I have premonitions and dreams often. Some times I misinterpret what they actually mean and get it wrong, here is an example -
A man, I was not familiar with came to me in a dream. I was in a kitchen and there were various people milling about. On the table, there was a black card with gilded lettering - RIP. He introduced himself as Chris and asked for me to tell his wife, to stop visiting his grave. He is happy and safe where he is. He told me his wife was an associate teacher, and knew my Aunt (also a teacher).
At the same time my Aunts deceased mother in law (who had died the year before of cancer) sat at the table with a baby wrapped in a pink shawl - she asked for me to tell Aunt, her baby was okay, and would be back soon.
Now, I didn’t feel it was my place to intrude on my Aunty with that information or tell a complete stranger "Oh, by the way, I know your hubby's gone, but here’s a message"? What do you do right? People already think I’m one pear short of a pie.
The dream repeated 4 nights in a row - non stop - with Chris repeatedly saying "You’ve got to tell my wife".
That same week my mother was sorting out pictures of my Aunt’s wedding and a picture of Chris fell on the floor.
What did I do? I passed out. When I came too, I told her everything. She in turn, picked up the phone and asked my Aunt to come over. When she heard what I had to say, she broke down. The baby girl was the one she had miss carried at 3 months, no one knew. She became pregnant again with a boy - I said it would be another girl (pink blanket – ohh, dreams are tricky), and Chris was in fact my uncles best friend. His wife visited his grave every day and would spend time crying over his headstone. Naturally her message was passed to her in a round about way - but she was so blown by what she learned that she kissed and hugged me.
Premonitions – tricky, but don’t ignore them
Dreams – write them down, pass it on, otherwise, be prepared for retaliation!
