though as last time it happened it lasted much longer than normal and I could tell a little ahead of time what was going to happen. I'm pretty excited about it, but it is often milder, with more of a sense just of an event or conversation having happened before...I hope that helps

I get deja vu frequently, but the trick is to remember exactly what happened in any visions or dreams you have, so that if something bad is going to happen, you can fix it, or continue on with the path

in my mind they are breaf glipses into you past life and showing themselveas as the thought of knowing plases and people

i have experienced deja vu and its very strange.. will be for just a few seconds but i know whats goingto happen in the next few mins... nothing dramatic or eventful.. but what someones going to say or do next.. its a very weired feeling

Deja Vu is in my belief a dream of a parrallel reality whose time frame is just ahead of ours, but the sequence of events does not always follow exactrly, as the nature of a parrallel universe is that all possible outcomes of all things, exists somewhere.

I've had several manifestations that I thought were to explain future events and they turned out to be from the past. I believe they were to help me understand the significance of current events; meaning that, the past events significance were meant for a later time.

I have also had this happen to me, and when I relized what was happening I remembered the dream and had to have my mother stop the car so that we didnt hit a tree. Seriously we waited a bit then continued on only to see another car had hit a tree. It was very spooky but I have paid attention to my dreams since.

yeah this happens to me too - i will dream something - a scene - and i take no notice of it but within a few weeks after i we re-encounter it. sometimes it scares me.

for me...I do not remember my dreams...but when something happens that I did dream but don't remember...the dream comes to me in a flash of pictures

happens to me all the time & to my family. it's really annoying when i'm reading a book and i recognise an entire chapter!!

this has happend to me, it really terrifies me becasue i dont really know whats going on at the time, some people consider it a blessing and in some ways it is it just never has been anything good for me i usually get in trouble shortly after or its a terrible situation

This has happened to me before but not recently acctually it happened a couple years ago. It's rather eerie to wake up to that feeling in the pit of your stomach. It felt like I was there almost like, a preminition. I don't know if it ever acctualy happened, or maybe it will soon.

I think in a deja vu circumstance it happens because you are in a similiar situation (conversation, etc.) and your brain remembers it and it somehow just feels like it's happened before. I don't know though, just a guess..

I get that feeling at times and it's very unsettling .

Usually a time & a place will spark Deja vu.
When it happens to me it usually means something immanent is going to happen,
The feeling's of weather it is a good or a bad deja vu means i have an oppertunity to change the forth comeing situation.
I also believe theese triggers are from a previous life.
We all say if we could come back we would do things differently, dont we.
Well i think it is our sub con giving us the oppertunity.

I have had this happen to, even in simple , basic ways. For example I have been on holiday and need the toilet. I have never been to that place b4 but I can walk direct to the toilets?? How, no signs, never been there b4???

I have had dreams in the past only to have them come true later in my life. I pass most of them off as deja vu because I actually know the persons name and it freaks them out yet they do not know me from Adam.

it could be a combination of our brains playing tricks on us in certain circumstances, a flicker of a memory of something very simular happening and u don't remember clearly, pre-cog (which i get a lot), or a past-life memory. Obviously depends on the person, circumstances and history.

Oh yeah, used to happen to me all the time, just simple deja vu...But then, after a few years I would start remembering that I dreamt it and just didn't know when...And now I actually remember when I dreamt it.
It happens multiple times a day, as if I've dreamt an entire day. It's really weird.

When I was about 12 years old we took a school field trip to Griffith Park Observatory. It was so familiar I was sure that I had been there before. I didn't say anything to my mother until years later and she told me that I had never been to the Observatory. Since that time I haven't been back.. It was an erie feeling.

Gosh ok this is actually something i can say im either cursed with or Blessed with not sure which term to use.. This has happened to me on to many occasions that it is freaky at times i feel like im reliving my own life and if thats not messed up i dont know .. That is why when i read Cancers Article on the different planes it was so intrigueing to me... That the one plane of Time and space that there would be a possibility of actually going back in time an watching Yourself it could very well be true then with how many times i have this deja vu affect i have to say i swear it be tru... i Watched the Movie Deja Vu efect and im tellin Ya i think the government and Scientist know something We dont and this is very possible and has been Done and documented amongst many other things Those People Hide from Our eyes...
